The Nightfall Shield is coming to Imperium, bringing the bonded warriors who already wrecked my faith in love.

They expect me to greet them as if nothing between us is broken, even though the same bond I am still surviving rips through me whenever they watch me.

The Stardust Shield believes I am the key to bringing our species home, but that conviction cannot wipe away the hurt or make nine powerful warriors cooperate when so many of them would rather spill blood than work side by side.
