CHAPTER THIRTEEN #2

Carmen looked up. “I thought it was a little strange,” she confessed, “but I’ve seen it all. People constantly surprise me.”

I could tell she was ready to move on, but she also was not potentially going to be the one sleeping with the man for the next six months. I needed to know more. “Did he say what characters he likes or anything? Like is it normal stuff,” I lowered my voice, “or something weird?”

Carmen laughed. “I don’t think it’s weird. But I don’t know. He said he’d have costumes delivered to the condo if he wins the auction.”

Well. Okay, then. “Gotcha.” I gave her the finger guns, and she groaned.

“God, Nadine, I thought you were done with that.”

I waggled my brows at her, and she shook her head.

“Okay, honey, that’s it. You’ll dance for the rest of this week.

Then next week you’ll start auction prep.

You’re going to be waxed, plucked, shaved, massaged, and lotioned up.

We’ll pick out your outfit and have you get comfortable with the stage and runway before the auction, too.

You won’t be going back to Cinnamon House starting next Friday night.

You’ll be going to your condo instead, so start saying goodbye to the girls this week.

You’ll be busy next week. Also, I’ll be sending people over to pack your stuff and move it to the condo next Thursday while you’re at practice.

You’ll only be left with a few things for next Friday. ”

I blinked. This was all happening so fast. “What about doing my hair and makeup…”

She waved a hand. “We’ll have someone do that for you here on Friday.”

“Oh. Okay.” I wiped my hands on my short black uniform skirt. “This is happening, huh?”

She smiled. “It is.” She looked at the clock on her desk. “You better get out there. I bet Sugar’s filling up. Do you have a good set picked out for tonight?”

“I do.” I grinned. I was actually excited about it. I walked to the door.

“Nadine?”

I looked at her over my shoulder.

“The mayor might need a little push. He hasn’t even paid the extra fee to take part in the auction yet, but he’s really considering it.

” She pushed her chair back and turned to look out the window.

She thought for a couple of seconds before looking at me again.

“I know I told you not to let any of the men touch you too much. But tonight? If the mayor gets handsy, I want you to let him go as far as he wants to.”

“You do?” I was surprised.

“Yes. I’ll make sure he’s sitting at the premiere table and that you’re on stage last. After your set, I’m assigning you to hostess the premier table.”

“And you want me to…”

She rolled her eyes. “Do I have to draw you a diagram? Make him happy, Nadine. Make him want you. If you do, I think he’ll bid top dollar for you in the auction. And he’s not only gorgeous, he’s a nice person. He’s been a family friend for a long time.”

“Okay.” I was kind of nervous at the thought of how far to let the mayor go out in the open. But I didn’t want to end up with a mean guy, or some old dude. “Thanks for looking out for me, Carmen.”

She smiled at me and nodded. “You’ve kind of grown on me.”

I grinned.

“Now get out of here.”

***

I smiled as I walked out in my sparkly denim bikini with a pull off dress on over it.

I was wearing my pink boots again. Tonight, I had a great set planned.

I was going to do Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song” first, then I was going to dance to the song he based it off of, which wasn’t country at all.

It was rap, and it had a crazy good beat.

I was going to dance my ass off and have fun doing it.

When the first notes hit, I started my planned dance.

I did my sexy version of a line dance for them, stomping my feet so my tits bounced.

They loved that, Carmen told me. I transitioned into some pole moves as I pulled the loosely snapped dress off, revealing that I was topless.

Now I was only wearing my G-string and my high-heeled boots.

The men cheered, and I smiled as I twirled around and flipped myself upside down. I loved that they were vocal during my sets. They weren’t with most girls. It was kind of pissing some of the other girls off, but Madeline had been nice about it. She knew it was because I was new.

For the first time, it made sense to me that Carmen wanted to auction me off quickly. She thought the novelty would wear off and the guys would get used to me. If I went into the auction next week, they wouldn’t become tired of my routine.

I kept moving, locking my legs around the pole, so I could spin upside down, back arched so my tits stuck out. Then I flipped myself back around and slowly twirled off the pole as the song died and the lights went out.

I hurriedly did a costume change. I was excited about the next routine.

I was dressed like a sexy teacher for the start of the song.

It was “Tipsy” by J-Kwon. There was an intro with him talking.

He says, “teen drinking is very bad,” and I planned to mouth the words and shake a ruler at the crowd like I was a teacher and they were bad students.

I put my fake glasses on, too. They were only frames. They were big and thick, yet somehow they looked kind of sexy, too.

The lights came back on. I was in the center of the stage with my hip popped and a ruler in my hand. The club went silent. Then the beat started, I mouthed the words and shook my ruler at the crowd, and then I focused on my new moves.

Madeline, who hated the music the dancers performed to, only ever danced to rap. She had taught me some moves. They were on the extra explicit side, especially since I’d be doing them topless and in a G-string, but that was the point.

I went down low, stuck my ass out and rolled back up.

I did everything she taught me, and the crowd seemed to love it.

Halfway through, one of our guy dancers came out, and we basically pretended to fuck onstage.

I rode his leg, and he winked at me when his dick got hard while we gyrated all over each other.

Towards the end, I took my heel and pushed his ass offstage as we’d planned. It was to make it look like I wanted to fuck him and then be done with him. It was another Madeline-inspired action. She was right. The crowd whooped and hollered.

Then I did a bunch of raunchy moves on the pole.

When I finished, I was breathing hard and had broken a sweat. Damn. I knew why Madeline, Abbi, and Bethany were in such good shape even though they rarely used the home gym at Cinnamon House.

To my surprise, Carmen came out on the stage to raucous applause.

“Good evening,” she said, and everyone got quiet. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to stay on stage or not, but then the guy I’d danced with came up behind me and helped me back into my tiny cowgirl dress.

“Hey,” he whispered in my ear, “if you ever want to hook up, let me know. I’d love to fuck you.”

Startled, I turned to him. “I thought you were gay.”

“I’m bi,” he winked at me and turned to leave.

Damn. He was hot. If Carmen hadn’t told me to leave everyone at the club alone, I might be into it. He’d gotten me hot and bothered during our routine, too.

“I wanted to announce that this is Nadine’s last show.” There were murmurs and a few boos. “She’ll be a hostess for the rest of the week, but that will end her tenure at Sugar.”

I could see the faces of the men at the first few tables, and they looked shocked.

“She’ll spend next week getting ready for the auction.

Then she’ll be in our exclusive monthly auction two doors down in Cinnamon.

Remember gentlemen, if you haven’t paid the appropriate dues, you aren’t allowed in the auction.

This is your chance to settle up with Nico or me in time for the auction if you’d like a chance to win Nadine for a few months. ”

Then the lights went off, and we all walked off stage.

“That was smart,” I said to Carmen.

“I’m aware,” she said. “I bet we get payment for thirty more auction bidders over the next week. That was a great show, by the way. Who taught you those moves? You looked like a total pro out there.”

“Madeline.”

She nodded. “I need to make her head dancer. She helps a lot of the girls out, especially when they first start with us.”

I agreed with her. Madeline was great. She was so nice and friendly.

“Now, you need to do what we talked about.” She winked at me.

“Gotcha.” I started to pull out my finger guns, but she hurried off before I could.

She was laughing, though, so I counted that as a win.
