Chapter 26
Isabelle
My heart pounds in my chest as I feel his hands roaming over my skin, the trail of his warm fingers leaving a path of heat in their wake.
He knows just how to play my body like his piano, coaxing out my moans and gasps into their own symphony, building them toward a deafening crescendo of pleasure.
I’m hooked already. If he can do this with just his fingers and tongue, I know I’m in serious trouble once we start exploring his own desires.
I want to see him on his knees, gazing up at me like I’m his goddess every single day if I can.
But I’m also intrigued by how he’ll respond in different situations.
He’s confessed he has no experience with this, yet he wants to explore, and as his Domme, it’s a privilege to be entrusted with guiding him through his fantasies, his kinks—the very core of what makes him James.
Pushing up from where I’ve been draped back over his piano, just like I’d pictured so many times during our

lessons, I still feel a little stunned that this is real. And oh my God, reality has far exceeded my expectations.
He stands and crowds me, arms wrapping around my waist, his face glistening with my pleasure, lips swollen and flushed. His nose nearly touches mine as he stares deep into my eyes, his own dark and glazed with lust.
“Can I kiss you, Isabelle?” His voice is low and soft.
“You never have to ask permission for that unless I specifically tell you to in a scene, okay?” I press my hand against his chest, feeling his heartbeat hammering beneath his shirt, his breathing fast and shallow.
I don’t want him thinking this will be our dynamic twenty-four seven. I like James. I want this to be more than just an arrangement within the club.
“I want us to be James and Isabelle. I want to see where this can go between us. If you want this to be strictly Domme-sub in the club… I don’t think I can handle that and still see you at work.
” My eyes search his, silently pleading that he feels the same.
His gaze drifts over my face before settling on my lips.
He leans in slowly, brushing his soft lips against mine, barely touching, his warm breath ghosting down my jaw and throat.
When he pulls back, my heart drops.
He doesn’t want a relationship. I’ve been an idiot.

I swallow against the lump in my throat and start to move, swinging my legs off the stool and adjusting my skirt, already desperate to leave.
But before I can, his hands leave my waist, as one slides up my spine, gripping the nape of my neck as he pulls me against him, fingers tangling in my hair.
He tilts my face up, and suddenly his lips are crashing onto mine, hungry, demanding.
The taste of my own arousal floods my taste buds.
His other hand grips my ass, pulling me hard against his body, my curves melting into his solid frame.
His cock, thick and hard, grinding into my hip.
His tongue pushes past my lips, deep, claiming, owning, as he moans my name.
"Isabelle—” He steps back, breaking the kiss, my body crying from the loss of his touch. “You’re everything I could have ever wanted. I’m just scared I’ll fuck it all up like I did last time.”
My hands cradle his face, the stubble soft under my fingertips.
“I’m not Laura. I don’t claim to know what went on between you, but please don’t let what happened with her taint what we could have here.
When you’re ready to talk about it, I’ll listen.
I always will. But you’re still young, James.
You deserve to live a little.” I brush my thumb over his cheek, offering a soft smile.
His eyes stay downcast, a deep sigh escaping him.
Yes, Miss
“You want to do this then? With me?” he asks hesitantly.
“No, I just thought I’d go to these lengths to fuck with you!” I laugh, his gaze snapping up to mine. “Fucking hell, James, of course I do!”
He gives me a disapproving frown, a quiet chuckle slipping out. “Are you going to be a dick the whole time we’re together?”
“Only on special occasions.” I shrug. “Or if you fancy trying pegging? I could definitely be a dick then.” I wink, the momentary tension in the room disappearing.
“Let’s grab something to eat. I want to take you to dinner.” His says softly as he strokes a wisp of hair from my face.
“I’d like that.” I murmur as I reach up to kiss his cheek.
We tidy ourselves up and gather our belongings as his fingers intertwine with mine, leading me out of the music room.
The school paths are deserted as we walk to the car park, walking in step with each other. We soak in the silence.
A deep voice cuts through the quiet. “James! Isabelle!” James drops my hand, turning sharply. My hand feels cold without his touch.

“Daniel,” James replies icily, as Daniel comes jogging towards us.
“I'm glad I caught you, Iz,” Daniel croons, my shortened name sounding wrong on his lips, dirty somehow. He places his hand on my elbow. “Can I talk to you for a second?”
“I’m just leaving. Can it wait until tomorrow?” I try to subtly pull my elbow free from his grip. James edges closer, sensing my unease. Daniel’s eyes flit between us, and a small smirk forms on his lips.
“Isabelle, I was thinking about what we talked about this morning. Let me take you out for a drink. Reacquaint you with some of the local sights. We could go now if you like. I’ll even treat you to a nice dinner.” The shit-eating grin on his face is pure arrogance.
This isn’t an invitation. It’s a challenge aimed at James, and I refuse to be the prize in their pissing contest. Daniel makes my skin crawl.
I'd heard the comment he'd made to Jennifer this morning about being able to ‘turn her straight’ if she had a night with him.
How he hadn't ended up flat on his ass after that comment was purely down to Jen’s restraint.
“Daniel, thank you for the offer. It’s incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated,” I start, trying to maintain some air of professionalism. “However, James has beaten you to it, and he is escorting me out tonight.”
Yes, Miss
I glance at James, his expression murderous, his steely glare aimed straight at Daniel.
“Him?” Daniel scoffs. “He can’t even keep a woman tied down. Unlike me.” His eyebrow lifts suggestively as he steps closer and, once again, takes my elbow in hand.
Before James can react, I shove Daniel’s hand off and press my palm to his chest, giving a gentle push. Daniel stumbles back a step, his smile transforming to a sneer.
“Also, I don’t date homophobic, misogynistic twats like you.
And should there ever be the dire misfortune where we end up alone, where sex may be suggested to save humanity, I would rather superglue my labia closed and douse myself in bleach before you ever got anywhere near my body.
I hope that clears up this misunderstanding entirely manufactured by yourself. Have a lovely evening, Daniel.”
Daniel’s face twists. “I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere near you, you frigid bitch!” he spits after me as I walk away.
I grab James’s arm as he whirls round to stop anything further escalating, knowing full well he won’t stand for that from him. “Just keep walking, James. Don't give him the satisfaction. There's CCTV all over this place; it'll play right into his hands.”
