Chapter 2 #2

Loss was still loss. How would I cope without him if he went first? What if things went wonky in the afterlife again and we were put through another gauntlet of horrors like when we ‘died’ before?

Shit. The thought of it made me wanna puke. And it was another reason I didn’t want a return to the big fight. It only upped the odds of separation.

I wasn’t fully healed from my trauma, and probably never would be completely. G steadied the ship, chasing most of the bad energy away with his own special brand of healing. Gave me a reason to live, to smile, all the good stuff.

A world without his light would be a frozen world of misery I wanted no part of, promise of an afterlife or not.

I couldn’t bear it.

Damn, my head hurt, pain throbbing in the temples. I shouldn’t worry about death, focus on living for now instead. Revel in bliss. But the gnawing fear wouldn’t stop.

I kept that to myself. G didn’t need to suffer through any more of my emotional baggage. And he’d aired similar feelings to me a few times before, so I didn’t need to go poking at his worries.

After popping another cherry, I brewed a pot of coffee. I’d already gulped down two mugs of the instant stuff earlier, and now it was time for the good rocket fuel. Black, no milk or sugar.

The caffeine might help shift the headache. Or make it worse.

Whatever.

My phone hummed on the counter.

It was G.

Love you, Aki

xxxxxxxxx

What a cutie.

I fired back a, “Love you too” with a longer string of kisses and a pink heart emoji.

He sent three red hearts back, then called me.

“Hey,” I answered. “What’s up?”

“Demand for those signed first editions of The Silence of the Lambs,” he answered.

I bet. They weren’t just signed by Thomas Harris, but also dated, which upped the value massively, apparently.

“Bidding war?” I asked.

“Between ten people.” He chuckled, the deep sound sending warmth to my belly.

“Good for the bank account, eh?” I quipped.

“Funny guy.” His Texan drawl really delivered that line in a crisp, yummy way. I loved his accent; it was powerful enough to melt the boxers off my body.

Bob and Rose, my gray-furred metaphysical wolves and extension of my senses, brushed against my legs, peering up at me with happy, radiant orange eyes.

They loved their G as much as me.

Although I was technically a werewolf, I couldn’t shift. So, my babies took over the wolfy senses part of my existence, coming in handy many, many times over the years.

I reached down to stroke their heads, both giving me a lick, their energy buzzing across my skin.

“What else you doing?” I asked.

“Nothing, really. Pondering.”

“Pondering what?”

“Thomas Harris. Life. You.”

I giggled. “What’s to ponder about me?”

“Everything.” Oof, such a husky response. “I always ponder you, Aki.”

“Now you’ve got me pondering your peach.”

His laughter was the most delicious sound on Earth. “Tell me more.”

“Erm, are we really gonna phone sex right now?”

“Do you want to?”

I always wanted sex with G—in the flesh, on the phone, anything.

“You’re busy,” I countered. “The bidders need a referee.”

“They’re on a break. I can spare fifteen minutes.”

His sexual growl turned my dick into hard candy. It was aching, straining against the confines of my jeans and boxers, ravenous to feel all the pleasure.

“Then tell me what you want,” I breathed down the line.

A sigh of pleasure. “Touch yourself.”

“Okay, baby,” I purred, popping the top button of my jeans.

“Talk me through it.”

I parted the zip, sliding my hand into my underwear, telling him about it. “Now my hand’s on my dick.” I stroked myself, fingers already sticky with precum.

His moan sent tremors into my balls. “Does it feel good?”

“Real good.”

“How hard are you, Aki?”

I loved it when he called me Aki. “Titanium. Ready for you.” I moved to the sofa, yanking my jeans and underwear down to my knees. Spread out and got comfortable, a little breathless.

And so, so horny.

“Mmmm. I’m on my knees. Kissing it. Working my tongue around the tip, just how you like it.”

“Tease.” I licked my lips.

“Then I move down to your balls.”

Yum. “Roll them, baby.”

G’s skills with my balls in his mouth were unmatched. I wasn’t totally sure what he did, but he delivered sexy magic by rolling them in the hot pocket of his mouth. He knew the right amount of pressure to apply, giving a tiny amount of teeth, and his tongue…mind-blowing.

I pumped myself harder. “I’m gonna cum.”

“Not yet.”

Biting my bottom lip, I paused. “You’re making it so hard.”

“I should hope so.”

“Idiot.”

“If you cum, I’ll have to spank you.”

“Promise?”

“Always.” I could see him winking in my head.

“Now your cock is in my mouth,” he continued. “Is all this for me? Good.”

He slurped, I giggled.

“I’m sucking you. Lips sliding up and down. So wet, so hungry.”

Oh, yeah. Running those luscious lips up and down my shaft, taking me to paradise. Man, he gave a great BJ.

“My fingers are on your ass,” he added. “Digging in, spreading you. Oh, Aki. I want to spread you so badly. Stick my tongue in, lick you like the frosting on your cakes.”

I giggled, my arse tingling with the need to have his tongue in there. “Likewise.” We were both raging tops and hungry bottoms. A couple of vers guys loving sex in all its glory. Flip, flop, flip, flop.

Yum, yum.

Stroking harder, I closed my eyes and listened to his words, picturing that night two weeks ago when we went at it from midnight until six in the morning.

He fucked me, I fucked him. Everywhere in the cottage, getting down and dirty in every room.

Even did it in the central garden on a picnic blanket.

Making love under the stars, our bodies bathed in moonlight.

By the tenshi, the way his dark-brown skin had shimmered in the lunar light made my heart flip.

Droplets of sweat glistened like pearls across it, and his vibrant green eyes shining like emeralds in his face had been locked onto me as I burrowed into him, looming over him with love and stars in my eyes.

“I love you,” I breathed into the phone, so close to climax.

“Aki?”

I lost myself in more memories of our sexy time, sinking deeper. Sex by the fire, sex in the shower, in the training room, here on the sofa, even him fucking me against the kitchen worktop. All wonderful pieces of the Aki and G story.

And it wasn’t just the physical side that made us work so well, but also the intimacy. How we existed together, living in sync. Connected by life’s little moments, bound by silk threads, totally made for each other. I didn’t believe in soulmates until I realized how hard I’d fallen for him.

Gabriel was my soulmate. No question.

Tears pricked my eyes. “Do it, G. Fuck me. Just fuck me. Slam me against…anything. Oh, fuck. Oh, fuck.”

My toes curled, sweat beading my brow. So close, so damn close. He growled, his words becoming an exquisite wall of sound, dripping with liquid baritone, driving me crazy. Every inch of my skin crackled with desire, sending me hurtling toward the edge.

Give me the edge.

Give me the edge.

Give me the edge.

“Aki?”

“G…” Shit. I couldn’t hold on. “Oh, G!” I cried.

My eyes rolled back, heat flushing across my skin. Hot jets of cum exploded from my dick, hitting me in the face, making a mess of my T-shirt.

Damn. I’d bukkake’d myself.

“Aki?”

Panting, drifting in clouds of euphoria, I finally heard him clearly. “Yeah?”

“Are you okay?”

“Very.” I wiped at the stickiness on my face with my top. “Messy, too.”

“You came too early.”

“Couldn’t help it.”

A chuckle. “Now it’s my turn.”

I climaxed a second time listening to him get off.

What a yummy morning.

And my headache had left the building.

Whoop!

Unfortunately, after a shower and a change of clothes, I didn’t get to bask in the tingly afterglow or start my cookies.

Because a blob of flesh on two chicken legs crashed into my living room.
