Chapter 8

Zombie

The winds were howling but they didn’t have anything on Trixie. I had a feeling my woman could howl all night long. I was a ticked off we had to stop our wick sex because we lost power.

It was crazy how comfortable I felt with her. And the things I’d done to her were even crazier. I couldn’t wait to explore more with her.

After I secured the electric gate at the entrance of the compound, I trudged back to the clubhouse. It was all hands on deck to shore up everything. We were locked down to ride out the storm. Fortunately, the temperature wasn’t below zero. Then I’d freeze my balls off.

Speaking of balls. I hoped Trixie liked to suck on them, because that was one thing I really enjoyed.

“Hey, tiger.” Lynx stood at the door with a grin. “Everything set out there?”

“Yes.” I dusted the snow off and removed my boots. In the entry was a line of boots where the carved pumpkins had been.

“Saw you sneak out with Red Riding Hood. Were you a good wolf, and give her the ride of her life?”

I shook my head. “None of your business.”

“Good answer. It’s lame to talk about your girl.”

“Then why are you asking me about her?” Sometimes I didn’t understand why Lynx asked so many questions and in weird ways.

“Because I’m a curious man, and most of us like to brag about the epic orgasms we give our women.”

“I heard howling coming from Zombie’s room,” Arctic said as he stalked past us.

“Is that right? Howling?” Lynx patted my back. “I’m proud of you. Everything worked out.”

“It did and better than I expected.”

“It always does brother, especially when you make them howl.” He winked.

“So what’s next?” I was done talking about Trixie with Lynx. I respected the dude tremendously, but he exhausted me a lot.

“Well, it’s still early so we’re keeping the party going, naturally. Karaoke should be starting soon. I think your girl has been helping Dawn and Lyra in the kitchen.”

“Yeah, I was worried about leaving her with them.”

“It’s always hard when your girl meets the Kittens you’ve been fucking. Trust me, I know.” He scratched the back of his head. “It’s like we think we’re going to be single forever so what’s the big deal whoring around.”

“That I understand.”

“And then you find the one and you feel like you cheated on her.”

“Yup, I feel that.”

“Well, let me tell you. It’s perfectly fine. You didn’t do anything wrong. But from here on out, don’t give your dick to anymore Kittens if Trixie is the one. She seems like the type to chop it off if you betray her.”

“How can you tell?”

“She has an evil glint in her eyes like my Jaynee.” He clicked his tongue. “I think I’m gonna go find my evil wife now.” And just like that, he left.

I hadn’t noticed an evil glint in Trixie’s eyes. Now I was curious and wanted to see for myself.

My ears perked up when I heard her voice. If nothing else, I knew she’d find someone to talk to. Trixie was good at a lot of things, but she was an exceptional talker.

I lingered at the doorway for a few seconds just to listen to Trixie. She had a great voice. One I could listen to for the rest of my life. When she was excited, her volume went up ten octaves, like now. She sounded happy all the time.

If I had to guess, I would say Libby and Dawn were in the kitchen with Trixie. They were nice, especially Libby.

Libby was the head Kitten, or more like, she used to be.

Now she was Grizzly’s old lady, and they were happily married.

They also had a lover they shared. I didn’t really understand their nonconventional relationship with Toby, but I didn’t judge anyone.

If they were happy, that was all that mattered.

Trixie belted out one of her giggles and it brought a smile to my face. After being with her, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Because she made me nervous, I was always stressed when I went to the deli. There were times I wanted to give up, but the pull to her was too intense to ignore.

I dialed into all the voices again. No shocker, I couldn’t hear Lyra. When I saw her in the kitchen, I knew she wouldn’t stick around after seeing me with Trixie.

Lyra liked me, which meant she had broken the don’t-get-attached rule. Falling for the members wasn’t acceptable unless the biker initiated and the Kitten reciprocated the feelings, like with Grizzly and Libby.

The whole point of being a Kitten was to please the members. It took a certain kind of woman to be with so many men and not fall for one of them.

My socially awkward, neurodivergent self might not be the brightest bulb in the box, but I knew Lyra wanted to be an old lady because she talked about it all the damn time. She didn’t care who the biker was, she just wanted to be claimed.

I entered the kitchen and made eye contact with Trixie. Her whole face lit up when she saw me. It was damn good feeling to know I’d put the smile on her pretty face.

“Hey, how did it go?” she asked.

“Good.” I took her hand. “I’m stealing my girl.”

“No worries. She’s amazing,” Libby said. “Thank you for all the help, Trixie.”

“Any time,” she replied. “By Dawn. Nice meeting you.”

“We’ll be back,” I whispered to Trixie. “I just need you right now.”

“I like the sound of that.” She shimmed her shoulders.

I turned the flashlight on my phone and led her down to my bedroom for a quickie. As much as I wanted to keep her all to myself, she needed to spend time with MC family. I wanted her to have a chance to see how things rolled her so she could decide if she wanted to be with me.

Entering my room, we went at each other, kissing and touching each other.

“I hate to tell you this but I’m going to be fast so we can rejoin the party in the bar.”

“That’s okay.” She unzipped my jeans. “I need it fast. I’ve been aching for more ever since you left.”

That was a relief. I took my coat off and pushed her onto the bed. She wiggled out of my sweatpants and opened herself to me.

I drove into her, and we both groaned at the same time.

“I could get used to this,” I told her as I started pumping into her. Because she was so short, her face was in my chest. I didn’t think she minded, though. Her arms were wrapped around me, and I felt her nails pricking the back of my shoulders.

“So could I. I keep wondering if this is all a weird Halloween-themed fever dream. Like I’ll wake up in the morning in my own bed, and you’ll go back to ignoring me in the deli.”

I stopped moving. “I wasn’t ignoring you. I talked to you.”

She snorted. “Barely. It was me talking to you. Always asking a million questions.”

“You’re right. I was a dick to you.” I could have done better, but I just didn’t know what to say to her in a public place. Her mom and dad were always around and so were customers. “I’m better one on one in a safe, private space.”

“I see that.” She kissed my neck and moved her bottom to get us going again. “You weren’t a dick to me. Just cold and withdrawn. And now I know why.”

I pressed my forehead against hers. “I’ll never treat you that way again. I can’t say I won’t be weird going into the shop, especially if it’s busy, but it won’t have anything to do with you. The problem is with me.”

“It’s okay. Everything will be fine. You’ll see.” Her words comforted me, and I believed her.

Resuming our sexual activities, I gave her my best. When her mouth opened, she started to howl. I had some wicked skills in bed to turn Red Riding Hood into a she-wolf.

To hear her howl when she came was fucking hot.

I hope this treat wasn’t only for Halloween.
