Epilogue
It was Christmas eve when we finally told my parents the true nature of our relationship. I am going to marry Angie in Las Vegas on New Years’ day,” I announced at the dinner table while we had Christmas eve dinner.
“Are you crazy?” Dad hollered completely taken aback by my announcement. “Honey, you still have your whole life in front of you right now,” Mom protested.
“Mom and dad, just be quiet,” I hissed. “I am going to marry the mother of my child. I am going to raise my baby with her as her husband,” I announced.
“Wait! You-You-You.” Mom couldn’t finisher her sentence. “That’s right mom. I am going to be a daddy and you are going to be grandparents,” I told them proudly. “If you want to be part of our baby’s life, we will welcome that. If not, we will just stay out of your way in Salt Lake City.
“But she’s so old and you are so young,” mom nearly sobbed. “That’s right Roseanna. And we are every bit as much as in love as you are with your husband. Or have you forgotten what that feels like?” Angie answered mom.
There was a long silence while mom and dad just stared at us blankly. “I love you mom and dad. But I am in love with Angie. And nothing will change that,” I told them.

I had left my mom and dad’s house after that conversation on Christmas eve. I spent Christmas day with Angie in my arms and we had sex a half dozen times. Recording a couple of those times to cover when we wouldn’t be able to have live shows while in Las Vegas.
We just got out of the shower after room service breakfast on New Years’ morning in the penthouse suite Angie rented when I got a phone call from my mom.
“Please don’t get married until we get there! I got plane tickets and we will be there at just before noon,” Mom told me as soon as I answered the phone. “I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I was not present to see my only baby married,” she told me.
“Looks like we have time to fuck some more,” I told Angie after I hung up the phone. “Mom and Dad will be here at noon to witness us marrying each other,” I added
