Good morning, everyone. I’m Juliet Sullivan.
I have the honor of presenting first at our inaugural launch of Harmony Health Collective.
I’m pleased to be chosen to participate in this wonderful group of alternative medicine practitioners.
I’m a yogi and I’ll be offering group and individual classes here.
I’ve worked in yoga for twelve years and taught at many of the yoga studios in Rockford.
I also have additional training in yoga therapy.
Yoga offers a wide range of benefits, impacting both physical and mental well-being.
It improves flexibility, balance, and strength, while also promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
Additionally, yoga can improve mental health, enhance sleep and even boost the immune system.
I hope to see many of you in my classes or individually, if you prefer.
