Chapter 21

Kadeem

Irode in silence as Crue drove, swerving through traffic, as we made our way to the east side.

I didn’t know what we were walking into, and I really didn’t give a fuck either.

My main concern was Saniyah and making sure she was okay.

Reaching into my pocket, I pulled out my phone and placed a call to Destiny, hoping she’d made it back from her job.

I knew we could trust her to help us get Saniyah.

“Hey, Kadeem, what up doe?”

“Destiny, I need you on the pull up. I’m sharing my location with you now. Saniyah is in danger.”

There was a short pause before Destiny replied. “I’m not far from you at all. I’m on my way now.”

I ended the call with Destiny, and Dez called Crue with an exact location, and he put the address into his GPS.

We pulled up about five minutes later to a house that damn near looked abandoned.

We hadn’t even been there for a full minute when Destiny came flying down the street, parking right behind us.

We all got out the cars, and I quickly told Destiny what was going on before we walked up to the door.

I kicked it, and the door fell instantly before we walked inside.

A man walked into the living room, and I didn’t even let him get a word out before I grabbed him by his neck and squeezed tightly.

“Where the fuck is Saniyah at, muthafucka?” Crue yelled.

I squeezed tighter, knowing that he couldn’t answer.

I didn’t give a fuck either. We knew she was inside this house, and that was all we needed to know.

I could feel the life slipping from his body, and when it was gone, I let him go, and he fell to the floor.

I didn’t know when Destiny walked away, but when I heard her calling out to us from the back of the house, we rushed to her.

My fist tightened when we walked into the kitchen and saw Saniyah tied to a chair, and I was ready to murder everybody.

Destiny had her gun trained on the two women and man that had done this.

I was shocked to see it was April and Amika.

Crue rushed over and untied Saniyah, but I was so mad I couldn’t even see straight.

Walking over to the man, I punched him in the face, breaking his nose instantly.

I continued to beat him until there was so much blood that he couldn’t even be recognized.

“April, what the fuck are you doing here?” Crue yelled.

I looked over at them, wanting to know the answer to that my damn self.

I had only been with Amika once, and that was months ago when I was in Atlanta.

I hadn’t even so much as spoken to her after that.

I damn sure had no idea that she even knew April at all.

I was confused as fuck, but anger was still shooting through my veins.

Although I might not kill a woman, I knew Destiny would handle our light weight.

“I did this for you, baby, just so you can see how it feels to lose something you loved just like I had to. This is your fault, not mine. All you had to do was love me.”

“Bitch, are you crazy? We fucked a few times; that’s it. Why you actin’ like we was in love or some shit? You fucked up when you took our girl though. That shit is unforgivable, and you gon’ have to pay for this.”

“What you gon’ do, Crue? You gon’ shoot me? You gon’ shoot me for that bitch?” April asked, looking into his eyes.

“No, I won’t, but she will,” he said as he pointed at Destiny.

Without another word, Destiny fired four shots, hitting both April and Amika twice. Crue and I both hugged and kissed Saniyah, happy that we’d finally found her. It wasn’t until we let Saniyah go that I noticed Destiny now had her gun trained on us.

“What the fuck?” I asked, pushing Saniyah behind me.

“Y’all don’t pay no attention to me at all.

For years, I’ve watched y’all fuck bitch after bitch, pretending not to know.

But neither one of y’all ever looked at me.

If y’all had of just paid attention to me, you would have seen that we could have been great together.

What the fuck did these bitches have that I didn’t?

” she asked, a tear sliding down her cheek.

“Put the gun down, Destiny,” I ordered as I looked into her eyes. “What the fuck are you doing?”

“Yeah, Destiny, put that gun down before someone gets hurt,” Crue spoke.

“Y’all really think shit a game, huh? Now, it’s Destiny put the gun down, but none of this would have happened if you would have just paid attention to me. I loved y’all and always had y’all back. But y’all fucked every bitch but me. Why the fuck wasn’t I good enough for y’all?”

I looked at Destiny for a moment, clearly confused.

Destiny had worked for Blackline for years and had been trusted with a lot of personal and professional information.

We did full background checks on all of our employees before they started work.

However, something like this could have never been detected.

“Destiny, what the fuck are you doing?” Crue asked.

“Destiny, what the fuck are you doing?” she repeated, mocking Crue. “That’s a question I been asking myself every fuckin’ day for the past five years. Yet and still, each day I got up and worked for two men that I was in love with that didn’t give a fuck about me.”

I listened, never taking my eyes off her and the gun. Saniyah was trembling behind me, holding my shoulders. I knew she was terrified, but she had to know that neither Crue nor I were going to let anything happen to her.

“Destiny, you’re making a huge mistake, and we all know it. This shit ain’t gon’ end well for you,” I voiced, anger oozing from my tone like hot lava.

“Shut the fuck up, Kadeem. I’ve stayed quiet for far too long.

You want to know what hurt me the most? Watching y’all bring bitch after bitch in Blackline, knowing y’all were fucking her.

I could always tell when y’all were fucking one of the bitches there.

Y’all just acted different even though you tried to hide it. ”

“It has nothing to do with how you look, Destiny. We trusted you, Destiny, and look at you now, got a fucking gun pointed at us. That shit don’t make sense. You not even fuckin’ thinking straight,” Crue spoke through clenched teeth.

“Oh, I’m thinking straighter than I have in years.

I watched y’all fuck bitch after bitch, but the last straw was when I found out y’all were fucking my cousins, these dumb ass bitches.

April really thought she had a chance with you, Crue.

When she told me about y’all fucking, I could have killed y’all then, but I knew I had to wait.

I had to come up with a plan that would work so that everyone would pay for what the fuck they’d done to me.

So, I started putting bugs in Lawson’s ear. ”

With each word she spoke, I knew this bitch was crazy. Crue still had his gun on her, but I knew he wasn’t going to shoot her. Shit, I wanted to hear what else she had to say because she was now shining some light on a dark situation.

“Then Lawson threw that party. His dinner could have been the perfect time for us to be together. Once I got the email about the job, I waited days for one of y’all to ask me to be your plus one because I knew it was mandatory.

Then, when I got the email saying that you would be the lead, Crue, I just knew you would ask me.

Then, I found out I had to pose as one of the fuckin’ wait staff.

That’s when I knew I had to put another plan in motion. ”

She paced the floor a bit, never taking her eyes or gun off of us.

She then stopped in front of Crue. “When I saw you there with her, a fucking secretary, it was like a slap in my fucking face. So, the moment I took Saniyah to the bathroom, I placed a call to Lawson’s security team and sent them a tip that tonight was the night Crue and his team planned to kill him.

“It really could have been over from there, but nah, y’all were so fuckin’ worried about her.

Then, it was that party that you brought both my cousin and Saniyah to.

And that shit pissed me off. But the icing on the fuckin’ cake was when April’s bitch ass told me she was pregnant with yo’ fuckin’ baby.

There was no fuckin’ way I was going to allow that shit to happen.

One day, she was crying on my shoulder over you, a man that I fuckin’ loved, and I decided to make her a cup of tea.

Needless to say, not even five hours later, that baby was gone.

“Then, all that was left was to talk my cousin into kidnapping this bitch so that I could get you two here. I was on my way here anyway when y’all called me. And now we here.”

“April was pregnant?” Crue whispered.

“Yeah, was being the key word,” Destiny spoke.

I took one hand and placed it behind me, slowly lifting my shirt in the back. I then placed my other hand on Saniyah’s hip and tapped it a few times.

“And why the fuck do you still have that gun on me like you gon’ shoot me? I been working with y’all long enough to know that neither of y’all hurt women. That’s why y’all hire so many female security guards.”

The moment I felt Saniyah remove the gun from my waistline, I began to speak. “You’re right. We don’t shoot women. But our woman does.” With that, I moved to the left as Saniyah fired two shots into Destiny’s chest. Destiny fell to the floor, a puddle of blood forming beneath her.

Saniyah’s hands shook as she clenched the gun between them. I raised my hand slowly, taking the gun from her. Crue walked over to Destiny, kicking the gun away from her and checking her pulse.

“She’s dead,” he confirmed. “We gotta get outta here.”

Grabbing Saniyah’s hand, we rushed out the door.

I placed a call to Chris, telling him we needed a cleanup before giving him the address.

We drove the rest of the way home in silence.

Saniyah was clearly shaken up, so I carried her inside the house and laid her in bed, while I ran her a hot bubble bath.

Since she was unable to gather any of her things, Crue decided that he would drive to her apartment and pick them up.

Once her water was run, I lit candles all around the bathroom before walking back into the bedroom.

Saniyah was still laying in the bed, fully dressed.

I slid off her clothes before picking her up, carrying her into the bathroom, and sitting her in the hot bubbly water.

“I can’t believe I just killed somebody,” she whispered.

“Baby, don’t even think about it like that. You did what was necessary.”

I washed her body, and she looked up at me, reaching up and touching my face gently.

I leaned in and kissed her softly, allowing our tongues to glide across each other’s.

She moaned softly into the kiss. She leaned back just enough to speak before telling me to take off my clothes and get into the bath with her.

I nodded, standing to my feet and removing my clothes.

She moved forward, and I sat in the tub before she leaned back into me.

I wrapped my arms around her, cradling her in my arms, as I placed gentle kisses on her neck.

I trailed one hand down her stomach and between her thighs.

She moaned softly when I massaged her clit.

She opened her legs a little more, allowing me access.

With my other hand, I found her breast, twirling her nipple between my fingers.

My manhood instantly hardened as I listened to her moans.

“I’m about to cum, baby,” she whispered.

“Cum for me, baby.”

She came on command, and I was ready for more.

She scooted up, and I got out the tub before picking her up.

Saniyah wrapped her legs around my waist, grabbing my face and kissing me, as I walked us back into the bedroom.

Our bodies were wet, yet neither of us cared as I laid her onto the bed.

Spreading her legs, I placed my face between them and savored her sweet juices.

“Ahhh, Kadeem, fuck, baby. It feels so good,” she moaned as she wrapped one leg around my neck.

She came again, this time on my tongue, and I sat up slightly, crawling on top of her and kissing her, before I lined my dick up with her opening.

“I want to suck your dick first, baby.”

“Nah, baby, this about you. Let me make you feel better,” I whispered as I pushed inside her.

Her back arched, and she moaned as I pumped in and out.

Saniyah was the only woman that I ever felt like I needed, and in this moment, I wanted nothing more than to show her that.

Saniyah moved her hips in slow circles underneath me, and I kissed her softly.

She came for the third time, and only then did I pull out and allow her to suck my dick until I came.
