7. Turk

Turk

Guiliano’s is packed for the lunch rush, but G is my nigga, so my usual table in the back is open and ready for me.

It’s a private booth where I can see the whole restaurant, even if they can’t see me.

G started off in the back of Paradise, making the chicken wings that made us the number one lunch spot in the East, and one night, we took shots and he told me his dream.

Shit, if he could make chicken that fire, I knew his risotto would buss, so I fronted him the cash for his spot.

He made back all my money plus interest in eighteen months.

Baccarat Rouge infiltrates my nose and I’m on brick before I even get out my booth to greet my lunch companion. Naomi has always been a bad bitch, and on top of smelling good, and being a certified freak, I know in another life if I’d never met Autumn, I’d commit to her.

Okay, not commit. But she’d be my main bitch.

She’s got a short pixie cut that works for her small head, and her wine colored dress makes her dark brown skin look so smooth and soft.

Her hazel eyes shine with adoration when I pull her to me, kissing her on the cheek and squeezing her ass before I let her slide into the booth.

Her hand “accidentally” grazes my dick, and I’m thankful I knew to book a room at the hotel down the block.

“Thank you for inviting me to lunch, Turk. It’s impossible to get a table here.”

I shrug, taking a sip of my hennessy. “It’s nothing, beautiful. How you been?”

She leans over the table, giving me more than an eyeful of her perfect tits and a peek of a nipple.

I lick my lips, trying to adjust myself underneath the table.

It’s been entirely. Too. Fucking. Long. And coming home to a gorgeous woman in my bed with a belly full of my seed don’t make it no better.

It’s been a week and a half of me and Pay cohabitating, and I gotta say, it’s not nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

The only other woman I’ve shared a space with like that is Autumn, and even that was limited.

I’ve always wanted my own space. Growing up, I never had my own room.

I went from sharing a room with my mama, to sharing a room with G-Pops.

Being in a full house, with a bunch of women no less, is disgusting, loud, and annoying.

I thought once they got older, they’d leave the nest, but oh no; the twins just started having babies, and then G-Pops house became even more suffocating.

As soon as I started making real money, I bought they asses cribs so I could breathe, and wasn’t sold on living with Autumn full time foreal.

I bought the abandoned fire station when I was twenty-two and started working on it myself.

It just got completed maybe a year ago, and it became my sanctuary.

Somewhere I can just be Turkey. I surprised myself bringing Pay there; I had another crib I could have taken her to, but that’s my fuckpad.

A place I bring bitches back to when I don’t feel like getting a room or going to their place.

It didn’t even cross my mind until we were parking in the garage.

And seeing her in my bed watching tv or making random dishes she sees on the internet when I come home seems right anyway.

But if I don’t bust a nut soon, I’m liable to explode. Or worse. Corner my second baby mama and ask her why she insists on walking around in little ass shorts all the time.

“So how about you? Seems like you’ve been busy.”

Damn. Shorty been talking this whole time and I ain’t hear a lick of it. As bad as Naomi is, she’s a fucking airhead. I can’t even blame it on her being a model; I’ve fucked plenty of models that can talk about something other than themselves. Naomi just all titties, good pussy, and hot air.

“Yeah, I been hella busy with the clubs. You know Autumn’s in school, so Deuce been with me full-time, too.”

Naomi tries to school her facial expressions but I see her eyes pinch like she wants to roll them, and her mouth purse before she brings the wine glass to her mouth.

She’s been around for a few years now, enough to know my co-parenting situation with Autumn and Pay.

Her not liking them, though… that’s new.

And most of the reason why I put her ass on ice this summer the first time.

Our waiter comes and takes our orders before she takes another sip of wine. “You didn’t mention Patrice. Is she still around?”

I chortle without thinking, smirking at her dumb ass. “You know her name, Naomi. And Patience is still around, yes.”

She playfully rolls her eyes even though ain’t nobody playing with her ass. I move my hands from the table to my sides so she doesn't see my fists clenching. She finna talk herself out of some dick, and then Ima really be mad.

“So testy. You know I’m playing.”

I relax my hands and go to grab my drink, but then she tries it again, and I know I gotta get her ass to the telly before I really be over it.

“Besides, the way her nose is permanently turned up, I doubt–”

“Actually, c’mon. I’m hungry for something else.” I leave no room for debate when I get up and go toward my waiter at another table.

Grabbing the money knot from my pants, I peel off four bills and hand them to him, asking him to bag up our food. When I get to the front of the restaurant, Naomi’s there, just like I thought she’d be. I slide up on her, palming her ass with one hand and tipping her chin toward me with the other.

“Go to The Estrada. The room is under Fisher.”

She nods, lust making her eyes glaze over before she leaves, obeying me like the good slut she can be.

Too bad my dick actually shriveled up into me.

That insecure shit is a turn off, especially when you not my bitch in the first place.

Naomi always felt because she was kinda recognizable from some modeling jobs, that she was that bitch, like she didn’t start off at Paradise.

I know I fuck with Pay, but I can do that shit.

I’ve never and would never let no one else feel like they can get to her. Especially not now.

By the time I get my food, my mind’s made up. Another day not falling into something warm and wet. I might as well become a fucking monk.

I haven’t gone this long without good sex since I started fucking. Shit’s making me antsy as fuck.

I mean, we all have our addictions. Nutty lives to terrorize muthafuckas. Set smokes like a fucking chimney. Shad spies on people–well, one person in particular–incessantly. Reem reads like a book a day. Ty has his underground fights.

Rico… is still a mystery.

Me? I love women. And sex. Making a woman come. Watching her face, hearing her sounds, knowing I’m doing that gives me a high nothing else can.

And like a crackhead who hasn’t had a hit all day, I’m feigning.

But I’m also hungry. Got a few hours to waste. And I’m already downtown.

When I check all my Sims, I see my bro is home, so I shoot him a text and go out into the downtown foot traffic. Set’s building is two blocks over, but it’s still hovering between warm and cool so it’s not a bad walk.

I nod wassup to the doorman before typing in the code to the private elevator. Before the doors open to the penthouse, I touch the bottom of the takeout bag. Still hot.

When the door opens, the natural light from the windows damn near assault my eyes. I turn away from the living room toward the kitchen to place the bag on the island counter.

“Tony called and said I had a visitor but I ain’t think it would be yo ass.”

Set comes down the stairs, an easy smile on his face. “And you brought me lunch? I’m touched.” Nigga puts his hand on his heart and all.

“Shut up, nigga. Where B?”

“She had some meeting that couldn’t be rescheduled so she at the office with Rico.”

He starts for the stairs and I follow him. Since Brina’s pregnant, Set only smokes when she’s not around, which is next to never, or when she’s sleep.

“Rico serious about that finance shit?”

We sit at the conference table in his office where he already has some papers rolled up.

He grabs one and I grab another, us both sparking them up.

“I don’t know. Him and Brina all of a sudden besties now and he be on group facetime with our baby mamas laughing like hyenas.

I’m surprised he ain’t follow Autumn OT. ”

I inhale the OG Kush and hold it in, letting it seep into my bones before I exhale through my nose. “Autumn down there with Wynter, and you know he don’t really fuck with her like that.”

Set relights his joint before setting his stormy stare back on me. “Ah, yeah. That night muthafuckas went missing and I ended up–”

“Nigga, it’s been over a decade and you still not over that?” I almost cough out a lung when Set tries that dead stare shit on me. He must have forgot I know him better than I know myself. He’s only mad because we tell each other everything, not because he wasn’t there.

“Exactly, muthafucka. Might as well come clean now. You tell me this,” Set stops to put out his now roach and sits up, “and I’ll tell you why Autumn and Patience are on the outs.”

I put out my own roach. High as hell, I can almost forget the bullshit Naomi was on earlier. “What makes you think I don’t know?”

“Autumn ain’t tell you this and I know Patience ass not finna spill the beans.”

I chuckle at my oldest friend. “Never took you for a gossipping ass nigga.”

Set shoots up out his chair, making me laugh louder. “Not my fault my baby don’t believe in airpods. Regardless, I know you wanna know. Specially since it has to do with you.”

Now I’m the one shooting up out my chair. “She admitted it’s mine?”

Set shifts his head back and scrunches up his face.

Fuck.

“Damn I’m hungry,” I cough out and rush through the door.

“Uh-uh, nigga. The fuck you said?”

Set’s hot on my heels but I jump to the end of the staircase. When I lift my head, I stop in my tracks and curse. Then I curse again when Set’s big ass knocks into my back.

“Damn, this shit’s so good.”

Brina’s hungry ass is moaning and licking her fingers as she chews up my steak.
