Chapter 11

Indie

I spent most of the day pissed the fuck off.

Stone had really sat there this morning and told me I belonged to him. Like I was his property. Like I was some shit he owned. Like I wasn’t a whole ass human being with my own wants and desires and a whole fuckin’ life.

I couldn’t believe this nigga was forcing me to move into his estate. His actual house. Where he lived.

What the fuck did that even mean? He said I belonged to him now. But what did that mean? Was he my man now? Was this nigga claiming me as his girl? And if he was...did I even want that?

I sat on the couch in the living room, my legs tucked under me, staring at the TV without really seeing it.

My mind was racing.

Stone was a drug kingpin. A killer. A man who could snap my neck without breaking a sweat. But he was also... something else. Something I couldn’t quite put my finger on.

The way he looked at me sometimes…like I was the only thing in the world that mattered. Like he was obsessed with me in a way that should’ve scared me but instead made my pussy throb.

The way he touched me. The way he fucked me. The way he made me feel things I’d never felt before.

I shook my head, trying to clear my thoughts.

This was insane. I was insane for even entertaining this shit. But as the hours passed and the sun started to dip lower in the sky, my anger began to shift.

Because Ish was coming today.

Stone had told me his men would bring Ish here tonight, and then tomorrow we’d all leave for the estate together.

I was finally going to see my little brother.

After weeks of not knowing if he was okay, of worrying about him every single day, of wondering if Stone’s men were really watching him or if something had happened—I was finally going to lay eyes on him.

I was finally going to be able to hug him and make sure he was alright. And that thought, that anticipation, started to override everything else. The anger. The frustration. The confusion about what the fuck I was doing with Stone.

None of it mattered as much as seeing Ish. I needed to see my brother. I needed to know he was safe.

By the time I heard Stone’s car pull up outside, I’d calmed down enough to function. I was sitting on the couch watching the new season of Love is Blind on Netflix, my eyes glued to the screen as some woman cried about her man not being emotionally available.

I heard the front door open and close, then Stone’s heavy footsteps in the hallway. But I didn’t look up. I kept my eyes on the TV, pretending to be completely absorbed in the drama unfolding on screen.

I was still irritated with his ass, and I didn’t want to give him the satisfaction of my attention. Plus, if I looked at him, I’d be forced to acknowledge how fine he was, and I didn’t want to think about that shit when I was upset.

I could feel his eyes on me. That intense, unblinking stare that always made my skin prickle with awareness, but I ignored it and kept my focus on the TV.

After a long moment, I heard him move. His footsteps came closer, and then the couch dipped as he sat down right next to me.

Too close.

I kissed my teeth and scooted away from him, putting distance between us.

Stone chuckled. It was a dark, low sound that sent a shiver down my spine. Then his hand shot out and grabbed my waist, yanking me back toward him. I gasped as he pulled me into his lap, forcing me to straddle him.

“Stone—”

“Look at me,” he said, his voice low and commanding.

I didn’t want to, but my eyes betrayed me, lifting to meet his. And there it was.

That look. The one I’d been noticing more and more lately. Obsession. Hunger. Addiction. Like I was a drug he couldn’t quit.

His dark eyes bore into mine, and I felt my resolve crumbling.

“I’m still mad at you,” I said, my voice weaker than I wanted it to be.

“I know,” he said. Then he kissed me.

And I folded.

Like a fuckin’ lawn chair.

I kissed him back immediately, my hands going to his shoulders, my body pressing against his.

His lips were demanding, his tongue sliding into my mouth and tangling with mine.

I moaned into the kiss, hating myself for how easily I gave in to him, but I couldn’t help it.

This man had some kind of hold on me that I couldn’t explain.

Stone’s big hands gripped my ass through the thin material of my biker shorts, squeezing and kneading. The shorts were so thin I could feel the warmth of his palms, and it made my pussy purr. I was already getting wet, already ready for him.

Stone pulled back from the kiss and stared into my eyes for a moment. Then his hands moved to the straps of my tank top, yanking them down along with the fabric until my breasts spilled out.

He didn’t waste time. His mouth went straight to my nipples, sucking and biting until I was arching into him, my head falling back.

“Fuck,” I breathed.

He switched to the other nipple, giving it the same attention, and I felt myself getting wetter by the second. He lifted me off his lap and laid me down on the couch, hovering over me.

His hands went to the waistband of my biker shorts, and he yanked them down along with my thong in one swift motion. I was completely exposed to him now, naked from the waist down. Stone’s eyes darkened as he looked at my pussy, and he licked his lips.

“Spread your legs,” he said.

I did.

He got down on his knees in front of the couch, tossing my legs over his shoulders, and then he buried his face between my thighs.

“Oh my God,” I moaned as his tongue made contact with my clit.

He licked me slowly at first, teasing, his tongue sliding against me. Then he started eating me like he was starving and my pussy was the only thing keeping him alive.

I closed my eyes, lost in the sensation. But then his voice cut through the haze.

“Open your fuckin’ eyes, Indigo.”

My eyes flew open, and I looked down at him. He was staring up at me, his face buried in my pussy, his dark eyes locked on mine.

“Look at me,” he said, his voice muffled. “Watch me eat this pussy.”

I couldn’t look away. I couldn’t do anything but stare into his eyes as he devoured me.

His tongue circled my clit, then dipped inside me, fucking me with it. I was grinding on his face, my hips bucking, my hands gripping the couch cushions.

“Stone,” I whimpered. “Oh fuck, Stone—”

He didn’t stop, he didn’t slow down. He just kept going, his tongue working me over until I came with a scream, my body shaking.

But he still didn’t stop. He kept licking, kept sucking, kept eating me out until I came again. And again. By the time he finally pulled back, I was a trembling mess, my thighs shaking, my pussy throbbing.

Stone stood up, staring down at me with that same obsessed look in his eyes. Then he flipped me over onto my stomach.

“Ass up,” he commanded.

I obeyed, getting on my hands and knees, my ass high in the air. I heard the rustling of his pants being undone, and then I felt the head of his dick pressing against my entrance. He slammed into me without warning.

“Fuck!” I screamed, my face buried in the couch cushions.

Stone didn’t give me time to adjust. He just started fucking me with ruthless, punishing strokes. Deep and hard. Over and over. His hand came down on my ass with a loud smack.

“Stone!”

“This pussy is mine,” he growled, smacking my ass again. “You mine. You belong to me and you gon’ do what the fuck I say. You hear me?”

I just moaned, unable to form words. He smacked my ass harder.

“You hear me?” he demanded. “Tell me you gon’ do what I say.”

I tried to ignore him, tried to focus on the feeling of his dick stretching me, filling me. But he wasn’t having it. He smacked my ass so hard I cried out, tears springing to my eyes.

“I ain’t playin’ with you, Indigo,” he said, his voice hard. “Tell me you gon’ do whatever the fuck daddy say. Now!”

I broke.

“I’ma do whatever daddy say!” I screamed.

Stone groaned, and his strokes got harder. Faster. He gripped the back of my neck, squeezing slightly, and I felt myself spiraling.

“Good fuckin’ girl,” he praised, his voice rough. “You such a good girl, baby.”

That did it. I came hard, my pussy clenching around his dick, my whole body shaking. A moment later, Stone did too, his grip on my neck tightening as he released inside me.

He pulled out and I collapsed on the couch, trying to catch my breath.

I looked back at him, and he was putting his dick away, tucking himself back into his pants. He stared down at me with that crazy look in his eyes, and I just shook my head. This nigga was something else.

“Get ready,” he said, his voice calm and unbothered. “Your brother will be here in an hour.”

Then he turned and walked away, leaving me naked and trembling on the couch.

I took a quick shower and got dressed, throwing on a pair of leggings and an oversized hoodie.

My body was still humming from what Stone had just done to me, but I tried to push it out of my mind. Ish was coming. That’s all that mattered right now.

I went back downstairs and paced the living room, too anxious to sit still. I kept glancing at the window, waiting to see headlights pull up.

Stone was sitting on the couch, scrolling through his phone, completely unbothered. How the fuck was he so calm all the time?

Finally, after what felt like forever, I saw an SUV pull up outside. My heart jumped into my throat. I watched as two of Stone’s men got out of the front seats. Then the back door opened, and Ishmael stepped out.

My little brother.

I didn’t even think. I just ran. I raced past Stone, who didn’t even look up from his phone, and yanked open the front door.

Ish was walking up the path, his face hard and closed off. He was trying to look tough. Trying to act like he wasn’t scared. But the second he saw me, his expression crumbled.

“Indie,” he breathed.

I pulled him inside and wrapped my arms around him, hugging him so tight I thought I might break him. Tears streamed down my face, and I didn’t even try to stop them.

I hadn’t realized how much I’d been missing him until he was right there in front of me.

“I’m so sorry,” Ish whispered into my shoulder. “I’m so fuckin’ sorry, Indie.”

“It’s okay,” I said, my voice thick with emotion. “It’s okay, Ish. You’re here now. That’s all that matters.”

We stood there for a long moment, just holding each other. Then I pulled back and looked at him, my hands on his shoulders.

He looked okay. A little tired, maybe. A little stressed. But he was okay.

“Come on,” I said, wiping my eyes. “Let’s go sit down.”

I led him into the living room, and we sat on the couch opposite the one where Stone was. Ish glared at Stone, his jaw tight. Stone didn’t even look up from his phone.

Ish turned to me, his eyes searching my face. “What the fuck is going on?” he asked. “Did he hurt you?”

Stone finally looked up, his eyes locking on me. Waiting.

“No,” I said quickly. “He didn’t hurt me, Ish. I’m good.”

Ish didn’t look convinced.

“So what have you been doing for the past few weeks?” he asked. “You’ve been here?”

I nodded. “Yes, I’ve been here. With Stone.”

I didn’t elaborate. Didn’t know how to explain what the fuck was going on between me and Stone when I didn’t even understand it myself.

But Ish seemed to get the picture. His eyes widened slightly, and he looked back at Stone, then at me again.

“Why did them niggas make me pack my shit?” he asked. “Am I moving in here?”

I looked at Stone, waiting for him to explain. This was his plan, after all.

Stone set his phone down and leaned back on the couch, his arms spread across the back.

“Nah, you ain’t moving in here, lil’ nigga,” he said. “Y’all coming with me to my spot.”

Ish frowned.

“Why?” he asked. “Are y’all in a relationship? Indie? Is he your man now? What the fuck is going on?”

Stone’s jaw tightened, and I could see his patience wearing thin.

“Don’t worry about what we are to each other,” Stone said, his voice hard. “Just know y’all coming with me. And you need to be thankful to Indigo for you being right here breathing.”

Ish looked confused.

“What do you mean?”

Stone leaned forward, his elbows on his knees, his eyes locked on Ish.

“Do you know what yo’ sister did because of your fuck up?” he asked. “She offered herself to me in exchange for you. You know what could’ve happened to her if I was another nigga? You lucky it was me. So quit asking questions.”

My eyes widened.

“Stone!” I snapped. “What the fuck!”

I couldn’t believe he just told Ish all that. Ish looked back and forth between the two of us, his face pale.

“Indie...” he said, his voice small. “Is that true?”

I glared at Stone, furious. But I couldn’t lie to my brother.

“Yeah,” I said quietly. “It’s true.”

Ish looked like he was about to be sick.

Stone took a deep breath, like he was trying to calm himself down. Then he stood up.

“I’ma step out and let y’all catch up,” he said. “I’ll be back later. We heading out in the morning.”

He grabbed his keys and walked out the front door, leaving me alone with Ishmael. For a long moment, neither of us said anything. Ish just stared at me, his eyes filled with guilt and regret.

“I’m sorry, Indie,” he said finally, his voice breaking. “I fucked up and got you mixed up with this nigga. Thank you for what you did. I don’t... I don’t deserve you.”

I sighed and pulled him into another hug.

“It’s okay, Ish,” I said. “I forgive you. You my brother. I’d do anything to protect you. I love you.”

“I love you, too,” he said, his voice muffled against my shoulder.

We sat there for a while, just holding each other. Then I pulled back and wiped my eyes.

“You hungry?” I asked.

Ish nodded. “Yeah. Starving.”

I smiled.

“Alright. Let me make us some dinner.”

I got up and went into the kitchen, and Ish followed me, sitting at the island while I pulled out ingredients.

As I cooked, we talked. About school. About his friends. About what he’d been doing for the past few weeks. He told me about Stone’s men watching him. About how they’d shown up at the condo and packed my stuff. About Aurora coming by and asking questions.

I told him I was okay. That Stone hadn’t hurt me. That we were going to his estate tomorrow and we’d figure out the rest from there.

I didn’t tell him about the way Stone made me feel. About the fact that I was starting to think I might actually have feelings for this crazy ass nigga. That was too much to explain. Too much to even process myself.

By the time dinner was ready, I felt a little lighter. A little more like myself.

I didn’t know what was coming next. Didn’t know what life at Stone’s estate would be like. But I had my brother back. And for now, that was enough.
