Metabolic Tincture

Usage: Topical use on open wounds only. Apply IMMEDIATELY after injury. May not work on large wounds.

Ingredients:

18–24 hook vine leaves

2–3 blacknight fern roots (not to be confused with bracken), trimmed

Filtered water

Preparation: Crush leaves into paste. Boil roots with leaves for thirty minutes. Remove roots. Strain into a bottle.

Notes: Hook vine contains enzymes that speed up metabolic reactions. DO NOT OVERBOIL.
