Epilogue
An excerpt from Erebos’s notebook:
To have true balance in the Erobred, we need unification.
I’ve felt a war looming for years. If the suncasters declare war against the mooncasters, it will mean death.
It will mean deserts. It will cause the trees to whither and oceans to shrivel.
It will dwindle the powers of the moon and its casters, should they win said war.
The changing of the seasons will cease, leaving only the heavy blanket of summer heat.
In turn, if mooncasters are to tip the scales, deserts will turn to oceans, dry heat will turn to stuffy humidity.
We need balance.
