I don’t know about all of you, but I’m DYING for Aiden Aurellan’s Millefleuré opening. It’ll be the biggest red carpet event since the BAFTAs earlier this year, except we expect fewer TV celebs, but more ultra-wealthy and billionaires, which is why we’re going to be all over it, of course.
Aurellan has been whetting our appetites with the May Day Wonderland masquerade and the Mesmeric Mystique sensory event (see previous blog for the detailed rundown from anonymous visitors); summed up into the floral, sensory-delight kind of vibes that we believe the Millefleuré will provide.
But peeps, I’m not here to give Aurellan more free marketing. I’m here to pick up the thread of Mark Becker and the mysterious Alice (see Blog59)!
Because guess who went to the Mesmeric Mystique event?
You got it (I knew you would)—Mark Becker.
One of my sources tells me he’s acting differently these days. Taking breaks, staring into trees in the park, leaving work at the time normal mortals would. Not the behaviour you’d expect from someone under the pump and in the limelight. What’s going on?
My theory:
He’s met someone.
Yup.
The man is smitten! See the photo I received of him sitting on a bench near his office. His eyes are closed, and he’s smiling. He’s HAPPY. That’s not the same Mark Becker that was dealing with Devil Damian shit just a few weeks ago.
Quick side note: not encouraging stalking or trolling, but if you spot one of our favourites out there in the real world, do send us a pic or a DM, yeah?
Back to my theory:
Seemingly alone, our dear Mark Becker arrived for this event, but there were a few ladies who arrived alone around the same time, so perhaps he was meeting one of them? It’s hard to say for sure because my sources can’t confirm.
But WHY IS IT A SECRET?
I think it’s because whoever he was meeting is someone he’s not supposed to be with. Someone who’d be dangerous to his reputation? Or someone in Aurellan’s circle he’s not meant to see? But who would that be who was also at the masquerade?
That’s how far I got. Over to you! More brains together might be able to figure it out!
