45. Ream
Chapter Forty-Five
REAM
Solo and I sat in the back of the funeral with slight smiles on our faces.
I ignored the curious stares that was coming from the people that sat in front of us.
I nodded my head at Chief Wilson and watched him turn pale.
It was good for him to know that he was next on the list. Five of my guards stood nearby, we were surrounded by retired policemen and family along with friends.
I looked down at my AP then back at the caskets, Solo leaned close and whispered.
“You a sick nigga Ream.” I shrugged and kept watching Crystal fall to her knees at her father’s casket.
She crawled over to her mother’s casket and tried her best to open it.
Her family sadly pried her hands off of the casket and helped her stand to her feet.
It was my pleasure to see her and this much pain.
She felt my presence because I watched her body stiffen.
Anger graced her beautiful face as she stomped down the pews with her fist balled tight.
My guards stepped in front of her as she struggled to climb over the seats to get to me.
“Son of a bitch!” She yelled as they held her up. I stood to my feet and smiled.
“Crystal, my father is a lot of things but a bitch ain’t one of them. I’m just here to pay my respects to a man and woman that raised a pig ass disloyal bitch. I’ll be in touch soon.” Solo stood next to me spitting on the floor. Nigga refused to dress up and look stellar.
“You chose to shit on me with a bitch that killed your baby just like I did! You will never be happy! You’re a fucking monster and I can’t wait to rebuild my case on you and take you and your demons down!
” She snatched out of the guard’s arms and stomped away.
I nodded my head, allowing her to rejoin her family.
She made her way back to the caskets and broke down again.
Solo flicked everyone off as I walked out the back door.
My mind was racing, I needed to look Mattea in her eyes and make her tell me what the fuck she had been up to.
An unfamiliar pain hit my chest and I couldn’t believe that this shit affected me.
Mattea got rid of my seed, at least this bitch Crystal had the balls to tell me every time she killed a baby of mine.
“Find that bitch, I want her address in the next hour. I’m kicking the hoe door down.
” The anger was evident in my tone. That’s what Mattea was good at doing when it came to me losing my cool and stepping out of character.
My driver opened the door, and I slid in without saying my goodbyes.
Crystal would die very soon but first I wanted her to live a little.
Her parents were all she had so I know she would suffer and mourn them.
Her knowing what Mattea had been up to let me know that she was watching everyone with a keen eye.
I had my driver stop and get me some cognac as I twisted up a few blunts.
My mind stayed on Mattea and how beautiful she looked a couple of days ago at the basketball tournament.
She looked at me and winked and focused on the nigga she came with.
That day, I refused to give her the reaction she probably was expecting.
Seeing them touch and smile at each other let me know she was really comfortable with the nigga she was entertaining.
At the same time, I knew for a fact she hadn’t given up the pussy.
She might’ve been mean as fuck and independent mixed with crazy, but she knew better.
Downing my third cup of liquor, a text came through on my phone and I headed straight to her location.
She stayed all the way in Reseda California, the drive would take at least an hour.
I laid my head back and willed myself to remain calm.
Pulling up into a gated community, my driver pulled right into her driveway next to a big body Benz.
I stepped out and took off my suit jacket, my guards walked up the driveway leaving their car running.
Walking up to her door, the anticipation of being up close to her and seeing her had my stomach tightening.
“Kick the door in.” My guard gave me a look like I was out of my mind, and I knew that would be a little too dramatic.
Instead, I had him pick the lock, I probably looked like I was up to no good and didn’t want to alarm her neighbors.
I had my gun vest underneath my suit jacket and since I left my jacket in the car what I was packing had been revealed.
In less than three minutes, Henry had the door opened as two guards entered with guns drawn.
I stepped in behind them as Mattea and the nigga that she was sitting close to, had their guns drawn.
I smiled at Mattea first, refusing to acknowledge her guest.
“Tell lover boy to dip and put his gun away, that is if he knows what’s good for his life expectancy.
” I tucked all my feelings as she looked at me with shock mixed with a little bit of desire.
I looked around her cozy home and liked the way she decorated it.
It smelled like strawberries, and her front room was all black, including her plush black fluffy carpet.
“Take off your shoes Ream.” She spoke low and sexy.
She rocked her hair differently, long black individual braids that fell to her meaty thick thighs.
When she stood to her feet, I had to admit that Mattea was sexy as fuck.
Rocking tomboy clothes still showed off her curves.
She had on baggy jeans that fell below her hips exposing her Tom ford boxers, a Tom ford sports bra that made her big titties sit up high.
Her feet were polished black, and I noted the new arm sleeve tattoo that went from her elbow and traveled halfway above her collarbone and chest area.
My eyes traveled down to her exposed stomach, and I wondered if she had a small baby bump when she carried my seed. Anger rose inside of me again.
“Unless you want me to start stating why the fuck I’m here, your guest needs to leave.” I could see her swallow down as she put her gun down on her expensive coffee table. She looked down at the nigga and gave him a soft smile which infuriated me further.
“Josh, I will call you tonight. Ream and I have to talk.” He tucked his gun as he glared hard at me and stood up.
Kissing her on the forehead, she briefly closed her eyes.
I had to count to ten but found out that it wasn’t going to work.
This nigga was testing me, placing his lips on her in front of me like I was some pussy ass nigga.
It pissed me off even more that she did nothing to stop him.
I stomped over to him and knocked him in his jaw, pulling my gun from its holster I gritted.
“This is my bitch, feel me? Any way you feeling towards her ends today. Go play around with the next bitch but this one right here owes me another baby and if she’s on good behavior, I might just put another one inside of her.
Got me?” His eyes flared with anger as he looked at Mattea to be saved.
I looked at my guards and nodded my head for them to carry this nigga out of the fucking house.
Mattea walked away quickly, down the hall, and entered what I assumed was her bedroom.
She slammed the door as I stood in the same spot.
“Stand outside.” It was a direct order to my guards. They nodded and left out as I looked down the hallway and made my way to Mattea. I turned the doorknob, and it didn’t surprise me when I found it locked.
“Get the fuck out Christian!” She yelled behind the door.
“Get out? Tea? Are you fuckin’ dumb baby?
You got answers to some questions.” I talked loud enough for her to hear me as she remained silent.
“Open up this muthafuckin’ door!” I banged my fist twice and stood back to wait.
My patience was gone, I really hated that this woman could make me go from zero to a thousand in seconds.
All this time, I went without seeing or talking to her and now the same feelings was pouring out through my actions.
I picked my size ten foot up and kicked her door down.
My eyes locked in on her gray eyes as we just stared at each other for a long period of time.
“Why?” I asked breathing hard.
“Hakeem told you everything?” Her voice was low as she observed me, her eyes roamed me up and down as she blinked a couple of times showing that she was actually nervous, which was rare.
“Crystal, she’s watching you. I was at her parent’s funeral when she told me some shit that kind of hurt my feelings. You know, a nigga like me don’t have many feelings to spare Mattea.” I spoke low.
“I don’t want any kids.” She looked away from me.
“Why open your legs and let a nigga hit? Raw at that?” I wasn’t letting her off easy. She got up and started pacing as I took in her room, and it was very neat and smelled good. She had throw rugs on her marble top floors. This room was black as well showing how dark of a person she truly was.
“I’m a reckless soul Ream! I don’t want no baby coming out having the same problems I have with my mental!
That shit runs in our family! It’s unfair to bring a child into this world knowing there’s a huge possibility it comes out fucked up.
” That wasn’t a good enough excuse, but I felt where she was coming from.
I watched her look at everything in her room but me as she continued.
“Look at the type of people we are, we don’t live normal lives either. ” All I heard was excuses.
“Yet our parents had us.” I reasoned.
