Chapter 27 Evie
I shut the door to my room, already pulling off my jeans and sweater.
Fuck, Aiden.
And I don’t mean like fuck Aiden, I mean screw him, I’m about to ruin his life.
Again.
Or maybe only ruin it more.
I had made it through half the movie before I couldn’t take it anymore. One more giggle from that girl and I would scream. My fingers itched to text him, to call him, to do something that would make him notice how far I was willing to go.
I grabbed a shirt, ready to go to bed and try to forget about Aiden, even though I knew I couldn’t. I could feel it—the way I had pushed him to the edge, the teasing spark that made him hesitate, struggle . . . and yet he was still reluctant to jump.
The door opened and slammed behind me. A body hit mine—hard—pulling me back into a chest that was all muscle and heat. A hand clamped over my mouth as we spun together.
“What the fuck do you think you were doing with Hero?”
“Aiden,” I breathed, wiggling against him. “Let me go.”
“No, tell me what the fuck you were doing.”
“Cuddling. What do you care? You’re here with someone. Who I sit with is none of your concern.”
“It is when it’s Hero, or anyone else in the pack for that matter.”
“Why? Because you know Hero would fuck me and not give a shit about the consequences?”
“Yeah, that’s exactly why.”
“Just because you’re scared of my brother doesn’t mean others are.”
“I’m not scared of him. I respect him. He has specifically asked us all to leave you alone and I’ve already fucked that up.”
“Then go back to your date, because I would like to invite Hero back to disrespect my body. There’s a lot a man can do even without his dick.”
His arm around me tightened, pulling me closer. I could feel his warm breath on my neck, his breathing unsteady now.
He pushed until my face pressed against the door, and his cock pressed hard against me.
“You are a sick little psycho, Evie. You want someone else fucking you in here while I’m out there on a date?”
“Maybe. At least maybe you would learn your lesson.”
“You want me jealous Hero could get to touch you instead?”
“You made your choice when you showed up with someone tonight. Why shouldn’t I give Hero a chance?”
“Because you want to destroy my life, not his. You think you’re the only one who gets to push people to the edge? Did you ever think I could push back? Ruin your life in other ways?”
I grinned. “You couldn’t ruin my life even if you tried. What are you going to do? Tell Rook about the photos?” My stomach flipped, nervous to even bring it up. “Try to drag me into the woods and fuck me without anyone knowing it was you? Maybe swing by a cemetery and mess around?”
“Nobody fucked you in the woods.”
My smile only grew. Happy he finally admitted to it.
“What am I going to do? I’m already doing it. It’s going to be hard to make anyone believe you when I’m with another girl all night. When I tell them the little psycho girl who is a master at computers photoshopped the photos.”
“You wouldn’t.”
“Did you really think I would sit back and take this? That I wouldn’t come up with my own plan? Should I not make you listen to me with someone else all night?” He spun me around to face him now, grinning. “Why not?”
“You think I would get cozy in bed and not even worry about you across the hall fucking someone else? You think I wouldn’t barge in and scare her off?”
He laughed now, moving me to my bed and pushing me back. I fell with a smile, loving the way he got angry at his own failed plan of bringing her home—the way he took control.
“Telling me your plan was such a bad choice, Psycho.”
“And why’s that?”
He pulled at his belt, ripping it off in one smooth motion and coming down over me. “Because I’m going to make sure you can’t follow through on any of your plans.”
He reached up, wrapping the belt around my wrists before looping it around my headboard, snapping the buckle into place and effectively making it impossible for me to move.
“Aiden,” I warned, pulling at the belt. Had I really been so far off? I thought he was here to be with me, not make it easier to be with her.
He dragged himself down my body, pushing my legs apart and groaning.
“Is this the woods part two?” I asked, my breathing heavy. “Or the cemetery part two? Because those were very different experiences.”
“You want it to be?” His hand trailed down my side until he reached between my legs. “Don’t make a sound.”
“Why not? That could make this bad for you. Maybe I should scream for help.”
“You wouldn’t do that. You want to know what I will do to you too badly.”
I didn’t say a word as he moved down my body, pulling my shirt up the slightest amount.
His lips pressed against my hips. Heat flooded me, my hips involuntarily pushing up off the bed.
“Are you not even going to undress me?”
“No. Why would I?”
He moved farther down, kissing along the waistband of my shorts.
I fought against the belt holding my hands against the headboard. “Can you please let me go?” I begged, nearly breathless, as I looked down to see Aiden so close to being between my legs.
He pressed his lips to my pussy, the shorts still between us. I moaned, pushing up again into his mouth. My brain could barely keep up as he stood abruptly, smiling as he looked me over.
“What are you doing? Are you going to leave me here . . . like this?”
He was already nodding before I finished my sentence. “I have a girl waiting in the living room for me, and a group of people that would be pretty suspicious if I didn’t come back out, plus I need you to behave. So yes, you will be waiting here until I decide you aren’t going to cause trouble.”
“Are you serious?” I asked, my voice going high, betraying me.
“What’s wrong? Not quite the romantic scene you were hoping for? Don’t like it when your psycho plans backfire?”
“Get the fuck out.”
“Anything you want, Psycho. The beauty of it is that I know you will be right here, waiting for me whenever I want you.”
“And why wouldn’t I start screaming for help now? If I know I’m not getting anything out of this, why stay quiet?”
He leaned down, pressing his lips to my neck. “But what if I come back and touch you more?”
“And what if you go sleep with that girl and I’m stuck here listening to it? I’d rather scream and never be touched again.”
“And what if you are a good girl for once and stay quiet so I can come back and put my lips on you more?”
“Are you serious? You’re going to leave me tied up here all night?”
“Of course I’m serious. How else would I know you aren’t going to wreck my entire night? Plus, that girl is out there waiting, and I would hate to disappoint her because you decide you want to meddle.”
He got up, pushing off the bed and heading toward the door.
“Aiden,” I hissed as he opened the door.
“Night, Psycho,” he said as he stepped into the hall. “Maybe I’ll see you in a few hours.”
I twisted the belt, the loop finally loosening enough for me to slip one hand through, followed by the other.
There was no fucking chance Aiden would be getting out of this night unscathed. He thought he could tease me like this and leave me tied up to be with another girl?
He thought I would sit and do as I’m told?
He thought I would be good?
The words were a raging scream in my mind as I got up.
I grabbed the large bowie knife out of my nightstand, a gift from Aiden as a joke, but it was funny I would finally get to laugh about it like this.
I headed right for the garage, cutting through the living room first. I could feel Aiden’s eyes tracking me as I walked past everyone.
I waved the knife with a sweet smile. I didn’t even glance over, already knowing he would be surprised to see me untied, but I wished I could have seen the moment he realized I had freed myself.
Rook groaned. “What are you doing?”
“Who me? I need something from the garage. Where are the hammers?”
“Hammers?” Rook echoed.
“Yeah, the things you smack other things with. I need one.”
“There’s one in the big toolbox,” Mason said, and I shot him a sweet smile.
“Thank you.”
“Why do you need a hammer when you have a knife, Evie?” Aiden asked, and I loved the edge of concern in his tone. He had to hide in front of everyone, but he would have already known I would come for him.
“A little experiment.” I disappeared into the hallway that led to our garage where everyone’s bikes are parked.
I could feel the snarl on my face as I thought of that girl lying on top of him, grabbing him, touching everything that felt like mine, and he thought I was going to be okay with it.
I waved the knife again, knowing they couldn’t see me now.
“What kind of experiment?” Hero yelled, his excitement clear.
“I want to see if a motorcycle will still run if I stab my knife through the gas tank,” I yelled, grabbing the hammer out of the first toolbox.
The yells and pounding of footsteps heading my way only spurred me on faster.
I made it to Aiden’s bike and positioned the knife, hitting it hard once with the hammer. I knew it was going to take some work, but I didn’t mind getting my hands dirty.
Rook made it through the door first, immediately stepping out of the way and letting the rest of them make it inside. Everyone stopped and I’m sure relief went through them when they realized it wasn’t their bike.
Aiden would have already known this was about him.
“Dude, what did you do?” Mason asked.
“It’s pretty easy to piss her off, but what the fuck, Aiden?” Rook asked.
I slammed the hammer down, the knife breaking through the metal finally. Two more hits and it slammed in to the hilt. Aiden watched, silent as I broke his bike.
“Oops,” I said, staring at Aiden. “That was easier than I thought.”
“Oh fuck.” Rook was already shaking his head and heading back inside. “Don’t kill her or I have to kill you and then I will be pissed.”
Aiden stood watching me. I could have sworn it was heat in his eyes, but he gave nothing away.
“Everybody get the fuck out,” Aiden snarled. “Zack, take the girl home for me.”
Zack frowned, his eyes locking on mine. “Seriously?”
“Yes. Is there an issue?”
