Chapter Ten
Ash
Ionly let Cal go last night because I knew where to find him.
I sent him three more dick pics when I was in bed, my hand firmly wrapped around it in two of them.
Let me show him how big a dick he’ll be taking, because he fucking would.
I wasn’t a complete monster though. I’d take his cock too. I was looking forward to it actually.
If all the gay porn I watched had taught me anything, it was that it felt fucking good.
I was fed up with stroking one off while I watched porn though.
I wanted the real thing. I wanted it all with Cal.
I’d never forgotten him, never stopped thinking of him.
When I began masturbating more frequently, it was always his face in my mind, wearing my cum. It would be for real soon.
He never replied to any of the pics, but I could see they’d been ‘seen’, so who knew, maybe he was jerking off at the sight of me being so hard for him.
I had Saturday night dinner with my family at their house, and even Blaze and Anneka were there with the damn kid.
They’d finally named him, even though Blaze had fought for a ton of fire names, including Sooty, what the fuck, man?
Is that the hill you wanna die on? That’s from that dumb fucking puppet show on TV, and everyone would know it.
As we sat around the huge dining table, tucking into a massive takeaway, I realised how much I’d missed being around all this craziness.
First Blaze left, and shacked up with Anneka, aka kidnapped her, then Ember got snatched by Ethan, who these days looks so much less like a teacher, and more like a predator.
He even has a new tattoo on the side of his neck, of Ember’s name, with the word ‘Mine’ wrapped around it.
The twins were at the mouthy stage of teenhood, so sassing our parents every chance they had. It was great.
“So we named him Aiden Arson,” Anneka finally said with a grimace. “He’s going to get his ass kicked at school.”
Blaze shook his head, passing food to Anneka as he delved into the various dishes.
“You know I’ll kill anyone who bothers him. Anyway, he’s going to be a badass just like his dad.”
“You’re all deranged, you know that, right?” Ethan piped up, smirking as my dads bristled at him. They might have allowed him to marry my sister, but they still mostly wanted to kill him.
“Aiden’s such a pretty name though,” mum said, glancing at my dads. “And normal.”
Blaze smirked at her. “You know what Aiden means, right? ‘Little fire’. I still won.”
“Dickhead,” Anneka hissed at him, keeping her focus on feeding their almost five year old, who had waited too many years for a real fucking name, but that was hardly the worst thing that could happen to a kid, right?
“Anyway, what’s new with you, Ash? Still got that job with the pens and stuff?”
“Yeah, Blaze, it’s antiquated as fuck. Who buys stationery these days, right?”
There were other conversations going on around us, but everyone fell silent when I spoke next.
“Saw Cal yesterday. The fucker’s back living at his parents’ place.”
Only Ethan looked uninterested, well, him and the twins who were more interested in their phones. Nix’s hair was rainbow coloured, instead of pale blonde, but you could still see the resemblance between them.
“You saw him?” dad Gray asked, wagging his eyebrows at me. “Still wanna fuck him?”
“Dad!”
“Ew!”
“Best dinner ever!”
I ignored all of them, and nodded at dad. “I’ll have him. He unblocked me so we can chat, and we’re meeting up next week.”
Dad Gray looked impressed. “Finally got his head out of God’s ass, huh?”
“You’ll get struck down for your blasphemy!” Dad Dory crowed, tossing a spring roll at my other dad, while mum rolled her eyes at them.
“Dunno, but I’ll be ready for him. He might have witnessed me getting a handy from my boss, but that’s obviously not happening now. I only want Cal.”
“A handy what?” Nix piped up suddenly, and the room fell silent again.
“Job,” I offered, and he frowned.
“You had a handy job? I thought you sold pens.”
“Enough. No more filth at the dinner table, please,” mum said sternly, and we returned to mocking Blaze for calling his son Aiden Arson, because we knew he’d only get called Arson by the family, and dodging flying spring rolls.
After dinner, I somehow ended up left in the kitchen with Ethan, doing dishes while he smirked at me, nursing a beer.
“Tell me again why I’m doing all the work, while you stare at me like a lazy asshole,” I demanded, and his grin widened.
“Because I don’t care, that’s why.”
“What happened to you, man? I swear you were normal once.”
He grabbed another beer from the fridge and popped the lid off for me, sliding it across the counter as I dried my hands.
“Normal is overrated, or so I’m told. I like who I am now. So little matters anymore. Just her. Ember. She’s what happened to me, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Well, maybe remove your dads from the equation, but honestly, they kinda grew on me over the last few years. Even Dory.”
So weird that he identified more with dad Gray, aka the most psychotic of the two, but that’s what a mental break did to him, I guess.
“When you took Em… did you ever wonder if it was the right thing to do?”
Ethan leaned his forearms on the counter, peeling at the label on his beer bottle.
“A bit, now and then, but clearly it was, or she wouldn’t be my wife now, right? Sometimes you have to do crazy shit for love. I thought you were all insane back then, but I get it now. Even if not everyone’s into it, that can change, especially when there’s no other option.”
He looked up from his bottle. “So for you it’s a guy? He’s tougher than you?”
I practically fucking bristled at his words, straightening up as I leaned against the counter, like somehow that’d prove my words.
“Fuck no. He’s just a stubborn ass who thinks being gay is ungodly or some rubbish. It’s the same shit his parents drilled into his poor innocent head when he was at an impressionable age, that’s all. Once he’s taken my cock, he’ll learn what’s right.”
Ethan was nodding slowly, his focus back on his bottle, and that label.
“Yeah, I mean, sometimes lessons need to be taught the hard way, and sometimes it takes more than one. Sometimes the biggest lesson is the one you didn’t see coming though.
The one that shows you that you were never a good person.
I mean, this is what you’re all like anyway, but for me it was a shock. ”
“Could we have like one conversation where you’re not insulting or condemning my family, dude? You’re one of us now.”
Ethan grimaced, shoving the empty bottle aside as he straightened up.
“Yeah, I know. Still feel the need to rebel against this fucked up shit sometimes, but I know it’s where I belong. So what if my own parents still won’t talk to me? At least I have this psycho family now, right?”
He turned and left the room, while I went back over his words in my mind.
His family disowned him back when the accusations came out, but they’d still not forgiven him?
What the fuck was their deal? I knew it was unrealistic to hope all parents would be as cool as mine, but it reminded me that Ethan wasn’t the only one dealing with that issue.
Maybe the fact wasn’t that I needed to change Cal’s mind at all.
Maybe it was more about removing the hurtful influence from his life altogether.
Without his parents dictating at him, and controlling him, he’d be free to be with me.
