6. Marry Us, Aleiraah
Aleiraah
Following the traumatic event of losing my mother while only being an impressionable fifty, grief and anger at the invisible powers governing Mytherra sent me on a journey of self-discovery.
Driven by a need to avenge my mother’s death, I tried single-handedly tracking down the evil goblins responsible for ambushing and murdering her. Over the years, every trail went cold.
They left no traces and went suspiciously quiet. Though a few Supernatural Council members—close friends of my mother—investigated when I hounded them, those efforts eventually fizzled out.
Councillor Enithyme, Mother’s confidant after Father’s death, took me under her wing. She often advised other supernaturals, and helped me process my grief. To think before reacting.
Before her guidance, I was fury incarnate—an open wound bleeding at the slightest provocation.
Convinced that Mother's fears had left me far too sheltered for a succubus—allowing scums like Jadeth to take advantage of my na?veté—Enithyme urged me to travel across Mytherra. So, I left on a quest for peace and freedom from my own mind.
Along the way, I encountered supernatural species I never knew existed.
I traveled the wild expanse of Ashfang Reach, dominated by half-dormant volcanoes and lava spirits. Bioluminescent waters then carried me across the Mirrorglass Sea and Starwake Deep, where mermaids sang in haunting harmonies and sirens teased with dangerous smiles.
The Shattered Sanctums—crumbling ruins swallowed by wild flora and guarded by wraiths intrigued me. In Moonwake Forest, fae and dryads welcomed me with open arms, and I fell asleep to the lullaby of whispering ivy.
I mingled with different shifter packs, forged alliances, and watched in awe as gryphon younglings hatched and braved fierce winds with fragile wings. The resilience of chiming bluebells on Mytherra’s windy peaks inspired me.
Life unfolded—relentless and wondrous. I was no longer a frightened succubus shaped by loss.
The wild taught me that honoring my mother meant growing strong enough to weather the unpredictability of life. My focus shifted from a blind quest for bloody vengeance to a fierce, enduring pursuit of my own life and freedom.
Nearly a century of new experiences settled into my bones, mending my broken parts. Hardened by the rugged wild, I grew confident. The wildness in me stirred, bringing a desire to push my sexual boundaries.
For a succubus, I had been awfully inexperienced. Mother had kept a strict watch—I was all she had left after Father’s assassination.
Like every other young succubus I’d been dependent on my mother’s life force until I reached thirty.
Afterward I dallied occasionally. But my first steady partner, a gargoyle named Jadeth Stonebriar, unfortunately turned out to be a nightmare. I managed to escape his clutches, but the scars ran deep.
For the next few decades, I celebrated my sexuality, embracing debauchery.
I was a regular at satyr and centaur orgies, reveling in the raw energy and sheer excess.
Eventually, that grew old, so I turned to short-term flings with an eclectic mix of lovers—grims, fae, shifters, vampires, demons, warlocks, mermen, a shy yeti, and even a fallen angel.
Brief entanglements had their charm, but monogamy made me restless. Emotional scars inflicted by Jadeth had made me afraid of commitment. Lovers asked me to stay, to choose, but I could never give up my freedom.
I missed a few of them. But then someone new would find me, and I’d let myself enjoy the fleeting caresses, the unbridled passion, living only in the moment.
Toward the end of my wild streak, an emo grim I dated suggested I travel with female monks in the human realm to align my ‘chakras’.
While the chakras made no sense, the realm itself appealed to me.
I stayed for a few years, working as a barista at a popular cafe called 'Bustylucks' and discovering glorious caffeine—which put Mytherra’s herbal teas to shame.
I fed from humans sparingly, but soon felt jaded—because human males were simply exhausting—so I went to the monastery run by the female monks.
The head priestess took one look at me and decided that I needed to soothe my energy. I gave it a shot since she appeared to have achieved zen.
Over the next seventy years, I stayed at the monastery learning their ways, using magic to age my appearance and pass as human.
While philanthropy brought a modicum of inner peace, I still sought male company to nourish myself.
Whenever short spells of restlessness made me question my choices, the head priestess helped me regain clarity.
But all good things come to an end, and one day she lost the battle against time. I remained there for a couple more years after she passed away but it was too lonely without my dear friend. So one wintry night I faked my death and returned to Mytherra.
Slowly, I took charge of the manor and the Silvraeth line’s profitable incomes.
Nearly a year later, while watching the magnolias bloom in the sprawling gardens, seven dashing males arrived, demanding my presence.
The realization hit me suddenly that during my hundred years of debauchery—Bazrosh, Rhazien, Ifrinn, Alistair, Silas, Archer and Azael—had claimed the lion’s share of my time.
Clearly, I had made an impression on their hearts just as they had stayed in mine. Like a spark roaring into a flame, our memories blazed through my mind.
Baz taking me soaring into the night sky—my first ever dragon-back ride.
A scholar and warrior, he treated me like royalty, yet it was his restrained strength that enthralled me.
We brushed comet trails and he showed me his hoard.
To behold a dragon’s treasure up close was something out of a legend.
Attending minotaur cage fights with Archie, where we bet on the underdogs and shouted like mad gnomes.
I’d never had such wild fun even at the orgies.
He’d whisk me off to picnics where I’d ride wolf-back through enchanted forests.
He rekindled my inner child—but a deep sadness always lurked in him that I couldn’t reach.
Alistair entering my life like moonlight passing through crsytal—gentle and iridescent.
We wandered fae fairs and flower festivals, a storybook courtship.
During a ‘Shared Spell Crafting’ contest, our magic woven together created something wondrous.
It coaxed a tired sapling into a tree that reached the clouds, leaving everyone mesmerised.
He introduced me to a rare fae delicacy—crunchy golden orbs filled with earthy root mash.
Dunked in enchanted, sour and spicy water, they could wake the dead.
He made them for me every day until I left.
Silas had been the apex predator, stalking me through treetops until I gave in and dated him.
A giant cat at heart, he pounced on me whenever he could.
He took me to a dwarven forge, and taught me the beautiful art of glass-blowing.
On moonlit nights by a bioluminescent beach, I’d play with his panther in the water to see his shiny fur glow.
Zien had been my first vampire lover, and the first to ever taste my blood.
His bite was addictive, my blood a delicacy he craved.
Fascinated by human culture, he drew me into it too, whisking us to book fairs and museums under glamour.
Humans still cast curious stares, as if sensing something uncanny about us.
He once confessed he had inspired a famed nineteenth-century vampire novel.
Unsettled by my addiction to Zien, I had jumped ships to Ifrinn––an Oblivion demon I met at a hell orgy in an incubus demon's den.
We clicked instantly, spending months together.
His strategically placed piercings titillated me and I was lost to his boyish charms. Eventually, the temptation to ask him to erase the traumatic memories of my abusive gargoyle-ex, Jadeth, spooked me.
I refused to lose a vital turning point in my life, but because the urge was too strong, I had to move on from Rinn.
And then arrived Azael—danger wrapped in celestial light.
He was a paradox, serene as starlight one moment, a wildfire the next.
He took me flying to the floating mountain forests where ghost-fireflies shimmered blue and sky-whales drifted through the aether, leaving me breathless.
The very next day, he fucked the daylights out of me over an active volcano, reckless and dominating.
His gravity was impossible to resist, and the ‘me’ then––too fragile to survive his orbit—fled before I got swallowed.
Seeing the best of my experiences gathered together, I was overjoyed. I had grown as a person since I was last with them—my unforgettable seven.
At first they were cautious around one another, but grew friendly upon realizing they all wanted another chance with me. I hadn't been ready for commitment in the past, but they were unerringly drawn to me. In their words, I was unforgettable.
They craved permanence, but I could not do monogamy. Yet they persisted, longing to build a life with me. After much debate, they chose to enter into a shared mateship through marriage. All seven of them.
I was stunned, secretly delighted, yet wary. What if sharing me left them unhappy?
I went to consult Enithyme, and she encouraged me to give them a chance. She suggested group dates to observe the dynamics among the seven.
Once I floated the idea, they immediately leapt on it.
We started with Kraken racing on the shores of Forbidden Islands that sometimes disappeared into the sea.
Hell’s Kitchen fine dining came next—demon chefs brandished flaming blades, and exploding hell-peppers packed flavors so bold our eyes watered.
We laughed, reached for drinks, and went right back for more.
Over the next few months, they delighted in small gifts, subtle gestures, and tokens of devotion, slowly weaving their affections into my heart.
One day we went to a lavish elemental bathhouse.
Pools of firestones, ice baths, wind jets, and dreamy bubbles set the stage.
Things got…heated in the firestone pool.
I let them seduce me in pairs, turning what was already intimate into something far more decadent.
By the time we left, I was a very, very satisfied succubus.
Things came to a head at Enithyme's enchanted masquerade ball.
Everyone wore magically shifting masks that warped features and voices, making recognition nearly impossible.
As I lost track of my seven suitors in the glittering crowd, anxiety grew.
Twice, I accidentally flirted with the wrong male, leaving me so frustrated I seriously considered fleeing the ball altogether.
That’s when they appeared. I was sulking in a quiet hallway when a group of males suddenly surrounded me.
My pulse raced—part panic, part irritation—when hands started brushing my body and murmurs of how much I’d been missed reached my ears.
Then, with a flick of magic, their masks vanished. My heart skipped a beat.
“Where have you all been?” I launched myself at them with a mix of relief, anger, and longing that had been building all night.
“I couldn't find you! Any of you!” I sobbed with relief as they soothed me, taking turns. Suddenly, I had the epiphany I didn’t want to part with them ever again.
“We were here, Aleiraah, looking for you. The magic masks messed things up. We were worried something happened to you. Thanks to shifter senses we were able to locate you when you moved away from the throng of people.” Silas replied.
“Never again would we lose you!” They said in unison and my heart had been so full that I was afraid it’d burst.
The seven escorted me back to the manor and we made fervent love that night. I was blissed out of my mind on their essences. Afterward they cuddled me, touching some part of my body as we fell asleep.
The next morning I had woken up to an elaborate breakfast in bed followed by a lazy morning where they took care of me in their unique ways. We went on a stargazing picnic that evening and drank moonberry wine under the stars.
That’s when the seven of them got down on their knees before me. I gasped when they proffered a thin silver bracelet with seven charms.
The beautifully crafted charms dangling from the shimmering chain were a pair of wings, a dragon, a wolf, a panther, a set of horns, a curling vine, and a drop of ruby resembling blood.
They gazed at me with love and something everlasting in their eyes and said—“Marry us, Aleiraah”—all in the same breath.
My heart bursting with happiness, I flung myself at them with a resounding yes, showering them with kisses and promises of love. We embraced for a long time, then made love under the star-studded night sky.
We got married within the next week, and it's been around a decade since. My chosen mates turned seven husbands have been a source of immense joy, anchoring me in the sea of immortality.
