Chapter 4 #3

“This isn't sharing,” I replied. “I assume that people jerk it to my women all the time. This is just more productive.”

Invia begged to cum. “Pl-pl-pl-ease.”

“Make more of these,” I told Drae. “Good work.”

“Praise me by showering me with your cum,” the demon begged.

“Maybe someday,” I teased. In truth, I still heard Aurketzu’s warning about the danger of fucking demons.

I wanted to ravage Drae as well as her sisters, Abby and Stacey, but I feared them seizing control of my mind and my kingdom.

Was Aurketzu being truthful with her warnings, or was that one more of her manipulations?

I couldn’t decide, and the risk was too great.

Invia was soaked in sweat when I returned to the table. I released Abyssal Permission and watched as she convulsed in stiff, seizure-like thrashes.

She went limp, and Byron’s Blessing kept fucking. Every once in a while, Invia twitched.

Drae appeared next to me, smiling.

“May I show you something?” she asked.

I nodded.

The demon turned off Byron's Blessing but left it in.

“The nipples get very sensitive. So much blood in one small place.”

Drae yanked the cups off of Invia and lightly pinched her pink points, each surrounded by red hickies from recent abuse. The bound woman came back to life with frantic screams.

“Suck on them,” I commanded Drae.

The demon didn't hesitate. She wrapped her lips and sucked.

Progress to Your Fall: 63 / 100 (Abaddon, King of the Abyss)

What timing. Abaddon advanced 4 points closer to my defeat.

This fucking asshole. Not only was he aiming to kill me, but he was a boner killer too.

Later that night, with my boner restored and tended to, I lay with Purity and Solara on the roof of a Sanctuary South home, looking up at the stars on a rare, clear night in the northern wastelands. We had a pile of blankets, a few pillows, and several bottles of wine.

“We need your perspective,” Purity said to me. If she had needed that long to work up the nerve to raise this topic, she was worried.

Which made me worried.

“I'm listening,” I replied.

“You promised me a wedding,” Purity continued. “I want to set a date, and… I want Solara to be a part of it.”

“I want that too,” Solara added.

Purity lowered her eyes. “We're worried the others would feel left out, and we don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.”

“So the wedding is me, you, and Solara instead of just me and you?”

She nodded.

I thought for a moment. “Your concern is sweet, but we all agreed that each person got to pick what they wanted this to be. That comes with the agreement of not judging what others choose. They’ll understand. Ask them to be maids of honor, and stop worrying about it.”

“You don't think they'll feel strange about Solara and me doing this together but not with them?”

“I don't,” I said. “They’re secure enough in themselves to understand that you two have a different kind of connection. The relationships between our whole group… they are all so different. We all connect to each other, but not in the same ways. They understand that too.”

“It’s that easy?” Solara asked.

“It is. Are either of you jealous of the road trip Podni wants to take for her wedding?”

They shook their heads.

“Invia’s ceremonial orgy or whatever you want to call it?”

Invia’s concept involved a lot of women, but calling it an orgy wasn’t perfectly accurate either. She had her heart set on it, though, so we would do whatever she wanted for her undeath ritual.

“Well, no,” Purity admitted.

I squeezed both of them closer reassuringly. “All that matters is that the moment is meaningful for you. Worrying like this is not the best way to start your lives as undead. That's a long time to live with that kind of anxiety.”

“You're right,” Purity said.

“You didn't mention a wedding with Ashley,” Solara observed.

“She knows the option is there, and she knows the oath has to come first.”

Purity’s voice lifted with her smile. “You wouldn't have brought her this far if you didn't plan to keep her.”

“She’s on her own path,” I replied. “She'll know when the time is right for her.”

“Ashley's gotten really close to Ithaca and Podni,” Purity said. “She's definitely in the circle for life.”

I nodded. “I agree.”

“I'm marrying a god and a goddess,” Solara giggled. “How lucky am I?”

I kissed the top of her head. “So pick a date. I'm excited too.”

“You're so good to us,” Solara said.

Purity poked Solara. “Tell him about that girl.”

I looked down at my sorceress.

She looked back up and pulled a lock of blonde hair out of her eyes and tucked it behind her ear.

“At the last recruitment event, one of the washouts told me she was disappointed to see strong women bow to a man.

I don't know why she came in the first place, but she was insistent that I betrayed my gender by being a part of the Silk.”

“What did you say to her?”

“I asked her how many men were above me. She didn't understand the question, so I told her the answer was ‘one.’ I am above every man in the world except for one, and you're something more than a man now anyway. No human male tells me how to live my life. How many women can say that?”

That warmed my heart.

“Every woman in the Silk can say the same thing,” Solara said. “The Lady Sarahs and Lady Marias of the world bow to dozens of men a day. We have taken women farther than anyone else ever has.”

“I don't disagree with any of that.”

“That will be more obvious to everyone when Sanctuary South opens, and even more obvious every day after, but that was the first time I ever put words to what we’ve accomplished.”

Purity kissed my ribs. “And more people are fed, housed, and given the option of education than ever before. We’ll know in another year if crime is down because of all of that too, but we already see that it will be. The Silk is responsible for so much progress.”

“Thanks to your leadership,” I replied. “Thanks to all of you, really. It's hard to divide up credit at this point.”

Purity nodded. “I agree. The success belongs to all of us.”

“We are doing well,” I said. “We still have challenges ahead, but we’re doing well.”

I mentally pulled up the only progress tracker I checked more often than XP:

Progress to Your Fall: 63 / 100 (Abaddon, King of the Abyss)

That had angered and frightened me when I first read it, but evenings like this reminded me of how capable my people were. This wasn’t a challenge I faced alone, and thus far, my women had been able to overcome every challenge we ever encountered.

Fuck Abaddon. History would laugh at how his long legacy of fear and war ended. I wouldn’t just defeat him; I would taint every accolade he had ever received. All anyone would remember was how terrible he fared against Byron of Zaglis.

I slapped Solara’s ass. “I’m looking forward to more victories.”

+4 to Progress to Your Fall.

Progress to Your Fall: 67 / 100 (Abaddon, King of the Abyss)

Another 4 points? Well, I deserved that, I suppose.
