29. Heartbeat!!!
The last few days of my life are most wrecking. In a split of seconds I lost my wife my love and my baby lost her mother. Once again!! As much I want to hate Sarah I cannot. Her voice her laugh her smile is embedded on my heart. But then again...she was a threat to my family.
When she left, Elena saw her and asked her but she didn't say anything.
Elena ran to me and asked me every sort of question.
I had no clue how to tell her that she was faking it all and wanted to kill us because of what Liam did to her sister.
She yelled at me like my mother and called me every shitname she knew for letting Sarah or Calista go.
"You arse donkey with a dumb mind...you let her go just because you had a fight. You moron. Move your fucking ass and grab her." Is exactly what she said to me when I said we had a fight and she left.
She scolded me for a good hour and eventually gave up.
In this moment I miss my Sarah I want her I need her but she is not here anymore and will never be.
More than myself my daughter misses her mother.
She hasn't slept properly for 5 days and is grumpy like an old man.
Elena tried everything she can but she won't take her.
I have been a bed potato and look like some 3rd grade movie villain.
"For how long do you plan to rot in this bed?"
"Not now Morrone."
"I have not come here to take your shit. Get you ass moving and fucking at least take a shower. You stink."
"Get the hell out of here. Where are your daughters? Shouldn't you be with them and Vanessa?"
"They can handle me gone for a few hours. See Christian. She is gona and is never gonna be back and you still have a life a family and a daughter to take care of. She will move on and so should you. I know its hard but you gotta do it anyway. "
I know he is right but.... I can't. Everywhere I see there is her.
"Christian you have some guests over." Elena barges in the room and with a straight face not attempting to hide her displeasure.
"Tell them I'm busy." I say
"It's important. Father has called for you."
"Tell them I am sick and can die any moment."
"It's....It's Boris Kosikawa and....Sarah" my eyes shoot open and I look at Elena. Is this true? And why is she here? Along with her father?
"I'll be there in a minute." I say her and she leaves.
"Do you want me to alert the guards in case?" Morrone asks.
"Noo" I blurt out."if he wanted to hurt us he wouldn't have come like a guest. Let's go"
As I descended the stairs so many thoughts clouded my mind. Is she here for divorce papers? Or is she gonna ask for something? Why is her dad here?
All these thoughts came to a halt as soon as I saw her. Pale skin. Blood red eyes. Tousled hairs. She was a mess.
"Christian, come here my son." Dad greets me first and then I look at Boris, Sarah's father. She is identical to him. Like me and Blue.
"Is there a reason for your unannounced visit?" I ask Boris
"Christian I'm...."
"Not talking to you young lady." My dad interrupted Sarah before she could complete her sentence.
"Christian...I am here to apologise for my daughter." Boris says.
"Whatever my daughter did was because she was in pain for the loss of her sister. Your shit of a brother.."
"Watch your mouth Kosikawa. He might be dead but his father is not." Dad argues.
"Your son killed my daughter Knight. And Calista was here for the revenge.
But your other son did some kind of magic and she fell in love with him.
She was supposed to be back home 3 months ago but she declined me again and again because she said that she can't leave Christian alone with his daughter.
I tried everything to bring my daughter back but she won't. Ultimately I gave up and let her live the way she wanted. "
"But she can cause harm to me and my family. I have children and grandchildren Kosikawa and your daughter is a threat to them. "
"If she wanted to harm anyone she would have by now.
But she didn't. Since the day she has left this house and came back to her home she hasn't eaten anything.
She is constantly crying and crying and crying.

It was not an easy decision to come here but if I lost my Calista like I lost my Lia. ....I would die a 100 times. ."
I could feel the fright in his voice at the mension of losing her daughter. He left behind his rivalry his reputation just for her daughter. And I would do the same for Blue if I have to. As a father, I could connect to everything he said.
"Please give me another chance Christian. We can be a happy normal family. Please don't leave me Christian. I will die if I have to spend another day without you. Pleasssseee." My Sarah bursts into tears and I can feel my eyes wet.
"What is the guarantee that she will not cause any harm in the future?" I ask with a heavy heart. Why am I doing this to her?
"If something happens to anyone of you because of my daughter...I will pass on my entire wealth and my power to you. Here is the agreement."
Wow! He really is confident about his daughter to do such a huge thing.
"Decision is yours now Christian." My father says.
"Can I talk to Sarah alone?"
"It's Calista" her father says
"Yes you can talk to her."
She follows me to the backyard but doesn't say anything. I don't know either what to say to her.
"I am really sorry Christian." Suddenly she halts infront of me apologising.
"Sarah, I am very thankful for your truth and your apologies but give me 1 reason I should trust you around my family?" Too harsh for her
"Because I love you and your family Christian.
The vows we took on our wedding day , I intend to keep them and I maynot be the best wife but I do try my best to be a good mother and a wife.
Yes, I came for revenge but soon realised that all of you were innocent and had no idea about what Liam did.
I can swear on my dead sister that I would rather die than to harm anyone of you. "
"I love you Sarah. And if we are back to husband and wife the only thing that will keep us together is trust. I didn't broke your trust but you did. All I want from you is to be truthful from now onwards and be my wife."
She runs to me and strangles me for a hug. My wife my life my love all are back in my arms. It might take some time to trust her again but I am taking my chances. My family is ready to accept her after knowing the truth and so am I. We are done with the ups and downs of our love life.
"But we have 1 problem." I say
"Whatever it is we'll solve later." Too excited
"Should I call you Sarah or Calista?"
"I am, I was and I will be your Sarah."
"My Sarah...sounds mine."
"I have to tell you something but infront of everyone."
She drags me to the living room where everyone is sitting and since she is holding my hand everyone knows we are back together.
Elena jumps from her seat and hugs Sarah" I am so happy you guys are back. I missed you so much." I am very proud of Elena for letting go everything and accepting Sarah. She is brave for that.
"We have an announcement to make." Sarah says and I look at her 'we?'
"Christian and I are back as husband and wife" she announces.
"And also...." she looks at me with stars in her eyes
"I am 2 months pregnant with our baby". My head jerks in her direction and my eyes bouncing on her face and them on her belly? Is she really? Oh my goddd.
"Are you serious?" I ask just to confirm.
"Very much I am."
Aahhhh another baby. Just the happiest day of my life with my love returning to my life she also gave me another baby. I am so happy so so so happy. Everyone starts congratulating us and its a chaos.
"I love you " I say to her
"I love you too my husband" and we lock this with a kiss.
