Cathal Chapter 14 #2
I went to work for a little while today, Wednesday.
The staff welcomed me warmly. I made sure things were running smoothly.
Took care of a couple of pressing matters.
Then I informed Jaleel that I would be back tonight and would be bringing someone with me who wasn’t a brother or a cousin. That had surprised him.
“Cathal, did I hear you right? You’re bringing someone who isn’t family?”
“Yes, that’s what I said.”
“You’ve never done that,” he replied.
“I know. And she’s very special to me. In fact, on Saturday, she will become my wife. It hasn’t been announced. We want to keep it private until after the wedding. Her name is Bronagh. She wants to see where I work,” I explained.
Jaleel’s surprise changed to shock. “You’re getting married? On Saturday?”
I chuckled as I slapped his back. “Yeah, I am.”
Slowly, a grin spread across his face. He held out his hand for me to shake, which I did.
“Congrats, boss. That’s fantastic. Can’t wait to meet the woman who finally corralled you into settling down.”
“She’s wonderful. See you tonight.”
“See you tonight,” Jaleel said, clearly still surprised.
I went home bursting with nerves and excitement at what would come later.
?
I awaited Bronagh to join me. We would be leaving soon for Wicked.
She had been mysterious about letting me see her outfit for tonight.
And I knew she’d talked to my sister, Cara, and Siobhan.
I was curious to see what they had helped her to pick out.
Bronagh’s clothing selection was limited.
It was too risky to return to her place in Tallahassee to remove more.
I’d instructed her to go online and order whatever she wanted.
She’d argued it wasn’t necessary, but I said it was.
I handed her my credit card. We’d almost gotten into a fight over that move.
She insisted she could pay for her own clothes.
I told her, as her husband-to-be, it was my place to do it.
Our argument had ended in a reprieve on her end for now and a very enjoyable session in bed.
I hadn’t introduced her to anything kinky yet. I wanted to wait until after she toured Wicked, saw it, and what I did there. It was going to be eye-opening, no matter how well-read she thought she was on the topic. It always was. But before we went, I had one thing to do.
“I’m ready. Are you?” she called from outside the study.
“I’ve been ready. Show me what you came up with,” I called back.
She walked around the corner, and my heart stopped. My mouth dropped open, and the air caught in my lungs. Bronagh gave me an apprehensive look.
“I knew it was too much. I told Siobhan and them it was, but they assured me it would be alright. I’ll go change into what I wore to dinner with Antoine.”
“Stop! Don’t move!” I half shouted as she turned to leave.
“Cathal, I’ll change,” she insisted.
“Oh, no, you won’t,” I growled as I crept closer.
Bronagh was always beautiful and sexy, but the outfit she wore screamed sex. And while I wouldn’t want anyone to see her naked, dressed like this, I could so handle being envied by everyone. At the thought, I realized I wanted that.
“Turn around, slowly,” I asked.
Still with a concerned face, she did as I asked.
Chíost, my cock stiffened behind the zipper to my pants.
It was hard to describe her top, other than that it was a corset ending in a rounded V in the front, with the upper half resembling a bralette held together by a silver O-ring with a cutout below it.
The lacing in the front was decorative. In the back, though, it laced together for real.
It was black. Her pants were skin-tight, stretchy fabric with a pattern that showed her skin through in areas where the black material was thinner.
The pants molded her lower half, and two silver O-rings held each hip section together.
On her feet, she wore a pair of four-inch crisscrossed heels that exposed her toes and part of her foot.
She’d left her hair down in tousled curls.
Her accessories were a silver cuff bracelet, a dangling necklace that nestled between her tits, and diamond hoop earrings.
And her makeup was a dark, smoky eye with deep, berry-colored lips that begged to be kissed.
“Say something, Cathal!” She cried after I didn’t say anything for a minute after her turn.
“Don’t you dare change. It’s fucking perfect. Dia, I want to strip off those pants and fuck you right here,” I growled as I moved to stand inches from her.
Bronagh’s eyes widened, and then a slumberous heat filled them. “You don’t think it’s too slutty?”
“Oh, it’s slutty, but I love that. I just realized something about myself.”
“What?”
“I want others to look at you and want you, and then have to live with the fact that you’re mine, not theirs. I want them to envy me. And I want them to know that it’s my cock that you’ll ride later when I strip this outfit off,” I confessed gutturally.
“Oh God, Cathal, you can’t talk to me like that right now,” she moaned.
“Why not?”
“Because it makes me want to strip and drop to my knees so I can peel off your leather pants and suck your cock until you fill my mouth with cum and call my name,” she said seductively.
I groaned and had to close my eyes. I jumped when a feathered touch grazed my cock, causing me to open them. Bronagh was smiling up at me with her fingers whispering back and forth over the lump in my pants.
“Cathal, I love these pants on you, and then how you have your shirt partway unbuttoned. Tell me you’re wearing it this way to Wicked. I want the women there to know you’re all mine. I should’ve tattooed my name on your chest,” she muttered darkly.
“Mo ghrá amháin, I can’t do anything about the tat tonight, but I’ll gladly get your name on my body, wherever you want. Would you wear mine on your skin?” I asked.
“Absolutely,” she replied without missing a beat.
“Then, when this danger is over, we’ll go see Judge.”
“Judge?”
“He’s the one who does all of our tattoos. He did the ones on my arms and back. His motorcycle club owns Wrath Tattoo here in St. Augustine. Judge is an artist. He’s the only one I’ll trust to mark your perfect skin.”
“You have a biker do your ink. Wow, I didn’t expect that. But it sounds fun. I’ve always thought about getting a tattoo, but was nervous about where to go so it wouldn’t be messed up,” Bronagh admitted.
“No worries with Judge, but until then, I do have something to show that you’re mine.”
“You do?” she said in surprise.
“Yes,” I replied as I held out my hand, opening my palm. Nestled in it was a ring box. Cian gave me her engagement ring earlier today. I couldn’t wait to give it to her. She gasped.
“Is that…is that my ring?” Bronagh whispered.
“It is. Ready to see it?”
“Yes! Hurry,” she exclaimed, making me laugh as I flipped open the lid.
Her cry of awe told me that I’d picked the right ring. My heart slowed down, knowing that. I’d been second-guessing myself. I removed it and lightly gripped her shaking left hand as she extended it. I slid the ring onto her fourth finger without trouble.
It was a four-carat hexagon-cut, purple sapphire.
When we started getting to know each other, she told me her favorite color was purple.
It was in an empress setting with a double band that had brilliant-cut white diamonds along half the band.
The four prongs held the sapphire raised off the finger.
It was set in palladium rather than platinum.
“Cathal, it’s so beautiful. I love it,” she said shakily.
“I’m so damn happy you love it. Please, say I can kiss you,” I pleaded.
“Kiss away,” she said.
Ignoring her perfectly made-up lips, I hungrily kissed my fiancée. I wanted to stay like that, but we had somewhere to be. Reluctantly, I parted our lips.
“Does that color look good on me?” I asked, puckering my lips.
She laughed. “You’re in luck. This lipstick is transfer-proof. I knew you’d kiss me at some point.”
“Smart woman. I hate to rush you, but we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to show your ring to the family and your dad. Tonight, we have a date.”
“And I can’t wait. Thank you for my ring, and I can’t wait to see Wicked.”
I put my arm around her and led her toward the door. I’d drive us tonight with our guards following. I wanted her to myself as much as I could.
