We ended up waiting for Adonis’s other friend to come over so all of us could have a seat on a bike.
I looked over at the two other men I had just met today.
First Noah, he was a bit shorter than Adonis but not by much.
He had Hazel puppy dog eyes; the ones that would make you feel bad for him if you had told him no. He had dark chestnut hair about the same length as Adonis and he had lip piercings and one on his brow.
He was staring hard at Liz like if he didn’t memorize every inch of every freckle on her face, he might never see her again.
I chuckled to myself and looked over to another of the men, Liam.
He was entertaining Mary, he was also about the same height as Adonis, he had similar tattoos on him on his neck and arms, he had blue eyes and black wavy hair.
I laugh to myself.
I hadn't seen us all together like this in a bit, and it was nice.
I suddenly felt arms circle around my waist.
“Are you guys ready to head out?”
I hear Adonis ask the others,
“Sure, but where too?”
I hear Elizabeth ask.
“Oh! There is a Renaissance Fair in town right now! What if we all went to that?”
I see Mary beaming and Liam watching her, admiring her smile. Adonis looks at me and smiles,
“Well?”
He asked me, I looked up at him and smiled.
“Let’s do it!”
I hear Mary squeal. Adonis gives me the spare Helmet and I put it on, he gets close and makes sure I’m strapped in it nice and tightly. I look over and the other guys are taking after his lead and doing the same thing for the girls. I can’t help but smile.
“Nice and snug?”
I hear Adonis ask me through the Bluetooth, I nod and am startled a bit when I hear other voices all of a sudden.
“Yup, Lizzy is all set here.”
I hear Noah say,
“Can y'all hear me?”
I hear Liz say, I laugh and nod at her and see a glint of excitement in her eyes.
“Me and Mary are all set back here.”
“Oh, you and me huh? I like how you said that.”
I hear Mary flirting with Liam and he laughs. Adonis helps me on the back and starts the bike up. The boys sync up next to each other and look at Adonis as if waiting for a signal. That's when we take off, Adonis puts on Sleep Token The Night Does Not Belong To God, I look behind us and see Mary and Elizabeth jamming out, and I start to loosen up.
“So, you girls are Sleep Token fans I take it?”
I hear Noah ask us,
“Hell, yeah we are, the best damn concert we have ever been to it was simply-”
“Euphoric,”
I say before Liz can finish and I know she is smiling. We continued the drive all the while jamming out to Sleep Token or Tate McRae, we all laughed when we heard Noah and Liam singing JoJo's Too Little Too Late to each other, you would have thought they were ex-lovers. Adonis just rolled his eyes when they tried to sing One Direction’s What Makes You Beautiful, I can’t help but laugh.
We finally get to the Sherwood Renaissance Festival; Adonis helps me off his bike and smiles at me. He takes my helmet off and helps me fix my hair. I look over and see the girls coming towards me.
“Alright boys you go buy the tickets and we will be right back,”
Mary tells them, I see Noah and Liam smiling and I look up at Adonis who looks worried. I get on my tiptoes and kiss him, which takes him by surprise but then he returns my kiss.
“Go get the tickets.”
I smile at him, and he nods letting me go. Mary takes me and Liz over to the booth where we can dress up.
“Ugh do we have to Mary.”
I hear Liz groan.
“I’m With Liz Mary plus I don’t think they will have my size,”
I say matter of fact. I was used to places like this not having my size in things. Suddenly a woman comes up behind us dressed in a beautiful gown.
“Hello ladies, are we dressing for the men you’re courting?”
I hear the girls giggle,
“Why yes madam we are, my friend here needs the most help indeed, my other friend and I can find our own outfits.”
Mary nods to me and the woman looks me up and down and beams with excitement.
“Aye, don’t you worry my lady I have just the thing for you.”
She pulled me towards the back and started to browse the lines of beautiful dresses. She pulled out a dress that had beautiful flowing sleeves and a blue corset, but this blue was almost the color of the sea. She hands them to me and points to where I can change.
I got dressed and stepped out into the area and the lady looked at me stunned.
“Does it look bad?”
I asked her fear, gripping my throat. She looked up at me and shook her head,
“No, my dear you are simply a vision, here let me help with the corset.”
She lifts and tightens it and suddenly as if by magic I have curves and not just any curves, but beautiful curves and my bust was looking amazing too.
“Now for the hair,”
She says and pulls me to the chair and does a beautiful braid and lets my hair flow, then she does a braided bun,
“Now for the final piece”
She then pulls out a beautiful Sapphire crown which takes my breath away.
“N-no I couldn’t”
I start to say but she simply smiles and puts it on my head, and I look beautiful for once in my life I feel beautiful. She proceeds to put the Sapphire necklace and earrings on and steps back admiring her work. That's when I hear the girls.
They walk in Liz wearing a beautiful milkmaid outfit which is green, and her hair is done up in a crown braid. Mary was dressed as a fairy and her hair was flowing down.
“Hey Lilly, you rea-”
Mary stops mid-sentence when she sees me,
“Oh my gosh”
I hear Liz say and I look up at them.
“Well, what do you think?”
I ask and they both stand there before Mary finally says,
“Lilly, you look like a princess.”
I smile and blush.
“W-well we better get going I am sure the boys are waiting for us.”
Before we left I looked over for the lady who helped us but before I could say thank you she had disappeared. I turn back around and walk out with the girls, both of them still in shock.
“Hey boys!”
Mary yells and they turn around, Adonis turns around, looks at me, and stops in his tracks.
“Lillypad?”
