44. Chapter 44 #2
“Ooo, what did you get me?” she asks. I don’t reply and just carry her upstairs to my bedroom, treading on the other rose petal trail that led up the stairs and sit her in the middle of the rose petal heart I made on the bed.
“Did you assume I’d end up in here?” she asks in a half-joking tone.
“No, which is why there are rose petals in your room too, but since I carried you, this is where I want you,” I explain, dimming the lights.
“Want me for what? I’m afraid you’re gonna have to do a lot more if you want blowjobs again,” she teases, crossing one tights-clad leg over the other.
Jesus Christ, this woman will be the death of me.
“And that’s something I’ll definitely earn back, but your orgasms and yours alone are my goal for tonight,” I wink, heading into my bathroom.
“Where are you going?” she tilts her head as I glance at her over my shoulder as I head to the bathroom.
“To get your present.”
I unzip the costume bag hanging in my shower, unsure of whether this was going to work or if it was a good idea to trust the person who suggested it, but like the motto her family lives by, “Anything for Luna.” I mumble that line repeatedly as I remove my clothes and pull the costume on.
Wincing at myself in the mirror because of how stupid I look, then turn towards the door.
While Luna is happily munching on the tray of chocolate-covered strawberries I prepared beforehand.
“Are you ready?” I ask, knocking on the door to get her attention.
“Yes,” she calls back as I take a deep breath and step out of the bathroom.
Her jaw drops the moment I step out. Her eyes bulge out of her head, watching me approach her. I do a full one-eighty, so she gets a look at the back, showing off my exposed backside, then, back around to the front, leaning forward, bringing my claw-covered hands up to my face.
“Rawr!”
That sends Luna over the edge; her loud hyena-type laugh bursts from her lungs, falling back onto the bed in fits of laughter as I attempt to cover my face now red with embarrassment, but I can’t help but join in.
LUNA
I can’t make this up.
I was sitting here, waiting for Oliver. Eating the delicious chocolate-covered strawberries he retrieved from the mini fridge in his room. Yes, the rich man I love has a literal mini fridge built into his bedside table.
But, more importantly, I could’ve never guessed what Oliver got me for my birthday.
What could ever top off what he’d already done for me, the hotel, visiting Ji-ji’s grave and the romantic candlelit dinner he prepared downstairs, that I had every intention of getting back to after sexy time. But the moment Oliver came out of that bathroom, I thought I was hallucinating at first.
There is no way on this earth that The Oliver Walters, the man who would go down as one of the best corporate lawyers in history, just exited his bathroom wearing a bear costume…
If I can even call it that?
He was wearing furry bear paws on his hands, a bear ears headband, the tip of his nose was painted black, his cheeks coated with bright pink blush, but my favourite part was the fact that he was half-naked.
The only part of him that was covered was his dick, hidden behind a single piece of brown fur.
My mouth hung open as I watched him stroll into the room, and I let out a squeal of disbelief, then gasp at the sight of the g-string between his perfectly shaped bare ass. It answered my question as to how that piece of fabric covering him was being held up.
Then he turns back, and our eyes lock on how low the fabric hangs to cover him fully before my eyes move up to watch him shift into a cute animal pose.
“Rawr!” leaves his lips in a cutesy tone - I lose it.
Unable to stop the scream-like laugh that escaped my mouth, clutching my stomach as I fall back and end up rolling off his bed, laughing so hard that it gets hard to breathe.
Not the reaction most women would have when seeing their boyfriend in a sexy costume, but that’s because they didn’t know my Oliver. Never in a million years would he wear this, not even to save his life… There was only one person responsible for this.
I wanted to ask him how she made him do it, to ask him if he was okay, given that his face was bright red from the moment he stepped out.
Knowing I should tell him he could take it off to save him from further embarrassment, but I couldn’t see from the tears, and my laughter only got worse the more I leaned up to look at him now and again; my chest was heaving.
Snorting like a damn pig, I was having the time of my life.
Even after falling off the bed, Oliver, who was also laughing, tried to help, but that, too, just made me laugh more.
This is it! This is how I die.
I’m going to kill Macy for this. The laughter won’t stop, cramps form in my stomach, and my face is bright red, gasping for air as I start to hyperventilate.
At this point, Oliver had had enough, and his goal was to make sure I didn’t pass out.
Reaching for his robe nearby, tugging it on and fetching a bottle of water, but I was too hysterical for that.
Hunched into myself on the floor, I tried to take a few deep breaths to calm myself down.
As he scooped me off the floor and back onto the bed, I looked at his black-painted nose and blush-coloured cheeks, which almost sent me back into a fit.
I started to feel light-headed from the lack of oxygen in my lungs.
Focusing my eyes on the ceiling for a while did help; slowly but surely, I started to climb down from my laughter.
Oliver pulled me into a seating position as he handed me the water.
I twisted the cap and drank three gulps full.
With my throat quenched from laughter, two prior hours of karaoke and bottles of alcohol, I finished the bottle and tucked my legs under me and faced Oliver.
“Are you okay? I thought for sure you’d pass out this time.” Oliver asks, concerned, but the faint paint he’s still wearing doesn’t help the seriousness in his tone.
“I nearly did!” I admit, giggling and biting my lip to stop from laughing again.
“W-what did she make you do?!” I breathe out with another small chuckle. Crouching in front of me, he reaches behind him to rub the back of his neck.
“In exchange for her help to win you back, I had to wear this on your birthday and send her a photo, so if I ever fucked up again, she would expose it to the world.”
Oh no.
That had Macy written all over it. She was incredibly protective of me; she took the big sister very seriously. She’s all for creating a safety net because we all knew if that photo got out, Oliver could kiss his reputation and junior partner goodbye.
“Please, tell me you didn’t?” I plead, shaking my head.
Yeah, Oliver was an asshole for breaking my heart, but I didn’t want something like this to happen to him and ruin everything he worked half his life for.
“I did. I sent them before I came out. She made me draft up a contract and everything, including giving you, and only you, the power to stop her, as you are the only other person who has a copy of the photo.”
WHAT?!
My curiosity fought my logic, wanting to run downstairs and check my phone, but I didn’t. Instead, I scooted closer and kissed Oliver’s rosy, red face.
“I’m sorry.” I apologised with a giggle. As bad as I feel that Macy now has the ultimate blackmail over Oliver. It was bloody hilarious, and I was touched to know that, as twisted as she could be, she did it to protect me.
“Don’t be. Because I have no intention of giving her a reason to use it, and the ones I sent you are far worse,” he smirks, catching my waist, as I tried to make a run for the door.
Now I need to look at my phone, but Oliver traps me between him and the sheets, pinning me down with his hips, with no room to escape.
“You can look at those later; for now, just enjoy the real thing because the moment it comes off, I’m burning it,” he mumbles in his usual Oliver tone.
“What if I want you to keep it?” I ask, snaking my arms around his neck.
“What if I want this to be my birthday tradition?” I tease.
I couldn’t help but wonder if Oliver wanted to dress sexy for me every once in a while, and how much punishment he would give me if I sent a copy to Min-Joon?
“Ow!” I yelp with a laugh when Oliver lifts me enough to spank me, immeasurably rubbing the ache away.
“Don’t you dare think about it,” he growls, glaring with a warning, when I realise the comment about forwarding the photo to Min-Joon is something I said out loud.
“Sorry,” I wince, tucking my lips between my teeth.
“Can I take this off now? Or are you going to start wheezing again?” he asks, wiggling his brows at me as we both look down at the knot holding his costume together,
“Maybe, let’s give it a whirl anyway.” I grin, using one hand to tug the knot free and push the fabric of his robe off his shoulders. Oliver then shrugs the remainder of it off and tosses it on the floor.
And I can’t do it.
The rumble starts in my throat, and a laugh comes bursting out. Though this time Oliver doesn’t try to stop it, he gently runs the tip of his nose along the silhouette of my neck. Groaning at the whiff of my scent, simultaneously rolls his hips into mine, as his tongue darts out to taste my skin.
It takes seconds for my laughter to shift into breathless moans as Oliver lifts one hand to grip my throat gently, while he kisses and nips his way down to the valley of my breasts.
The other is currently gripping my thigh so tightly that the pattern of my tights is embedded into my skin.
But I know it’s to anchor him. I can feel the weight of his restraint as his barely clothed clock twitches between my legs.
Even with all my clothing still on, Oliver still had the power to bring me to the brink of coming. My body was his, hot and ready for him, my nipples firm and peaking through the few layers.
