38.

Aryan was constantly trying to reach Reyansh, but every time, it was switched off.

"Where the fuck is he?" He growled. Vihaan tried to calm him, but he was angry with Reyansh.

How dare he meet her behind their backs? He should have told any of them.

He once again tried.

__________

Reyansh came out of the food court and pulled out the phone from his coat, which was switched off because of the impact of falling.

He turned on the phone, which instantly burst out with messages and calls. He checked them only to find 56 missed calls from Aryan and 24 from Vihaan, and there were messages also.

He was about to open the message. Then again, there was a call from Aryan. He answered only to get shouted at.

"Get your ass home in ten minutes or you will not be able to see tomorrow's sun"

He instantly understands that something is important.

"What happened, Aryan?"He asked calmly.

"What happened? You are asking me? I will kill you, Reyansh, for what you have done," He again shouted. Reyansh didn't know what was happening, but he was already in his car.

"But can anyone tell me what I have done?" He said. On the other hand, Vihaan took the phone from Aryan.

"Reyansh, just come fast," Vihaan said and cut the call. Knowing very well if he told him Arya, what the fuck he would do.

"Please, God, Everything will be fine," He said and drove fast.

In 9 minutes he was home. He ran inside to see Vihaan Arohi and Aryan sitting with serious faces.

As soon as Aryan saw him, he got up and strode towards him and held him by collars. Vihaan instantly ran towards them.

"What happened?" Reyansh asked, looking at the three of them.

Aryan's jaw clenched."What the hell were you doing with her?" Reyansh looked at them with a shocked face but soon covered it.

"I just ran into her," He replied.

"So you decided to casually sit and talk with her? Like nothing happened." He was still holding him by collars, and the urge to punch him was getting harder and harder.

"No, she told me to listen to her"

"And you agreed?" Aryan mocked. Vihaan was looking between them. Afraid that when their control will break. He knew Reyansh was also controlling himself to not do anything to hurt the younger. But Aryan was also testing his patience.

Both have anger issues, but Reyansh is slightly better at controlling himself than Aryan.

"No, I needed fucking closure so I could start my peaceful life with Arya, so I agreed," He yelled, jerking Aryan's hands from him.

Aryan and Vihaan both flinched at his tone.

"Wait..where is Arya? Don't tell me..." He said pointing his fingers at three of them. They nodded.

"She saw you with her, and after that, she didn't speak a word to us, just one time, asking about Ritika and then locked herself in the room," Arohi said.

"Fuck" He cursed and ran towards their room. Three of them went after him.

He tried to open the door but it was locked. He unlocked the door with the other key which he had. And what he saw shocked him.

"Aaru, Arya, sunshine," They said at the same time.

Arya was passed out on the floor. Her nose and cheeks were red from crying. Stains of tears were still present on her face.

He ran towards her, carried her to their bed, and laid her down. He sat beside her caressing her red cheeks.

He was feeling guilty. Because of him, his sunshine was in this state. If he had told her before, this would not have happened.

"Sunshine" He speaks softly. She flinched in her sleep, making him more guilty.

She slowly opens her eyes. Adjusting to the light, her head was aching due to crying. She looked beside her to see Reyansh sitting beside her, caressing his head. Beside him were Arohi Aryan and Vihaan.

"Arya, are you Alright? Should I call the doctor?" Aryan asked as soon as she opened her eyes.

"No, I am alright," her voice hoarse from crying.

Reyansh looked down in guilt.

She tried to sit up, and Reyansh instantly adjusted the pillows behind her. He took a glass of water from the side table and gave it to her, who silently took and drank a little. She had not even once looked at him, and it was aching him.

"I want to talk to her," He stood up and said, looking at Aryan and Vihaan. Who looked away telling him that they were not going anywhere and still upset with him for not telling them earlier.

And why they will not because of him their sister was in this condition. Arohi went towards her and hugged her.

"Please don't do this again I was afraid." She said, and Arya looked down.

"I am sorry I can't help you," Arohi said, and Arya was quick to correct him. "It's not your fault"

"It's not his fault either," Arohi said, pointing at Reyansh, who was busy glaring at the other two. Girls were whispering, so they were not able to hear it.

Arya looked at her, and she continued, "Talk to him. I know your overthinking mind has already made thousands of sceneries, but none of it is true."

"This person can never leave you. I can see in his eyes he is falling for you or may be already fallen for you" She said, and Arya looked at him.

"Talk to him. He will tell you everything. Clear this out. You will never be free until you free yourself from the prison of your own false thoughts" Arya nodded hesitantly. Arohi kissed her forehead and went towards them.

Her words were constantly ringing in Arya’s mind.

"Vihaan Aryan out now," She said in a serious tone. They looked at her and then at Reyansh and silently went outside. They know better not to mess out with this girl when she is serious.

Reyansh looked at them in disbelief. He turned to look at Arohi, who said in the same serious tone.

"This is your last chance, Reyansh," She said and went out after closing the door.

Reyansh turned and looked at Arya for a minute. He walked towards her and kneeled beside her. Holding her hand in his, "I am sorry," He stammered.

"Get up. What are you doing?" She made him sit on the bed now they were sitting in front of each other.

"I am sorry for not telling you earlier," He said again.

"About what?" she murmured.

"About her," she stiffened. She looked away, afraid of what was coming next. All the negative thoughts were coming to her mind, so she asked about one of his biggest fears.

"Will you leave me for her?" She whispered with glossy eyes. He looked at her wide eyes. He knows it was her insecurity speaking.

"I can never leave you, not for her, not for anyone.

Sunshine. How can I? I can't live without you, I don't know when you become this important to me.

I don't know when I started to love your presence so much that I can't even imagine a day without you.

She means nothing to me, sunshine. She was my past, and you are my present and future," he said, genuinely looking directly into her eyes. His cheeks tinted a light shade of red.

"Why did you leave her?"
