Chapter 25 #2

“Fucking hell, Amir.” He shifted his knee forward to bring his hips right up against my ass.

With short thrusts, he continued to grind relentlessly, driving himself so deep that my mouth dropped open.

Instead of kissing me, his tongue explored my mouth, and his teeth nipped at my lips, my jaw, my ear.

“Fuck me harder,” I said.

He swore but obliged immediately. I was dying to bury my face in the pillow and let my pleasure reach its peak, but I didn’t want to create any separation between us.

I reached between my torso and the mattress and wrapped my fingers around my aching dick.

A shocking sound escaped me, and it seemed to invigorate him.

“I swear the gods will envy us for this,” he groaned.

With his hold on my hair, he angled my head backward, forcing me to look at the ceiling.

His lips pressed against my shoulder, then my neck.

When he suddenly bit down, I dug my fingers into the bed.

My dick twitched in my grasp, but I controlled it the best I could.

Not that I would have much of a choice soon.

His movements were meticulous, either from extensive practice or an impeccable ability to observe my every reaction. Selfishly, I hoped it was the second.

“You’re holding back,” he murmured against my neck. I nodded, unable to use my voice.

A dark laugh escaped him, like something out of a horror movie.

But somehow, Remi in his villain era didn’t turn me off.

It sent a chill down my spine that made me dig my knees into the bed to press myself further back.

Without words, I begged this man to fuck my ass with everything he had, and I didn’t feel an ounce of shame about it.

“Remi,” I cried out. When I tried to drop my head, he held onto my hair more tightly, keeping me arched how he wanted me.

He inhaled against me and snapped his hips hard. His teeth grazed the shell of my ear, all the way around it. “You want me to stay, you’re going to have to cum for me, Amir.”

My breath shuddered out of me. Before I could respond, he struck my ass.

His hard thrusts drove my dick into my hand again and again without pause.

My back arched as the pleasure radiated what felt like everywhere.

I gritted my teeth to keep from making a sound that would carry across the entire apartment.

The sheet tore beneath my fingers, and I wasn’t sure if the air in my lungs was actually doing anything useful.

From above, Remi slammed his mouth against mine.

He let go of my hair, and his palm slid around to support my throat while he kissed me.

His hips stilled as he trembled with his own orgasm.

The soft whimper he released against my lips felt like more than a simple sound.

It was his vulnerability, and I could feel the way he melted into me, sacrificing that control he held onto, even when he seemed at ease.

In this moment, he was the most raw I’d ever seen him, which made me want to hold on tighter.

As soon as he removed his hand, I was overcome by worry that he would slip away from me.

He pulled out of my ass slowly, but I didn’t give myself a chance to recover.

I rose onto my knees, then turned around and caught him by the throat, returning the energy he’d just given me.

I dropped him onto his back and kissed him as my legs went to either side of his hips.

There was tension in his muscles, but after a moment, he settled.

His fingers tangled in my hair, more gently than before.

“Are you a runner?” I asked.

His lips curved, as if it was a joke. “Actually, I tend to come back for more when I really shouldn’t. If it’s bad for me, you can count me in.”

“What about if it’s good for you?”

His smile faltered. “I wouldn’t really know. Nobody’s ever been good for me.”

“I am.”

“How do you know that?”

“Because I don’t chase things that are bad for me.” It made me frown when he snorted. “What?”

“You’re with me, so that’s clearly a lie.”

“Why do you think you’re bad for me?”

He opened his mouth, then closed it without saying anything.

“If you can’t answer, your logic is bullshit,” I said.

“Or I don’t have an answer. Let me try one on you. Why do you want me to stick around?”

“Simple. Because not everything worth keeping comes easy, and you feel worth keeping.”

And there it was again—that intoxicating vulnerability.

It was quickly slipping away, morphing into the cloak he wore to keep everyone at arm’s length, to turn his life into one of those moments where the sunshine cut through the rain while it continued to fall.

It was a strange sort of beauty, the intersection of two things not meant to exist symbiotically, and it also left me uncertain of what to expect from one moment to the next.

I stroked his cheekbone. “I see you clearly, and I don’t want to stop.”

“How’d you pull that answer out of your ass so quickly?”
