Chapter 28 #2

“Then don’t go back?” Tyler reached out to brush his thumb across Dmitrii’s cheek, wiping away a tear that Dmitrii hadn’t even realized was there.

“They’ll make me.” He couldn’t stop looking into Tyler’s eyes, completely lost in how soft they looked. “I never wanted to leave you.”

“You say that as if you actually loved me.” It was clear that Tyler didn’t believe he was loved.

“I don’t think I can ever stop feeling like this for you.” He desperately wanted to say it was love, but the word just wouldn’t leave his lips yet.

“What do you want, Dmitrii? Tell me what you want.” Somehow Tyler was acting like his ex-boyfriend jumping the fence to his backyard and ending up injured wasn’t the weirdest thing to happen.

Dmitrii didn’t have to think, just replying, “You.”

Tyler paused for a moment, the confusion clear. “Me? But I’m not special like you.”

“You are the most special person I have ever met.” Dmitrii didn’t realize what he was doing until his lips felt Tyler’s as he leaned in to kiss the man.

Tyler didn’t pull away, but he didn’t return the kiss either. “Did you love me?”

“I still do.” He still didn’t say the word, but he knew he had to. He had to tell Tyler the truth. “I never stopped loving you. Every moment since we broke up has felt like I was dying.” Maybe he was being overdramatic, but this was his only chance to try to fix his mistake.

With a soft sigh, Tyler shook his head. “I don’t know if you’re the stupid one to have broken up with someone you loved, or if I am the stupid one to believe you.”

“We could be stupid together?”

He actually laughed a little at Dmitrii’s comment. Then a decision was made as Tyler leaned in to kiss Dmitrii. “We can figure this out.” He leaned in to deepen the kiss, both of them half-naked in the bathroom.

With his injuries dealt with for now, Dmitrii leaned in, pressed to Tyler’s bare chest. The other man was so warm, and it felt so good to kiss him.

He’d never had this before. He really wasn’t good at being brave, but this was worth fighting for.

Maybe they could figure it out together.

He never wanted to be away from Tyler again.

Dmitrii didn’t know how, but somehow he would find a way to stay.

Tyler’s lips moved to Dmitrii’s neck, the sensation making it hard for Dmitrii to remain standing, not with how weak his legs felt from that sensation. Then Tyler moved up his neck to kiss just below his earlobe. “Do you want to go to my room?”

There was nothing that Dmitrii wanted more in the world right now than that.

“Please.” He didn’t pull away, now kissing along Tyler’s shoulder.

Somehow they stumbled to Tyler’s room, never stopping touching each other.

With Dmitrii’s shirt now on Tyler’s floor, more flesh was available for Tyler to kiss.

Pressing Dmitrii into the bed, Tyler’s lips ran over Dmitrii’s chest, brushing over so sensitive nipples, as he confessed, “I’ve wanted you for so long.” He didn’t care anymore if he seemed like a fanboy; it was true.

His lips found Tyler’s as Dmitrii whispered, “I was so miserable without you.” He didn’t just mean the past day since the breakup. No, Dmitrii had been miserable for a very long time.

“I still love you.” Tyler did. There was no reason not to admit it.

Instead, he confessed his feelings as his heart raced at every touch.

Their bodies pressed together tightly, and Tyler wanted more.

No matter how stupid it was to want more right now when their relationship still held so many unknowns, he needed to touch Dmitrii.

He needed to touch that man in everyway.

“I love you too.” Everything felt like too much and not enough at the same time.

Confessing his love felt as if those jagged pieces of his broken heart were healing.

It wasn’t just love, though. His hormones surged, making it so hard to think.

There was no hiding how hard Tyler made him.

No, there was no hiding anything as they pressed against each other.

He wanted more though, even if he wasn’t sure exactly what ‘more’ meant.

The weight of Tyler pressing him into the bed just felt so right.

Tyler pulled back for a second, whispering, “I want you.”

Dmitrii felt an electric shock travel through his body at how Tyler said ‘want’.

He wasn’t positive exactly what Tyler meant, but he was more than willing to do anything.

He didn’t ask any more questions. Instead, he just whispered, “Yes.” Whatever Tyler wanted, he so desperately wanted to give it to him.

When Tyler pulled a condom out of his nightstand drawer, Dmitrii knew that yes, this was going to be exactly what he wanted.

Every thought left his head as Tyler’s lips found his again.

His boxers and Tyler’s swim trunks had both ended up on the floor, but that didn’t matter.

The only thing that mattered was what Tyler was doing to him in bed.

Every touch felt better than the last as the intensity of Tyler’s motions grew until finally his body took Tyler all the way into him.

Nerves on fire and everything too perfect, he could only cling to Tyler’s shoulder’s as the other man drove into him.

Dmitrii had never felt anything this good and this intense.

He needed this. He needed this for the rest of his life with the same desperation he needed oxygen to breathe.

Words couldn’t describe how perfect it felt as Tyler took him, desperate and rough, until finally Dmitrii could only gasp as his orgasm crashed down on him.

He felt how Tyler’s hips stuttered and then slammed into him harder and faster.

Every move screamed of desperation as Tyler’s control disappeared and he came so hard that there wasn’t even an attempt to muffle how he yelled, “Yes.”

In the haze of post-orgasmic bliss, Dmitrii felt Tyler’s lips as they kissed.

With their bodies still joined, his arms were wrapped around Tyler’s shoulders.

As he was held tight, all he could do was whisper.

“I love you.” This was perfect. This was what he wanted.

If sex with Tyler were his poison, then he would refuse the antidote a million times over.

Tyler whispered, “That was amazing.” It had been everything Tyler had hoped for. Having Dmitrii in his bed and in his arms, with that soft smile and look of not being entirely coherent, was even better than anything Tyler had dreamed of.

“That was … amazing.” Dmitrii could only agree. He was exhausted and now warm and in Tyler’s bed. Everything just felt right. “I … I liked that. A lot.”

“I was good?” Tyler placed a kiss on Dmitrii’s forehead, loving how the other man curled into him, seeming to want as much physical contact as possible.

“Everything felt so good. I … was I okay?”

“You were amazing.” Something about Dmitrii’s question made Tyler think. “Have you … had sex before?” It was flattering, but Tyler was certain he wasn’t that good.

Dmitrii shook his head. “You’re my first.” Any of the guys he had met in the past wouldn’t have made him feel this good.

“I wanted to be in love first.” Maybe Dmitrii should have been more honest with how many ‘firsts’ Tylers was for him, but now wasn’t the time.

He was rapidly falling asleep, worn out from the past twenty-four hours.

If he could stay in bed with Tyler forever, he’d die happy.

Tyler closed his eyes as Dmitrii lost the battle to stay awake.

He pulled him closer, holding him so tight as he made sure they were both under the blanket.

They’d figure this out, but for now, he was just going to be happy that Dmitrii loved him.

They could figure life out tomorrow. Tonight, he just wanted to hold him.
