7. STAY A LITTLE LONGER #3

“Is this what you needed, baby?” I smirk, and his eyes flare with heat. There’s something about the pet name that has him going feral, and suddenly, he grips my cheeks in a way that has me parting my lips.

Before I can say anything else, he’s shoving his cock down my throat, making me sputter slightly.

He doesn’t stop, though, no matter the noises I make; he doesn’t give me a moment to breathe.

And I don’t want him to. I want to choke on him.

I want to drown in his cum. I want him to fuck my throat raw.

I don’t want to be able to speak for days.

I want evidence that this was real—that we were real. That we are and will continue to be.

I curl my fingers again as he fucks my mouth mercilessly, panting and groaning and moaning.

The sounds he’s making are unlike anything I’ve ever heard before.

They’re driven by a bone-deep need, a want so fierce that it’s threatening to ruin my fucking life.

I moan hoarsely around his cock now, too, and his hands shift to my hair, holding it like reins.

My eyes beg him to last, and his tell me he’s on the edge of the cliff.

He’s barely hanging on, and when I quicken my fingers, he whimpers and comes down my throat.

It feels like it lasts forever, yet also not long enough.

I wanted more time—to feel him, savor him, keep him.

It’s only when he goes limp that he pulls out of my mouth.

I can breathe again, but it’s unwelcome. I want him back immediately.

My fingers slip from his hole, and he makes a low sound in his throat, shifting down my body and lying on top of me.

His head comes to rest against the crook of my neck, and I feel him smell me.

It makes me smile, but I don’t point it out.

I don’t particularly want to ruin the moment. Instead, I breathe in deeply and sigh.

“Did it work then?” I whisper, and there’s a beat of silence.

“Did what work?” he asks, clearly confused.

“I told you to let me get to know you, and you told me to ask again in a few hours, remember?” I’m smiling even though he can’t see me, but then I feel his lips shift, and he’s kissing my neck.

“Yeah, it worked.”

Kenneth shifts and presses his nose to my skin again, and before long, he’s breathing steadily. His body twitches, and it alerts me to the fact that he’s sleeping. I close my eyes and let sleep take me under, promising myself I’ll leave as soon as I take a little nap.

I’m not sure how long it’s been since I closed my eyes, but the apartment is completely dark, save for the moonlight coming in through the glass windows.

Kenneth’s weight is solid against me, pinning me down on the couch.

I almost say fuck it and go back to sleep, but I know I shouldn’t stay over on the first date.

I really want him to take me seriously. This is serious for me.

I trail my fingers through his hair and feel him stir, his breathing no longer slow and deep. He sniffs my neck loudly and groans, hugging me tightly. My stomach dips at the feeling of him against my body, and I know it’s now or never.

“Kenny, I gotta go,” I say softly.

“No, don’t,” he replies, holding me tighter. “Stay.”

“Can’t.” I shake my head, and he sighs. “Gotta get back home.”

“Okay.” He sounds sad, but gets off me, and I get up from the couch too and hunt down my clothes.

“Can I borrow a shirt?” I ask sheepishly. “I don’t think I should walk home without one.”

He chuckles, leaving me to grab one, and returns quickly. “Here you go.”

I slip the shirt on, then go get my boxers, but look up and see them in Kenneth’s hand, and he smirks.

“I’m keeping these,” he tells me confidently, and I raise an eyebrow.

“What if I want them back?” I ask him with a grin, walking toward him and closing the distance between us. I grip the back of his head and tangle my fingers in his hair, yanking his head back until our lips are brushing.

Kenneth gasps. “Then you’ll have to return to get them.”

I hum. “I think I will.”

I release him abruptly, and he stumbles back a step, looking slightly disoriented.

Pulling my shorts on quickly, I turn to my shoes and slide them on as well.

Kenneth stands in the middle of his living room completely naked, and I drink him in one last time before stepping toward him and kissing his cheek.

But he turns his head and grabs the back of my head, then thrusts his tongue into my mouth and groans.

My stomach is in knots as I pull away, and the last thing I want to do is walk out of here, but I steel myself and stand straight.

“Will you be calling then?” I ask him seriously, and he raises his chin, looking right into my eyes.

“Yes.”

I smile softly at him, brushing my thumb over his bottom lip, and then take a step back. “Good night, Kenneth.”

“Good night, Conrad,” he replies with a little smile of his own.

It’s with those parting words that I walk quickly towards the door and exit his apartment. Before he can change my mind. Before I beg him not to let me go.

I wish I had stayed a little longer.

Held him a little tighter.

But we don’t get a do-over.
