It was Saturday, a day after the Finns’ party.

It was already past ten in the evening, and the confinement of the hidden basement situated in the middle of nowhere in the highlands of Northern Camiguin brought Sky into deep contemplation.

Sky’s anger was out of control. Earlier, he had repeatedly punched the concrete wall at the back of his mini office, trying to vent the burning rage inside him, but it still was not enough.

He could barely keep himself together. Standing before him were the members of his gang, all gathered for the urgent meeting he had called over, a matter that should not be ignored.

“I guess we should start, Sky,” Kevin mumbled into his ear, eyeing his fist filled with dripping blood.

Sky’s simmering anger stemmed not only from Julius but also from the frustrations and personal issues he had been carrying.

“The gang is already complete, except Julius, of course,” Kevin continued.

The unnecessary mention of Julius only intensified his annoyance.

Julius went into hiding, running for his life like a coward. That bastard made him want to wrap his hands around his neck and squeeze it until he besought for mercy. They had rules, yet Julius broke them and escaped without facing the consequences of his actions.

“Quite!” Kevin shouted, and the noise immediately died down.

Sky looked at the crowd with a serious face. They were easily frightened by him. To everyone, he was very scary. Sky scanned the crowd filled with faces of worry and fright. As much as he did not want it, he understood why.

“I bet you all know why I suddenly called a meeting,” Sky started.

“Julius clearly violated the first rule of this organization, and he will surely get what he deserves once he gets caught.” Sky declared in a cold tone.

“In connection with his crime and negligence, I’m ordering all operations to shut down temporarily. ”

Most of the members, especially the newly recruited allies, would have to stop completely, though Sky, Kevin, and the senior members would continue doing their work and handling certain matters behind the scenes.

“I don’t know how long this situation will last,” he continued. “The school is involved again, and they’ll definitely widen their investigation regarding this matter. I’m not going to risk any of you, so we need to take precautions before Monday.”

Sky’s sharp gaze swept across the room. Though he could see the disappointment on some of his members’ faces, this was how they earned a living as well.

“Some of you might occasionally use drugs, but most members are using them. I need you all to be clean,” he warned sternly. “The school might conduct a drug test due to what had happened. No use of drugs for the time being, as I have ordered weeks before.”

Even though Sky had banned everyone from using it two weeks earlier, he still wanted to make certain that no one had anything left in their system.

These drugs are addictive, and he knew some might be tempted to use them.

Nevertheless, due to the recent problems these past weeks, he had become extremely strict with the distribution of drugs among the members.

He was very clear to them that once someone got caught, there was no mercy but to face the consequences of their own actions, either alone in authority or in his own hands.

“This is a serious case we are facing right now, and I don’t want you or this organization to be at stake.

I know most of you are scared this time but cut it off immediately.

We would not let any fear govern us. We would do everything to keep all of us safe.

And all you have to do is trust and follow.

” Sky announced with full conviction. “I want you all to cooperate in this matter, you hear me?!”

They had been through situations like this before, and he already knew exactly what needed to be done.

“Yes, boss!” The twenty-nine members answered unevenly, their voices lacking unity.

Sky’s expression darkened in dissatisfaction.

“Do I make myself clear?!” he barked, his voice keen and commanding.

“Yes, boss!” they shouted again, this time louder and more synchronized.

“Good. Get yourselves ready,” Sky ordered.

Kevin would be assisting with the cleansing session. Some of the members were fresh recruits who looked nervous and uncertain, while the veterans already knew exactly what they were going to do.

Kevin was skilled at assisting them in giving false results.

They had to rely on different methods to stay undetected.

They had done it before, and so far, none of them had been exposed despite the drugs not being completely eliminated from their systems. Even so, they still needed to stay extremely cautious.

Drug tests could be conducted in many ways.

It could be through urine, blood, sweat, or saliva samples.

Kevin was appointed to do the job, and Sky entrusted him with it.

Later that evening, Sky left the basement to meet with their supplier and discuss temporarily shutting down the operation with some of his boys.

Monday at school, and all classes had just ended. And for Sky, waiting was his hardest and most hated game. He was a very impatient person in the world. Patience had never been one of his virtues.

But miraculously, not today.

Sky leaned into his famous car in front of the school gate.

The class ended half an hour ago. Therefore, many students were exiting the campus.

He was not in the mood to entertain their lustful gazes, lewd looks, and seductive stares.

All adjectives led to one purpose: they were dying to get into his pants.

Although many of them turned him on, not today.

There were many sexy and gorgeous girls he had his eyes on, whom he had once fucked before and wanted to thrust his cock into again, but not today.

Not minding them, he rummaged in his pocket for a stick of cigarettes, and when he caught one, he quickly lit it.

Why the fuck did I agree to let him come over to my house?

What the fucking hell is wrong with me?

What the hell was I fucking thinking?

Those questions kept lingering in his mind, and even he was surprised by his own thoughts.

Sky should have just beaten him, grabbed him by the neck, and told him to finish the research on his own. He was very capable of doing all that.

But those eyes.

Jude’s eyes, when he held his gaze at him closely earlier, were nothing but a surrender to his will.

Those eyes were so beautiful. Those eyes were a tourist spot, a breathtaking view that Sky would die to visit, even if it took a hundred miles and a hundred obstacles he was going to face along his way, only to witness the view.

Sky felt himself getting lost in them. It was the first time Jude looked at Sky like that in over five years.

It was the first time Jude had fought his gaze, begging, nearly face-to-face, across his seat, for as long as Sky could remember.

Sky could not refuse. He could not resist. He just could not.

But an hour had passed, and Sky was growing angrier and more worried.

What? Of course, I am very angry.

Why would I get worried?

Where the hell is he?

Where the hell is that fag now?

Those irresistible thoughts kept banging on his emotions until he did not notice the time.

No students were passing by already, and the school grounds were empty. It was getting dark, and the sun was almost down.

Why does he always keep on testing my fucking patience?

Who the fucking hell is he?
