TWENTY NINE

"I-I... I'm a v-virgin," she whispered, looking back up at me.

I felt my veins turn to ice and I felt my heart drop.

A virgin. I want to be happy about that but I couldn't help to think that she saved herself for her mate.

That thought made me upset and I just needed to get out of here.

I need to think. I removed her from my lap and sat her down onto the bed, I could feel her eyes still looking at me and I knew she was waiting for me to say something but I couldn't.

I let out a small sigh and ran my hand through my hair as I got up and I just left, slamming the door behind me.

It made me feel sick and awful for just leaving and not looking at her or saying a word, I just had to get out of there.

I liked she was still untouched by another man but I couldn't take something that belongs to her mate.

I went downstairs and headed back to the back door of this pack house and walked outside.

I wanted to take a run and let my wolf out but I can't. I took a seat on the porch and let out a deep sigh as I looked up at the dark sky.

Apart of me was telling me to mind link Ari, although she can get on my nerves, she always knew what to say but I wouldn't dare to tell her that.

'Ari?' I mind linked.

'What's wrong?' she instantly said back.

'Olivia,' I stated.

'Omg, what's wrong with her?' worry evident in her voice.

'Nothing is wrong with her. She is perfect. She told me she is a virgin' I sighed.

'Oh. Tyson, why are you concerned about that?' she asked.

'Ari, I am not taking something that belongs to her mate' I stated getting annoyed.

Why would she even ask such a dumb question? Why wouldn't I not be concerned about that? She deserves to have her first time with her mate. It angered me to think about her with anyone else especially her mate but this just wasn't my place, it isn't mine to take.

'Tyson, she cares about you. I can see it all over her face. She blushed everytime you walk into a room and when someone mentions your name. I know you care about her too whether you want to admit it or not. I see it in your face, I witnessed it at the pool party' her voice was soft.

I liked hearing Ari say that Olivia cares about me and she was right, I cared about her. I needed her.

'Ari, I just can't take that from her. She will find her mate one day and he won't be her first' I said, upset.

'Tyson, you deserve happiness after what happened to your mate.

If she wants you to have it one day it's because she cares about you and she feels safe with you.

You guys I know have done stuff, your office smelt like it.

She wouldn't have done those things with you if she didn't want to,' Ari sighed.

That made me calm down, hearing her words and I know she has a point. Ari has always been logical and always knew her way with words. I trusted Ari.

'Go talk to her. Goodnight, Tyson' she mind linked back.

I sighed getting up off the porch and headed back inside.

I am glad I have Ari, I can't take it out by running but Ari calmed me down.

I needed to go talk to her. I went upstairs and stopped at the door, I could hear Olivia crying and that broke my heart.

I walked in and closed the door behind me quietly, locking it.

I looked over to the bed where I found her laying under the covers her hair still damp, tears rolling down her face.

She looked at me and my heart dropped to my stomach and my eyes softened as I looked into her red puffy eyes.

I walked over to the bed and crawled under the covers, turning to look at her and she was still looking at me.

I brought the my thumb up and wiped the tears off her face and pulled her to my chest, holding her tight to my body.

She was no longer wrapped in a towel but now wearing just a over large shirt.

"I'm sorry for walking out," I whispered, lifting her chin to look at her.

"I-I'm s-sorry I didn't t-tell-" I cut her off by placing my lips on hers.

I kissed her with all the passion I had inside of me and she slowly kissed me back.

It scared me for how much I cared about this girl.

A girl I hardly know but she was perfect and I hated that I hurt her and probably made her feel unwanted.

I want her to know she is very wanted. I pulled back from the kiss and placed my hand on her cheek as she opened her eyes to look at me.

"I care about you, Olivia," I told her honestly with no hesitation.

"Y-you do?" she asked softly.

"I do," I said giving her a small smile.

She bit her lip as she looked at me, my eyes flickered down to her lips, longing to kiss her again.

It was an over whelming feeling. I looked up back at her and ran my fingers into her hair as I looked her in her eyes.

I could see that she was nervous about something as I looked at her. She is so beautiful.

"What's wrong?" I asked softly.

"I-I... Nothing," she whispered, looking down.

"Olivia, what's wrong?" I asked again.

She stayed silent for a moment before she looked at me again, "I'm sorry I didn't tell you before, I felt bad from hiding it. I told you that because I want you to be my first..." she whispered, trailing off.

My heart skipped a beat at hearing that. Of course I wanted to be her first, I want to be the only man she will be with but that won't happen once she finds her mate.

"Olivia," I sighed, "you don't want that."

Her eyes flashed with hurt, "Y-yes I do."

"Olivia, once you find your mate, you will hate yourself for not waiting. I want nothing more then to be your fist but I don't want you to regret it after," I stated, my heart beating fast as I thought about her finding her mate.

"I-I don't know if I want my mate or a mate in general. I do know that I want you," she said softly, taking me by surprise.

She doesn't want her mate? She wants me? I wanted to smile at the thought and my heart felt like it was going to leap out of my chest. I pulled her tighter to my and placed a small kiss on her forehead and looked back down at her, her cheeks turning pink.

"Are you sure, Olivia? I don't want you to regret anything," I sighed.

She nodded, "I want you to have it."

I gave her a soft smile, "we won't do it tonight, I want it to be special for you, not when you are upset. You need to get some rest."

She blushed and softly kissed my lips, sending chills through out my whole body.

She pulled back and laid her head on my chest. I ran my hand through her hair and smiled at the thought that she wanted to give me something so special.

I quickly found myself starting to drift off, letting sleep take over.
