Chapter 12
NAIROBI CRAWFORD
I sank back into the couch after Money left.
I knew Fontaine was about to barge his ass in here any second.
My foot tapped as I watched the door, mouthing the words to the stripper anthems blasting through the walls.
The click of heels echoed through the hallway as the other girls led clients to their rooms. Plenty of them did extras under the table in VIP, so no one questioned it when I claimed room six for the night.
The door swung open, and he came in scowling, like I knew he’d be.
He rubbed his head, locking his hazel eyes on me. This nigga was drunk and about to be on some bullshit.
“You came for a dance?” I asked, holding my hand out. I kept my face blank even though my heart was racing.
He didn’t say anything, just closed the distance between us until he was towering over me.
I stood, placed a hand on his chest, and felt the steady beat of his heart beneath the black Moncler shirt.
My fingers slid up to his beard, and I smirked.
He’d been growing it out since I told him I liked it.
It looked better than the goatee he used to rock.
“Why you keep playing with me, Nai?” he asked, snaking an arm around my waist, pulling me close.
I knew I had a few screws loose because the combination of his cologne and the liquor on his breath had me ready to drop to my knees.
“How am I playing, Bear?” I looked up at him innocently, reaching back to undo the strings of my bikini top.
His eyes dropped to my chest as the flimsy fabric fell to the floor. My nipples pebbled as soon as the cool air touched them. I wiggled out of his grasp and strutted to the pole, hooking my leg around it effortlessly.
“Why you ain’t tell me you were working here?” he demanded, eyes glued to me as I did a lazy spin. “And why the fuck was you rubbing up on Money for? I thought y’all was done.”
I rolled my eyes. Yeah, Money and I used to mess around. Yeah, I tried to sleep with him the day of the block party, but it was only ever physical between us—nothing like this.
Fontaine was different. He was my Bear.
He never hid how he felt about me—he started flirting with me the moment I met up with him about Kyree. And since Cash and I no longer had our little arrangement, I figured there was no harm in entertaining Fontaine.
This was only supposed to be a three-week job—long enough for me to have a little fun before moving on to my next job. But almost four months later, I was still here… and hooked.
That terrified me. He saw me in a way no one else did.
But this jealousy over Money was getting old, especially since it was obvious that Money was focused on that little nurse of his.
“Sit,” I said, pointing to the couch.
Fontaine glared, but did as he was told.
I didn’t break eye contact as I climbed the pole with ease, my body moving in tandem with the music. At the top, I paused long enough to make sure he was watching before I slid down slowly and landed in a split that made his jaw tick.
His hands balled into fists as I went to the strings of my bikini bottoms and took my time loosening the ties. I kicked them to the side, leaned back on my elbows, and lifted my legs while he unbuckled his jeans.
“You still mad?” I asked, spreading my thighs and letting my fingers slide over my wetness. I dipped two inside and moaned, my head rolling back as I started working them. I knew what I was doing to him—having riled him up made it feel even better.
I didn’t even hear him move.
One moment I was on the floor—the next, strong arms were lifting me in the air and onto his lap.
“Fuck, Nai,” Fontaine groaned, palming my breasts. I whimpered when he took one nipple into his mouth and twisted the other between his fingers.
I couldn’t wait any longer—I needed to feel him inside me. Reaching down, I lined him up with my entrance.
“Sit on this dick, Nairobi,” he demanded gruffly.
I obeyed, sinking down, moaning as he filled me.
“Shit,” we hissed in unison.
“Bear!” I cried out, arching my back as he slammed into me. I caught his rhythm, my breasts bouncing in his face as I rode him.
“Who’s pussy is this, Kitten?” he growled, wrapping a fist in my hair.
He wasn’t being soft or gentle. And in a twisted way, that was the only way I let him have me.
“Fuck, Bear! Yes!” I panted as he yanked my head back and licked my neck. My thighs were burning, but I refused to tap out.
“Don’t make me repeat myself,” he warned, smacking my ass.
“Fu– yours. It’s yours,” I gasped, bouncing harder.
“Exactly. So stop. Fucking. Playing. With me,” he grit out, pinching my clit. I screamed his name as my release tore through me, my juices dripping down his shaft.
“Fuck!” Fontaine groaned, digging his fingers into my hips as he came.
I slumped against him and caught my breath while his dick pulsed inside me.
“That fuck nigga Kyree touch you?” he asked as I eased off him.
I grabbed a few baby wipes from a side table, tossing him one before wiping my inner thighs.
”Ew. Never,” I scoffed. Kyree was a nuisance, but he hadn’t been disrespectful—which I appreciated because Money would be pissed if I killed him before he got the chance.
“Nah, leave the rest of that,” he said as I started to wipe between my legs.
I frowned. “But I still got two hours left.”
“So?” he shrugged, fixing his jeans. “Your ass wanted to put on a show, right?”
“Bear–” I started.
“No,” he said sharply, cutting me off. “You knew what the fuck you was doing, Nai. You’re always testing me, poking the damn bear.” He stood, rising to his full height. “So since you wanna be on some goofy shit, go back out there and let them niggas smell me on you.”
I swallowed hard, fingers fumbling with my g-string. “You know shit’s complicated…”
“To you. You make it complicated,” he said, watching me get dressed. “Bring your ass to my crib tonight, 'cause we’re not done.”
He kissed me hard, then walked out.
There was no way I could go past his section again—it would be too obvious, and he was already on one tonight.
I exhaled, fixing my wig. Money needed to wrap this shit up with Kyree fast. The sooner he did, the sooner I could leave Atlanta. Fontaine was getting close to breaking through walls that I wasn’t sure I was ready to let fall.
