Letters
My dearest Castien,
You do not need to make any excuses or apologies for the contents of your letter. I would accept any words, so long as they came by your hand. Your script alone comforts my aching heart.
I am sorry you did not get to give Perci the funeral you wanted. The custom on the Wild Holm is not something I am fond of either, so I understand your opposition to the idea.
We shall lay him to rest in truth once Eventide arrives. Perhaps I could braid together a blanket of yellow flowers for his grave, or another color, if he had a favorite.
If there is any way I can aid the investigation, do tell me. Though it is still a burden, I am beginning to see my Curse as more of a Gift in some ways. If it can help you, I will view it as a boon to be sure.
Yours,
Wren
