six #4

Admittedly, I’m curious about Leo. He’s shocked me more than once in the past twenty-four hours, and I can’t help but wonder if there’s more to him than being a common criminal.

He doesn't seem like a horrible person, despite what I was saying in the van on the way over, so what led him to lead this life?

“Why don’t you go and get cleaned up, and I’ll see if I can find us something to eat? I know that coffee isn’t enough for either of us.” Leo smiles, and I am so confused by all of this.

I am disoriented again, as if my world has been flipped on its axis, and I’m not even the one with a concussion.

But it has. My life has taken a completely different turn than what I was expecting, but it’s more than that.

It’s everything. It’s my conversation with Leo, then being in his house.

It’s also how nice he is being right now, another thing that I don't quite understand. I hate him. Don’t I?

Leo shoots me one more smile and leaves the room.

I take a few deep breaths, closing my eyes in an attempt to clear my mind.

I walk across the hall to the bathroom, turning on the light to find another simply decorated room.

The tiles on the bathroom floor are dark gray hexagons, giving it almost a honeycomb appearance.

The door is a similar color, but the cabinets are light brown, the countertop clean white.

There is no bathtub, a standing shower with white tiles and a detachable shower head.

I peel my disgusting clothes off and turn on the water.

I moan when I step under the hot spray, so relieved at the chance to be clean again. I don’t allow myself to enjoy it, though, getting down to business quickly. I lather my thick curls in shampoo, rinsing it out right away. Next, I wash my body, happy to finally get the stench and grime off of me.

I shut off the water and step out, shivering when the cool air hits my wet skin. I quickly locate a towel in the closet, wrapping it around my hips as the door clicks open. I jump, turning to find Leo with his mouth hanging open.

“Oh. Fuck. Sorry. Umm… I… fuck.” Leo’s gun-metal eyes follow a drop of water that trails its way from my neck to between my pecs.

I don't make any attempt to cover myself more, allowing him to look his fill.

He is most certainly not straight, and I’m unsure what to do with that information.

My cock has some ideas, though, as it stirs beneath the towel.

Leo continues to look, his eyes traveling down my chest and to my abs, finally landing on the bulge beginning to form under my towel.

I have never been a modest person. I have been photographed in more than one compromising position while nude.

The human body is art, after all, but I still find my cheeks heating under his gaze.

My cock twitches again, definitely interested in being half naked and around a gorgeous man.

Yes, I will now admit that Leo is gorgeous.

I have eyes, and it is hard to deny how beautiful Leo is.

“Did you need something?” I smirk. Leo is normally so calm and composed, even when he was straddling me.

In my short time of knowing him, I have never seen him this flustered, and I kind of like it.

The way his hand has come up to fix his hair, his eyes finally diverting to the tiled floor, is adorable.

“Yeah. I uh… I realized you don’t have anything to wear. I know it’s not Prada or Gucci or whatever it is you prefer, but it’s clean. They’re mine, so they might be a bit big. You’re not like a big guy. I mean… some things seem to be big…”

Leo eyes travel down to my crotch, the towel not doing much to conceal my hard cock.

His sentence ends on a cough, his feet shuffling on the tiled floor as if he needs something to do.

“How’s the head?” I ask, an amused smile tugging on my lips.

I’m enjoying the pretty blush that has bloomed on Leo's freckled cheeks, slowly making its way down his neck the longer he is in the small room with me.

Am I horrible for enjoying this? It makes Leo seem more human, all flustered and unraveled.

“What?” His eyes snap up to meet mine, his eyes wide and confused. I tap my temple with a smirk playing over my lips to indicate what I was asking about.

“Oh. This head. I mean my head. Yeah. It- It’s fine. I took some meds. Headache has started to ease off. I mean. Anyway, there's an extra toothbrush in the drawer, and there’s some toothpaste, mouthwash and other stuff under the sink. So yeah. Um, I’ll just leave these right here.

Come out when you’re ready.”

Leo’s words come out so quickly, I can barely understand them.

With jerky motions, Leo sits the clothes down beside the sink before he turns and quickly exits the bathroom.

“Thanks,” I say to Leo's back. I barely suppress a laugh as he flees the bathroom as if the walls are on fire.

I grab the clothes, pulling them on. They smell like Leo, but I don’t mind.

He may smoke, but the house doesn’t smell like cigarettes.

Maybe he only does that outside. I shake my head, trying to dislodge all thoughts of my temporary housemate that I am slowly becoming curious about.

I have a lot of questions, but I tell myself I am okay with never having the answers.

Leo is a contradiction, and I’ve never understood those.
