Game. Set. Match. Maggie Taylor Makes History With a Calendar Grand Slam
QUEENS, NY—Taylor has accomplished something that many professional players only dream to achieve—a Calendar Grand Slam.
Taylor was in tears throughout the awards ceremony and there is clearly no bad blood between the two players, as they were seen hugging and smiling together after the game and heading over to their friends and family, including Maggie’s father and renowned tennis coach, David Taylor, her fiance, Rowan Amory, and former tennis player, Jacob Hughes.
Many other celebrities and athletes were in attendance, especially Taylor’s good friends and brand ambassador sisters, Blair Miller and Isla Covington.
All eyes were on Taylor and her fiance as they celebrated her accomplishment. Yet, we also noticed Miss Wozniak sharing a more than friendly hug with Jacob Hughes. Could there be a romance on the rise for those two as well?
When we caught up with the US Open champion, we asked her the one question at the top of our minds—what’s next for Maggie Taylor?
