Chapter 3 #5

She’d left a neat, small triangle of curls, glistening with the clear sign of her arousal.

He groaned, the sound raw and hungry.

“Gods, you look delicious.”

“You’ve been here for a while today, so I thought that a plesant break could be good for your focus… will you give it a taste?”

He sank to his knees.

Rough hands settled on her inner thighs, pushing them gently wider.

His breath ghosting over her heated flesh for a heartbeat before his tongue delved in, a broad, flat stroke from her entrance all the way up to her clit.

Seraphae gasped, her head falling back.

“Mmmph… there you go. Now isn’t this nicer than being all alone here?”

He smirked against her.

A soft, wet tongue met her soft lips.

It circled her clit, slowly and infuriatingly perfect, then it dipped down to lap at her entrance, drinking her flowing juices in.

The soft moans turned into whimpers.

His tongue was tasting her.

Deep.

Slow.

Luxurious.

Her thighs began to tremble.

Hazel eyes locked with golden ones, wide and pleading for release.

Fingers gently grazed through his hair.

His rough hands slowly squeezed her breasts and gently pinched and rolled her hard nipples in rhythm with his tongue.

That was all it took.

Her body bowed off the stool.

A sharp, choked cry escaped her as she came, a hot rush of liquid spilling over his tongue and chin. He lapped at her eagerly, swallowing every drop, coaxing her through the shivering aftershocks with soft, licks.

After the last shuddering breath a giggle broke the silence.

“I like studying…”

He pulled back, and stood up, his lips and chin glistening.

“My turn,” he said.

An eager nod.

She slid off the stool, her legs shaky and pushed him backwards, until his back was against the base of a bookshelf.

She knelt before him, her hands making quick work of the belt and laces.

His cock sprang free.

She didn’t tease.

She swallowed him.

Whole.

Her mouth was a furnace of wet, sucking heat.

With each move her glasses slipped down her nose, her golden eyes locked on his.

One hand worked the base of his shaft in tight, twisting strokes, the other cupped his balls, rolling them gently.

The contrast was exquisite. The soft, wet pull of her mouth, the firm, demanding grip of her hand.

Aldric’s head rested against the wooden shelf. His hands gently stroking her hair.

She hummed around him, the vibration shooting straight to his core. She picked up the pace, her movements becoming sloppier, more desperate. She was milking him in earnest now, her mouth spreading the pre-cum, making the glide slick and perfect.

He could feel the tight coil in his gut, the inevitable, gathering storm.

The sound of the heavy library door opening echoed through the high ceilings.

Footsteps.

Measured, firm, familiar footsteps on the stone floor.

Clement.

Aldric froze.

Seraphae didn’t. If anything, she doubled down, taking him deeper, her throat working around him.

Her eyes flicked up to his, wide and mischievous over the rims of her glasses.

“Sir Aldric?” Clement’s voice echoed between the shelves. “Are you in here? Her Majesty asked whether you were feeling well today. She noticed you left the breakfast table earlier that usual.”

Footsteps were coming closer.

The paused at each main aisle.

Looking for Aldric.

Aldric’s body was a battlefield.

Every nerve was screaming for release, her mouth unbearable. He tried to push her head away gently, but she resisted, sucking harder.

“I… I’m here, Clement,” Aldric called out, his voice strained but impressively steady. He cleared his throat. “I’m quite well. I only wished to begin my studies. I’ll apologize to Her Majesty when I see her.”

Seraphae giggled silently around his cock, the vibration making him bite his own fist. Her hand tightened its rhythm.

“Ah.” Clement’s voice came closer, measured and calm.

Soft footsteps sounded between the shelves, and Aldric caught sight of the demon’s reflection in the polished edge of a reading table. Tall, immaculate, hands folded behind his back, posture straight as a drawn line.

“That is entirely understandable. My apologies for the intrusion. The Queen insisted I confirm you were in good health.”

“It’s… nngh… it’s quite alright. Really not necessary,” Aldric managed, his jaw clenched. Seraphae’s tongue was doing something devilish under his crown.

The footsteps stopped for a heartbeat too long.

“Very good, sir,” Clement said at last, tone polite and unreadable. “I will inform Her Majesty.”

Aldric could feel his presence, a patient, stoic statue just few feet away.

Seraphae chose that moment to deep-throat him again, her nose pressing into his pubic bone.

Aldric bit down on a moan, turning it into a strangled cough.

“Are you sure that everything is quite well, Sir Aldric?” Clement asked, a faint note of concern in his voice.

“Yes! Perfectly.” Aldric’s voice was too loud, too sharp. “Just… dust. In my throat. From the old books.”

“I see.” A pause. “Shall I send for some water?”

“No!” Aldric gasped, then modulated. “That won’t be necessary. I’ll be done shortly.”

“As you wish.”

The footsteps finally began to recede.

Aldric listened, every muscle in his body locked in agonized tension, until the sound of the main door closing with a soft thud echoed through the library.

The moment it closed, Seraphae pulled off with a wet, obscene pop. She was grinning wildly, her lips swollen, her glasses askew.

“That,” she whispered, her voice hoarse with excitement, “was so hot.”

Aldric didn’t have words. The relief of Clement’s departure collided with the unbearable pressure she’d built. He was on the very edge, trembling with the effort of holding back.

She saw it.

Her eyes darkened with predatory glee.

She didn’t give him a second to recover.

Instead, she just took him back into her mouth, and this time, there was no holding back. She made loud, greedy, wet sounds, the sounds she’d been forced to silence moments before. She was claiming him, finishing what she started, reminding him who his attention truly belonged to.

It was too much.

The adrenaline, the fear of discovery, the sheer skill of her mouth…

He came with a guttural groan.

She drank him down, swallowing convulsively, milking him with her lips and tongue until he was spent, sensitive, and utterly drained.

She finally released him, licking her lips with a satisfied sigh. Sitting back on her heels, she adjusted her glasses. Her blouse was rumpled, her skirt scandalously out of place. She looked utterly debauched and entirely pleased with herself.

Then she stood, smoothing silk and leather, composure snapping back into place as if the last half hour had never happened.

Aldric sat down on the floor and looked at her.

“Rae,” he asked quietly, “why did you really come here?”

She didn’t answer right away.

Instead, she stepped closer, then lowered herself onto his lap, her arms looping loosely around his shoulders.

“You’ve been distant these past few days. And I noticed the brand too. The way it’s… affecting you.”

She gestured vaguely between them. At his position on the floor. At herself. At the outfit.

“And this,” she added with a small, sheepish smile, “is the only way I know how to make you smile.” A pause. “You can talk to me, my love. I’m here.”

Aldric sighed.

As if an invisible weight rested on his shoulders.

“I know. This whole brand thing feels like something I have to face on my own. And I’m trying not to let it affect you.”

She reached for his arm.

A simple touch.

Comforting.

“If you ever decide to talk… I’m here. Truly.” She smiled shyly. “I love doing this with you. I really do. But I also want you to know that you can talk to me about what you’re feeling.”

Her fingers slid gently up his arm.

“I’m with you.” A pause. “For the good and the bad.”

She cupped his jaw with both hands.

He smiled.

Small.

Almost sheepish.

He wasn’t used to this.

She leaned forward and kissed him softly.

“You’re so tough on the outside,” she whispered. “But I don’t think anyone has ever loved you when you weren’t being perfect.”

Aldric chuckled softly and brushed his lips against her neck.

“You’re making up for it.” A faint smile tugged at his lips. “Come on. Let’s get up. These books are starting to dig into my back.”

She smiled.

Then stilled.

Her tone shifted, quieter and more serious.

“Did you find anything? Any answers?”

Aldric’s smile faded.

“No,” he said. “I’m still at the beginning. I can’t find anything about this brand. I don’t even know what any of these runes and sigils mean.”

She opened her mouth to respond—

When the palace shook.

A deep, concussive bang, followed by a roar that rolled through stone and glass alike.

Seraphae froze.

Her body went utterly still, her eyes sharpening, gold darkening to something molten. The playful warmth drained from her presence in an instant, replaced by something cold and furious. Aldric felt it immediately, the pressure of her power coiling tight.

She drew a slow breath.

“I was hoping,” she said quietly, “that I’d never have to deal with him again.”
