Chapter 20 #2
Their relationship was comfortable. It was also steaming hot. The sex amazing and plentiful.
Sometimes she appreciated being alone during the week. It gave her a chance to rest, despite the fact that she had to work.
Not only did Dayne and his siblings not mind her bringing Buttons along, Dani had fallen in love with Cara’s Boston Terrier. In fact, unless Dani was working in the commercial kitchen in The Mane Lodge, she tended to steal Buttons. Of course, Buttons didn’t mind.
Traitor.
Cara had never been into dressing up her pets, but practically every time she returned to the ranch, Dani had purchased a new outfit for Buttons. It was getting out of hand since Buttons’s wardrobe seemed to be bigger than her own.
Before she could finish climbing off the bed, a hand clamped down on her arm and tugged her back. She collapsed on top of Heath.
“Where you going?” he asked sleepily, despite the fact his cock was certainly awake.
She turned around and slid down until she was settled between his thick thighs. “I was going to check on Buttons and help Dani with breakfast. It’s not fair that she cooks for us and cooks for the whole resort.”
“She doesn’t cook for the whole resort.” Dayne’s voice was rough from sleep. “She directs the cooks.”
“She also creates the delicious menus. And makes sure the food is top quality. That’s a lot of work. Don’t discount what she does, Dayne,” she admonished him.
Heath gently swept her messy bedhead hair out of her face, then his fingertips trailed softly along her jawline. “Buttons is fine. Dani wouldn’t let anything bad happen to her.”
“Of course not, but she’s not Dani’s responsibility.”
“She sure is,” Dayne said. “The second my sister sneaks into my wing and absconds with your dog, Buttons becomes her responsibility.”
Cara disagreed. Yes, Dani fell in love with Buttons, and yes, Cara completely trusted her to keep her dog safe, but still…
Heath grabbed her chin and forced her to meet his eyes. “Stop letting your thoughts spin. Instead, concentrate on us.”
“But breakfast?—”
“Can wait,” Dayne finished for her, rolling away from them and getting to his feet. “I forgot to give you something last night.”
“You gave me plenty last night,” she countered with a grin. Her eyes took a long stroll down Dayne’s exquisite naked body. She couldn’t get enough of it. Nor of Heath’s.
She was so damn glad she didn’t have to choose between them. The two worked together seamlessly to make her come every time they had sex. They always made her the priority and each other secondary.
At least when the three of them were in the same room, bed, shower, or wherever. She knew that sometimes the two had sex without her when they went running out on the trails.
They didn’t hide it from her and she didn’t mind one bit.
Dayne returned her grin, but his looked a bit more wicked. “I bought something for you.” He pursed his lips as he considered them on the bed. “Well, it’s more for me and Heath.”
Heath’s eyebrows shot up his head. “What is it?”
Without answering, Dayne headed over to the wall of cabinets and closets, opened one, and pulled out a gift bag. When he returned to the bed, he perched on the edge close to Heath and her. He held it out. “Open it.”
She rolled off Heath and sat up. After taking the bag, Cara glanced in it, but it was full of purple tissue paper. She pulled it out and unwrapped whatever it was.
Whatever it was was very light.
It turned out to be a negligee. Not a regular negligee, of course. This was far more naughty than a silky outfit to wear to bed. She’d never worn anything like this before. Since there wasn’t much to it, he could’ve skipped the gift bag and put it in a small pouch instead.
She held up the black teddy. While it had straps for her shoulders, it would not cover her breasts at all, leaving them completely exposed. The crotch area was open, too, for easy access. She turned it around to see it was a thong. Her breasts wouldn’t be her only body parts on full display.
She agreed it was certainly sexy. Before coming to this resort and meeting Heath and Dayne, she never would’ve considered wearing anything even close to this.
“While I prefer you naked, sometimes it’s fun to switch it up.”
“I approve of that outfit,” Heath said huskily while slowly stroking his hard cock from root to tip.
“I figured you would,” Dayne told him, pulling Cara’s attention from Heath’s erection back to him. “You can wear it the next time we have a pajama party in the event hall.”
Heat flooded her cheeks. “I…” She swallowed in an attempt to relax her tight throat. “I can’t wear that at a party.”
“Sure you can. That will cover you more than what a lot of guests will be wearing.”
“Dayne, my breasts will be completely bouncing free. My crotch exposed… ”
“Put it on and let’s see how it fits. We’ll be the judge whether or not you should wear it during an event.”
“Sweetheart, you know no one will blink an eye if you show up in that,” Heath assured her. “Dayne’s right. That outfit isn’t risqué at all on this resort.”
“Put it on,” Dayne insisted.
She gave him a pointed look. “That sounded like a demand and not a request.”
Dayne shrugged. “Because it is.”
“And if I say no?”
“You can always say no. I promise, it will be loads more fun if you say yes.”
“For you two.”
“We promise to make it fun for you, too.”
She pulled in a deep breath as she considered it.
Every weekend they got together, the men nudged her further and further, testing her limits.
They constantly showed her that she didn’t need to be afraid of her sexuality and desires.
That she needed to lean in and always be willing to try something new.
They also assured her that her body was worthy of being shown off. Not only to them, but the world.
Did she like everything they suggested? No. But most of the time, she found that she did.
She swore they were beginning to know her better than she knew herself. They were both very observant and always gave her grace if she was uncomfortable.
But it was one thing to wear this in front of her lovers; quite another to wear it in front of the resort guests. A crowd at that.
Maybe one day she’d be brave enough, but she wasn’t ready for that just yet.
Look at her, thinking about the future. The unknown .
She had no idea where their relationship, if they could call it that, would go. Or how long it would last. But one thing was for sure, she would enjoy it, and them, for as long as she could.
She was going to make every minute count.
