My thoughts and reflections:

I said, ‘What the fuck, that’s insanely expensive,’ and that I’d never buy toxic wine at that price and that if anything she should be asking for a refund. She said I was welcome to get her a refund or pay her, and to stop stealing her wine if I wanted to stay here.

Upon reflection, I can’t help thinking how many people there are in my life – friends, family, colleagues – who would benefit from doing the kind of thing I am doing right now, reflecting, thinking, becoming a better person.

Astrid could certainly do with being less of a twat.

So could Cara. And Charlotte. Lydia won’t manage it, but she should at least try.

The more I think about it, the more I realise I am surrounded by twats.

I might message Drunk Stephen so we can talk about twats in the workplace.

(Although he himself is also guilty of being a twat on occasion – I had to invoke wicker again today.)

God. No wonder it’s hard for me to get my life in order.

I ask the Universe:

To help other people be less awful.
