Chapter Seven #2
Alessandro’s lips pucker. “I have never seen this girl in my entire life. You won’t win, Gabriel. You kidnapped the wrong girl.”
“We know you have a daughter,” Leo snaps. “One of my guys found the farm your daughter and wife were living on. Surely you know all about that. There was no doubt that they were your wife and daughter.”
“If that’s the case, then were is my supposed wife?” Alessandro asks, crossing his arms.
“Valentina has disappeared,” Gabriel says. “But I’ve seen pictures of your wife. Hell, I remember her exactly. The night she and you were at my home, watching as your brother murdered my parents. Your daughter looks exactly like her. There’s no denying it.”
“What was your reasoning for taking this girl? To get me to cower and back off?” He roughly shakes his head. “No, Gabriel. You killed my brother. I am coming for you.”
“Even if your daughter gets hurt?” Gabriel asks, sounding surprised for the first time since I met him tonight.
“If she even is my daughter. Valentina and I have been broken up for some time. You will not use some random girl against me. Sorry for you. But this was pointless. I will come for you again, Gabriel, and I will kill you.” His eyes lock onto Leo.
“And as for your friend here, I’ll kill him too.
He’s a nuisance to me. Tried to kill me the other night. ”
Leo surges forward but Gabriel places a hand on his arm, stopping him. “You shot up our club. Of course I tried to kill you.”
Alessandro only shrugs like he has all the time in the world. “This war is happening until one of us is dead. This girl won’t stop me.” He walks out of the room and Gabriel doesn’t stop him.
“We have to go after him,” Leo says.
Gabriel shakes his head. “He’ll have too many guards with him. It was the only way he agreed to this meeting. We’re not killing him tonight. But the fact is, he came. Which means he wanted to see if we were telling the truth or not. He wanted to see if we really had Emma.”
“You think he was lying when he said she wasn’t his daughter?” Leo asks.
“I do. I saw him look at her. He recognized her. He’s lying.”
Leo turns his cold eyes onto me. “Which means you’ve been lying to me, Emma. Your father knows who you are which means you have to know who he is.”
“I don’t,” I gasp. “I swear.”
Gabriel waves a dismissive hand. “Take her back to your home for now. Alessandro was just trying to act unbothered so we think we lost. But we can use her against him. I believe it. He’ll crack in time.”
“Got it,” Leo says before taking my arm and walking me out of the house.
“Please,” I beg. “Please. I don’t know who he is. I’ve never seen that man before.”
“Then how can you explain him recognizing you? You’re his daughter, Emma. And you’re a liar. You’re in on this.” Leo forces me into his car. I try to leave but he locks the door before I can get out. I have no choice but to sit next to him as he drives me back to my prison.
“Please,” I sob as my tears hit me. “Please. Maybe I’m his daughter. But I have never met him before. I swear.”
Leo doesn’t respond at all and that hurts me even more.
Once we get back to his home, Leo takes me right back to the cage. “You lied to me,” he says, sounding almost… betrayed? But that doesn’t make any sense. Why would Leo feel betrayed over that?
“Did you like deceiving me?” he asks.
“You deceived me.”
Leo grabs my hips and yanks my dress around my waist, making me gasp. My hands settle on his strong chest to steady myself.
“Did you like deceiving me?” he asks, bringing his hand between my legs. I gasp when his hand cups my entire intimate area. “Did it turn you on?” He rubs his hand over my nub, making me warm. In my shame, I can’t deny that I feel a wetness seep out of me. An arousal from his touch.
“Leo,” I beg, gripping his jacket. “Please. I haven’t lied to you.”
“You know something,” he growls, rubbing me harder. My hips arch into his hand on instinct. I should be pushing him away but it feels too good.
“Please,” I sob.
“You’re turned on, baby,” he taunts. “I can feel your wetness soaking my hand. How can you really be an innocent virgin if you get turned on by my touch like this? Let’s see if you were lying about that too.”
In one fast motion, he inserts his finger into me. The pain of it makes my inner walls clamp down on his finger and I cry out.
Leo thrusts his finger deeper into me. I can’t deny that despite the pain there’s a dull, aching pleasure from it as well.
“Do you like this?” he asks me darkly, moving his finger in and out of me. “I know you’re not innocent. You’re not the good girl I once thought you could be.”
“Leo,” I sob. As his finger thrusts into me, his thumb finds my nub and presses down.
“Is that what you wanted? Wanted to use me for your own needs? To help your father? I shouldn’t even be showing you any kind of pleasure.”
“Please.” I grip his jacket with all my strength. My hips have a mind of their own as they buck into his hand.
The moment he flicks my nub I lose myself to an orgasm. My legs give out and I slump against him. Leo catches me.
When he pulls his finger from me, I see that it’s covered in blood. His eyes widen.
“Please,” I whimper, lost in my pain and pleasure.
Leo lets me go and I stumble back. I watch in confusion as he storms out of the basement.
He didn’t lock me inside the cage. But I’m too caught up in the pain between my legs and the pleasure coursing through my body to realize this. All I can do is slump to the floor and cry.
