Chapter 18 Jaden #2

He tugs on the elastic band beneath my breasts with his teeth, growling playfully as he peers up at me, but abruptly stops, letting the fabric snap against my skin.

“Do you have a condom?” His mouth hangs open, somewhere between want and perhaps panic.

I push up on my elbows, my brow pinched.

“You seriously don’t have one?” I hold his gaze as he swallows hard, then shrugs one shoulder.

“Despite what you think of me, Crash, I do not in fact walk around campus like a gigolo.” He purses his lips, leaving me hot, bothered, and now a tad guilty for making assumptions.

“Hold on. Do not go anywhere,” I say, slipping out from beneath him and darting out my door and into my roommate’s room.

“Where am I going to go?” Bryson laughs as I rifle through my roommate’s top drawer. I spot an open box and slip out a condom, grateful for Taryn’s healthy sex life in comparison to my nonexistent one.

I’m giggling like a junior-higher with a crush when I enter the room again, but the atmosphere becomes instantly serious when I see Bryson standing in only his boxers, his hand mussing his hair in that sexy way male models do.

It’s everything I’ve imagined since we first met, the vision I pretended not to have.

I fall back against the door, pushing it closed as my breath hitches.

“I got . . . uh . . .” I hold the condom up, and I wet my lips.

Bryson saunters toward me, taking the condom in one hand, then lifting my other hand above my head and pinning it to the door. His eyes are heated as he leans in close, his nose grazing the curve of my neck before he sucks in my earlobe.

“The times I have thought about this,” he says, his voice rough at my ear. The mere sound feels like a dose of morphine injected into my spine. Everything tingles.

“Yeah?” I whimper.

Bryson pulls back enough to look me in the eyes and nod. He holds my gaze as his palm leaves my wrist and glides down my arm and over my breast, then finally pauses at the waistband of my black leggings. His chin drops as his gaze narrows, and I pant out a faint yes with a tiny nod.

My head falls back against the door as his hand slips inside my pants and panties, and my eyes fall shut as his fingers glide through my center.

The soft moan that escapes my lips sounds foreign, as if it’s someone else living this life right now.

But it’s not. It’s me. Alone in my bedroom, with a nearly naked Bryson Moss wanting to do dirty things to me.

His hand works my sensitive skin as I pull my bra over my head. I’m no longer worried about who takes what off and when. All I know is that this feeling must never stop. Ever.

I begin to wriggle my pants down my hips while Bryson pleasures me, and his mouth drops over my bare breast when I lower them just below his touch.

“You’re so fucking beautiful, Jaden. Gah,” he groans against my breast, his tongue soothing the ache of my hard nipple.

Without warning, he slides his other arm behind my back, swinging me into him and turning us so he can walk me backward to the bed.

As his hand leaves my pulsing center, I scurry out of my leggings and panties, leaving me bare and laid out for him to have completely.

His plump bottom lip, red from our kiss, is clutched between his teeth as he tears open the condom wrapper.

My pulse begins to fire at the speed of a Wimbledon serve when Bryson pulls out his cock, and I feel the heat rush to my cheeks as he strokes himself while he sits on his knees between my legs.

“Are you sure?” His heated stare locks onto mine, and I nod vehemently as he slides the condom down his shaft.

My knees bend, and my legs part wider to make room for him.

With one hand at my hip, he guides himself to my center with his other hand, pushing his tip inside before slowly rocking into me.

I stretch with his girth as he sinks in deeper, until finally, my head falls back as I groan at the sensation of taking him completely.

He cages me between his arms as his tongue tastes my jawline, my body full with him.

This . . . this is how sex is supposed to feel.

The heat. The connection. My thirst and hunger.

Bryson’s teeth nip at my skin with each thrust of his hips until finally his mouth meets mine. He sucks in my bottom lip, and my teeth graze along his. I want to bite him, to devour him and leave every mark I can behind to let the world know he’s mine.

“Everything about you is so sweet, Jaden. Jesus, I’m never going to make it when you move like that.” His words are hot against my lips, and my hips writhe along with his rhythm.

His hands find my wrists again, and he pins each to the mattress above my head as his hips thrust faster, his length diving into me while everything in my core begins to tighten around him.

I can feel my orgasm wanting to take over, and as much as I wish I could run away from it for a little while longer, to make this last into the night, I also want to know what it feels like to have Bryson Moss send me over the edge.

I whimper as the pulses begin firing in my center. Every nerve ending begins to teeter on the brink of the most blissful abyss. I stare deep into Bryson’s emerald eyes as my lips part with one final breath. And then I’m drowning.

“Please, don’t stop,” I plead, my hands pulling free and clutching the muscles along his back. He continues to thrust into me, driving me deeper, wave after wave, as I gasp for air and gain just enough to cry out for more.

“Jaden,” he grunts out my name just before swelling inside of me.

His thrusts become desperate, and his breath grows ragged.

His body is coated in a sheen of sweat just like mine.

Our skin is sticky and sweet. His lips part to kiss my neck one last time as he pushes in deep, then rolls to my side, leaving me empty yet so very satiated.

He slips the condom off and ties the end before wrapping it in a tissue and tossing it into the wastebasket beside my bed.

He rolls back against me, and I wrap my arms around his bicep, holding him to me like a safety bar on a dangerous ride at an amusement park.

We lie like that for several silent minutes, the cool air from my ceiling fan drying our bodies as my mind swirls with so many questions that I’m suddenly afraid to ask. But mostly, Is this still pretend?

“Hey, Jaden?” Bryson’s raspy voice finally breaks through the heavy air around us.

I roll my head to the side, meeting his gaze.

“I told Amelia to pick you. When you applied for her app? I saw your name and told her it had to be you. Not because I thought you’d help her company, but because I wanted you for myself. I told her to pick you so I could get another shot.”

My heart stops, and I blink slowly, not sure if I should grin like a fool or thank him for trying again. For giving us a do-over. For making me feel so damn beautiful tonight.

“How am I doing so far?” His eyes squint playfully as his lips tighten.

“I’d say you’re a ten,” I utter, finally giving in to the joy that wants to push my smile into my cheeks. Bryson, meanwhile, rolls to his back, then pumps his fist. And soon, the two of us are laughing.
