20. Chapter 20

Harlow

So ready might be an understatement.

I was ready in the driveway. Now I’m on fire. Burning from the inside out. More want than man. All I can think about is Gray. The way his dark hair is falling over his forehead. The way his lips parted softly when he slid his fingers into me.

I want him. I need him. I can’t wait much longer.

No one has ever gotten me this close just from prepping me.

I wasn’t lying. I can come hands-free, but it’s rare. It’s even more rare that just the brush of fingers over my prostate has me so close to the edge. I’m pretty sure that Gray could breathe on my cock, and I’d come in his face like some kind of virgin.

Ugh. Even that visual is too hot for me to think about.

“If you don’t hurry…”

Gray’s face fills my vision. “If I don’t hurry?” He notches his cock against my hole. “What are you gonna do about it, pretty boy? Whine?”

I pout. “I might. Will it get me what I want?”

With a low chuckle, he presses forward, sinking the head of his cock into me. Fuck, he’s so big. It kinda takes my breath away a little, and I inhale sharply, thankful when Gray pauses.

After a few seconds, he pushes in a little deeper. So fucking good. So full. So everything. “More,” I rasp.

Grayson drops his forehead to mine, exhaling roughly.

Rolling his hips, he sinks deeper and deeper until he bottoms out. I’m pretty sure he’s buried somewhere in my stomach, and I’m not sure I’ve ever been this fucking full in my entire life.

I’m glad he used four fingers.

“Move,” I grit out, my breath punching out of me when he listens immediately.

For some reason, I was prepared for something quick. I thought maybe he’d fuck into me roughly. Thought he’d work us both into a frenzy and it would be over within minutes.

If the way he’s rolling his hips and rocking into me is any indication, that’s not gonna happen.

He’s going so slow that I can feel every inch of his cock as it brushes along my prostate. Whimpers spill from my lips as I clutch his back, fingers slipping against his sweat-slick skin.

I’ve never been fucked like this in my entire life.

“More, pretty boy?” he breathes, brushing his lips over mine.

Ugh, that fucking nickname. I can’t believe how much I like that. I’m pretty sure I can’t talk. Everything is too overwhelming. Each thrust has my toes curling, and each pass of his cock over my prostate sends a bolt of lightning to my cock. Fuck, I’m gonna come so hard.

Tingles start in my fingers and spread up my arms when Gray tilts his head and seals his lips over mine. Slipping his tongue past my lips, he explores my mouth in the same slow way he’s taking me apart.

This is everything. Every. Fucking. Thing.

If this is how Gray fucks, my whore cock certainly knew a few things I didn’t.

“Look at you, Harlow,” he breathes, breaking away from our kiss. For the best, really. I’m so focused on not blowing that I can’t even kiss him back right. “I love how you whimper and whine. It’s so fucking hot. Does that feel good?”

I whimper again, from his words but also from how deep his cock is. I’ve never considered myself a size queen, but fuckity fuck. Maybe I don’t want to top Gray after all. Not if being fucked by him feels this good.

A warm hand slides up my side, fingers caressing my skin, and a loud moan tears from my throat. I’m usually more self-contained than this, but Gray just seems to bring something out in me.

I think I’d be embarrassed if it was anyone but him.

“How you feeling?”

A shiver races down my spine, my cock pouring pre-cum when he hits my prostate dead on. “Good,” I rasp out. “So good.”

He hums, dragging his lips over my throat, making me shiver. “Did Josh ever fuck you this good, pretty boy?”

I arch into him, my cock throbbing hard as my orgasm slams into me. My entire body convulses as Gray thrusts harder, his hips losing their slow cadence.

“I’m gonna assume that’s a no,” he groans, sounding entirely too pleased with that.

“It’s a no,” I whimper, my cock still pulsing and spilling cum.

He stills, grinding against my ass as his cock throbs and a groan rumbles in his chest. I swear to God I can feel it jerk with each wave of his orgasm. One of these days, I’m gonna take him bare. Feel his cum dripping out of me. Feel the heat of his cock inside me with nothing between us.

Sooner rather than later, hopefully. Next time, if I have it my way. Though I don’t know how long I can wait to do this again, so maybe not.

Gray drops his weight on top of me, pinning me to the mattress as we work to catch our breath.

I tangle my fingers in his damp hair, turning my head so I can kiss him. The only place I can easily reach is his temple, but it doesn’t matter. I just want to feel his skin under my lips.

The second my lips touch him, though, he shifts, slamming his mouth to mine.

An aftershock rocks my body as I kiss him back, a shiver running through me.

Reaching between us, Gray pulls out, then tosses the condom on the floor before settling back on top of me and resting his head on my shoulder.

His cock is pressed against my ass, and my dick must really be a fucking whore because even though it’s mostly soft, the feel of it against my skin has my own twitching and trying to rally.

I’m pretty sure it’s not gonna happen. He just fucked my soul out of my body, so I can’t see my cock getting what it wants anytime in the next half hour. At least. Maybe twenty minutes. But probably unlikely.

“What are you thinking about?” Gray asks, startling me.

“How fast I can get my dick to work again.”

There’s a pause, and then Gray starts laughing. “Yeah?” I nod, running a hand up his back and sliding my fingers into the hair at his nape. “Fiend.”

For you? Absolutely.

“I might be,” I say, grinning. “Can’t believe we’ve never done that before. Fuck.”

Gray rolls off me. “Let me get something to clean you up.”

Frowning, I watch him bend over to pick up the discarded condom, and then he’s disappearing into the bathroom.

Dammit. We didn’t even bring my stuff in. We’ll need to do that. I’m pretty sure my car doors are open now that I’m thinking about it. Happiness bubbles in my stomach, and I can’t help but giggle.

I fully expected people at work to give me shit. A lot of them were at my failed wedding, and even more of them saw my immediate second wedding. So I was surprised when I walked into the hospital and got no strange reactions or looks.

I mean, Aaliyah, the woman who works in the lab with me, laughed her ass off when I came in, but then she asked to see my ring and congratulated me. After that, it was pretty normal.

Just after lunch, a familiar face shows up.

“Hi.” Josh waves, looking a little sheepish. “Have you had an okay day?”

I nod. “I have. You?”

“Yeah…” He shifts awkwardly on his feet. I always thought he looked so handsome in his scrubs, but now I just… feel nothing. Super strange, but I guess it’s better than being heartbroken. “No one has been shitty to you, right?”

My eyebrows shoot up. “No. Has anyone been shitty to you?”

“Good. I came back to work yesterday and basically threatened everyone.”

“What? Why?”

He shrugs. “I already told you. This whole thing is my fault. I don’t want you to be treated like shit because of something I did.”

I mean, sure… he left me at the altar, but he didn’t get married to someone else right away. He’s not walking around with bite marks on his thighs or an ache in his ass from sleeping with his new husband.

Or at least, I don’t think he is. I glance down at his hand to make sure he’s not wearing a ring.

“When do you plan on swinging by to grab more things?”

I frown. “Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t know you were in a hurry for me to get moved out. Uh… I can talk to Gray and see—”

Josh shakes his head, cutting me off. “No. There’s no rush at all. I just didn’t want to not be prepared. That’s all. Andy’s been staying with me off and on, so...”

I have not a single clue why that matters. “I’m glad you two are getting along better now.”

Josh’s face does something complicated. “Yeah. Me too.”

Cocking my head, I cross my arms over my chest. “You are getting along, right?”

After a few seconds, Josh nods, smiling slightly. “Better than we have in years, honestly.”

Well, that’s good, at any rate. “Did you need something, or were you just coming to say hello?”

Josh seems to snap himself out of whatever thoughts he had, handing a sample to me. “Both.”

“Perfect. Well, thanks for swinging by.”

Frowning, Josh nods. “You know it’s okay if you don’t want to be friends with me, right? I’ll understand.”

“I do, though.”

There’s nothing wrong with having friends. Not that I have that many of them. I’m just not sure work is the best place to express our friendship. Especially not with the way Aaliyah’s eyes are boring into my back.

She thinks I can’t tell she’s there. She’s wrong.

Josh smiles, relief seeming to wash over him. “Okay. Well, I’ll just…” He gestures over his shoulder. “Get back to it.”

I wave. “Have a good day.”

As soon as he’s out of sight, Aaliyah sidles up to me. “Is it awkward?”

“What?” I ask, glancing at her. “Working in the same hospital as Josh?” I shake my head. “Not really. Just don’t wanna draw too much attention to us.”

She nods. “Afraid your new hubby will get jealous?”

Did Josh ever fuck you this good, pretty boy?

My face heats. “No, Gray isn’t the jealous type.”

Aaliyah laughs. “Sure, that’s not what all those hickeys on your neck say.”

Is that jealousy, though? Feels more like possessiveness than anything else. “What reason does Gray have to be jealous?”

“Josh is a pretty good-looking guy, and you know… You were set to marry him. Just seems a little odd.”

“How is it odd?” I ask, my heart beating faster.

She shrugs. “You get left at the altar.” I shoot her a glare because it’s not like I need a reminder.

She taps her temple. “You run off to Vegas with your best friend, who I’ve heard about for years, by the way, and you end up married right after.

I’m just saying, it’s a little sus. Almost feels like maybe things aren’t what they seem. ”

Fuck. “Can I tell you something?”

Her deep brown eyes light up. “Yes.”

“And it won’t go anywhere but us?”

She nods. “Not a word to anyone.”

“You have to swear. Secrets to the grave type shit.”

God, I can’t believe I’m even about to do this, but I like Aaliyah, and I trust her. We’ll see if I live to regret that.

“Swear.” She crosses her finger over her heart. “I won’t say a single word.”

I blow out a deep breath. “The marriage is fake.” Her eyes widen, but before she can say anything, I’m rambling on.

“We were drunk, and I don’t even remember it—the getting married part—but there was this video of us kissing, and it, like…

awakened something in me, and now I just want to fuck my husband, like, all the time.

And Gray put this time limit on it, and so I told him if we had a time limit, I wanted to do it all.

I wanted a real marriage. With sex and shit. ”

“And?”

“And? What do you mean, and? What else do you want?”

She smirks. “So, are you doing the real marriage? With sex and shit? Or are those hickeys from someone else?”

I groan, resisting the urge to cover my throat. “They’re from Gray.”

Leaning closer, she lowers her voice. “Is he good in bed?”

“Fuck.” I laugh. “Best I’ve ever had. Fucks like a damn god.”

Aaliyah laughs. “Wow, and he’s hot as fuck, so I’m sure that helps.”

That gives me pause, something icky and uncomfortable burning in my stomach. Feels a lot like jealousy. “He is.” I wave my hand in front of her face, flashing her my ring. “And he’s… you know, gay. And also mine.”

Rolling her eyes, she nods. “I’m fully aware. I’m just saying. So before this?”

“Before this, what?” I ask, raising my eyebrows.

“You never wanted to sleep with him before this?”

I shake my head. “No. It never even crossed my mind.” She shoots me a look like she doesn’t quite believe me. I’m not sure why. “I’m serious.”

“We need to get back to work.”

“Aaliyah, I’m serious.”

She shrugs. “Doesn’t matter to me either way,” she says in a sing-songy voice.

Fucking menace. “You swear you won’t tell anyone?”

“Swear.” She mimes zipping her lips. “How long is the marriage supposed to last?”

I grimace. “Three months. We have like two and a half left.”

“That’s not a lot of time,” she says, mirroring my exact thoughts.

She’s right. It’s not. Not at all. I know I haven’t been married to Grayson for all that long, and I know it wasn’t like I wanted to marry him, or like it was a planned thing, but the thought of not being married to him makes me feel… strange inside.

“I don’t want it to end,” I admit sheepishly. “It’s like the best thing ever. I’ve always loved spending time with Gray, but now it’s even better.”

She snickers. “Because he fucks you like a god.”

That, but other things too. “Sure.”

“You know what you have to do, right?”

I shake my head. “What?”

There’s a sparkle in her eyes that I’m not quite sure how to feel about. “You have to make him fall in love with you. Then he won’t want to end the marriage. Show him how good being married to you will be, and maybe he’ll want to keep you.”

A shiver runs through me. Being kept by Gray sounds like the best thing ever, but I don’t want to manipulate him into having feelings for me.

That wouldn’t be fair at all. If Gray only wants to be married for three months, then I need to respect that.

No matter how much I already know it’s going to hurt when it ends.
