Strawberry Lemon Lush
Ingredients:
Lemon bars
Directions:
Cut lemon bars into squares and line the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. If you are baking your own bars, it is fine to leave them in the pan you baked them in.
Blend two containers of strawberry cream cheese spread with the teaspoon of strawberry flavoring until smooth and creamy. Fold in a cup of whipped cream (or Cool Whip), and 1 cup of strawberries that have been washed, stemmed, and cut into small pieces.
Spread over lemon bars.
Mix instant pudding with milk. Let stand five minutes. Spread pudding over the top of the cream cheese layer.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, top with remaining whipped cream or Cool Whip and garnish with remaining strawberries.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
