Knowing Mr Costello is downstairs right now with my family, arranging his marriage with Emily made my stomach flipped somehow....
Not in a bad way, neither in a good way.
I'm not in love with Alexander,
I'm really not, I just admire him in a way someone would admire their role model.
That was what I was thinking as I hid behind a pillar above the stairs as Emily descended the staircase strutting like a cat....
I could see Mr Costello side profile from here since his back was to the stairs.
Those who said that this man was a living devil disguised as an angel made a point.
Even his side profile is mouthwatering.
I thought Alexander was staring at Emily until I heard him say....
ALEXANDER POV
The boy hiding, come downstairs
I said softly, loud enough for him to hear me.
Even surprised at my voice.
I ignored Mr Havard's daughter as she stopped in front of me smiling.
Instead, I stood up
Walked towards the end of the staircase..
Then said again.....
Don't let me repeat myself boy.
He was surprised, scared or both
I can't say since I couldn't see what his expression was from down here.
The boy moved from the pillar revealing himself, he gently came down the stairs fiddling with his hand nervously with his head down.
He stopped in front of me still not lifting his head up
I grabbed his chin softly, then pushed his head up to see his face............
I was shocked......... speechless
I did not expect this.....this......this kind of beauty.
My heart flipped but I did not pay attention to it, his hair was brown, with his eyes a normal shade of black but still he was breathtaking.
Too bad I'm here for his sister not him.

I let go of his chin then asked, what were you doing behind the pillar.

I moved closer to him, then whispered lowly

He looked startled, his breathing got rapid and he was flicking his tongue over his lips nervously.
