Chapter 16 Graham

GRAHAM

“Maybe later” There is a flirty smirk on her face.

I lean across the table and lower my voice. “Little Witch, you don’t know what you are agreeing to yet.” I wish she would just give into her desires. I know she has some reservations, but she is definitely interested in both of us.

“Hutch, you know we need to talk about things before this goes any further?” Demitri growls out.

“Fucking fun sucker.” I snap at him. I know he's right, but damn I don’t want to scare her away.

“What do we need to talk about, my Demon?” She looks over at him, worry and confusion lining her face. “I know I need to spill my shit but that made it sound like you had shit, too.”

“Everything, beautiful.” The darkness leaves his face, and a softness I don’t see often takes over.

“So I know the other day we had mentioned that we have shared women in the past, and I know that you didn’t seem okay with any of it. At the same time, we all know that you have kissed both of us-”

“I refuse to pick either of you, Hutch.” She cuts me off mid-sentence.

“Oh no, that is not what I am saying at all. Baby Girl, we want you to know that we are interested in a relationship, as in the three of us.” She looks confused, her eyes pinging between the two of us like she is watching a tennis match.

I can see the wheels turning in her head.

I am just waiting for the smoke to start rolling out of her ears, like a cartoon character.

She did not see this coming, granted what did she expect when she kissed both of us.

She opens her mouth to speak, but nothing comes out, so she closes her mouth.

She repeats this process a few times, mouth opens, mouth closes.

“I…I...I…Don’t understand. Did you say both of you want to be with me? At the same time? No fighting, no macho caveman bullshit?” Her chest is heaving, her breathing coming in erratically. I need to try, and calm her.

“I can’t promise we won’t fight sometimes over who gets to do things with you, but there will be no fighting over the girl.

We have always shared a woman in the bedroom, so that is not a problem.

We have never been in a relationship with her, but if it can work for sex, it's gotta work for life.” I spit out before Dee can even form a thought process.

“We already do more together than we do apart. To be honest, I don’t even know how we would handle it if we each had a separate girlfriend because, lord knows, other than you, no woman would want to be always with the best friend.

” I need to shut myself up, but all the words are spilling out like I am some desperate asshole.

Dee’s hand reaches out to grasp hers that is fidgeting on the table, holding it gently in his.

“Little Fox, what Graham is trying to say is we both like you. What you probably don’t know, is we live together and have pretty much been attached to each other since we were kids.

We joined the Marines together and have always deployed together.

Being together, the three of us makes the most sense for us.

” Demitri tries his best to make it sound better than whatever rambling mess I spit out a second ago.

“Ok, y’all.” Grant interrupts our conversation. “What is everyone thinking about drinking and wanting for dinner?” He is oblivious to the seriousness of the conversation we were having.

“Ummm, I will take a Jack and Coke double, please.” Nyx answers him. “Since I didn’t stick around last time long enough to eat, I’ll take the chicken tenders and fries. Lots of ranch, please.”

“I’ll take a Jack and Coke too, please, Grant.” Demetri seconds.

“Make it three.”

“Okay, do you guys want something other than liquor for dinner?” He asks Dee and I.

“Cheeseburger, loaded with bacon and french fries.” Dee orders. That is a pretty common meal for him.

“I’ll do the nachos.” I mumble out.

“I’ll get your orders in, and I’ll be right back with your drinks. Do I need to make sure that one of you is sober enough to drive?” Grant watching out for us per the usual.

“No, I will only drink this one. I have a feeling we will be here for a while.” Demitri answers. Grant nods his head and goes to put the orders in.

“Okay, back to what we were saying.” Nyx changes the topic back to the conversation we were having before Grant came over.

“So when you say a relationship with the three of us, what do you mean? Are you two a thing? I mean, you did say you lived together.” She looks slightly terrified but maybe a little intrigued at the same time.

Both Dee and I burst out laughing loud enough that the entire pub looked at us.

It was a playoff game day in town, so this place is way busier than it normally is.

Everyone is out looking to have a good time.

Once the crowd realizes that everything is fine, they go back to their meals or their drinks and leave us to our conversation.

“Little Fox, we are not together. This idiot is my best friend, and I probably wouldn’t still be here without him. I love him, but definitely not like that.” He leans over to comfort her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders, pulling her into his side.

Grant approaches the table again and passes out the drinks. I know, he knows something is up just based on the looks he keeps giving us, but he doesn’t say a word before making his exit again.

“So I would just be dating the two of you, and you both would be dating me. We would be exclusive, correct? Just because I am dating two guys does not mean you guys get to bring other girls into the mix, right?” Oh, my sweet, sweet Little Witch.

If she only knew how obsessed we both are of her, she would not have these thoughts.

“Yes, of course, Little Witch. This relationship would stay amongst us. I couldn’t imagine ever wanting another girl more than I want you.”

I see her shoulders relax. That is one of her major tells. When she is anxious, her shoulders creep so far up that I am shocked they haven’t become best friends with her ears. It’s the cutest damn thing, but I want to try, and keep the tension out of her body.

A while later, Grant brings out our food, and we eat dinner in relative silence.

Just randomly chatting about life and other things.

Nyx and I down a few more drinks since Dee already said he will drive us home.

She may not have really committed to us officially yet, asking for time to think about everything.

I have a feeling she can’t say no to us.
