Epilogue
The merriment continued until the wee hours of the morning. Ashley made plans to go to the Globe Theatre with Blair, Emily, and a friend of Blair’s named Landon who seemed to be smitten with Ashley. Afternoon tea was on the agenda as well.
Oliver had confessed to Helen that he would like to continue seeing her. He didn’t want to rush into anything, but he also did not want to miss an opportunity for more joy in his life. She gladly accepted the terms.
Jessica and Noah admitted that they would like to see where their relationship could lead and made a date for when they returned to the States.
Todd called to wish Ashley and Jessica a Happy New Year and told them that he and Ari planned to take to the road and travel cross-country together.
In the months that followed, Emily and Blair became an item, and Ashley continued to see Landon every other weekend.
Henry and Kathleen moved into a bigger flat with a yard for Buster. Henry got a job at a local branch of his former bank, and Kathleen started teaching kindergarten. She promised to bake Henry apricot cake any time he wanted it.
