Chapter 14
“Do I have to go in?”
“We’re already here, Coco. All your prep is done. Dr. Richards is looking forward to meeting you,” Roman told her, looking concerned as he parked the car in front of the large mansion.
She’d held his hand tight all morning. “You’re going to be with me all the time?”
“Yes, Little girl. Dr. Richards requires Daddies and Mommies to accompany their Littles. I would not allow you to be examined without me. Not because I don’t trust Dr. Richards but because it’s important I hear what the doctor says. He’ll also help me learn how to take care of you correctly.”
A knock on the passenger-side window made them both turn to look. A slender blonde with her hair in braids waved. She called, “Hi!”
Struck by how friendly she looked, Coco waved.
“Let’s get out and meet Zoey. I think she’s eager to get to know you,” Roman suggested and released her seat belt before reminding Coco, “Let Daddy open your door.”
“Yes, Daddy.” Coco turned back to the window and said, “Daddy’s coming to open my door.”
Zoey nodded and danced backward to make way.
Roman greeted Zoey as he rounded the hood of the vehicle. As soon as she could, Coco tumbled eagerly out of the passenger seat. “Hi, Zoey!”
The petite blonde rushed forward to hug Coco tightly. When she stepped back, Zoey took Coco’s hand and squeezed it. “I’m so glad to meet you, Coco. I always enjoy meeting new friends. Do you like puzzles?”
“I’m glad to meet you too. Puzzles are fun.”
“Wooohoooo! Come on. I just got a new one. We can start putting it together,” Zoey said, turning to lead Coco inside.
When Coco hesitated, Zoey asked, “Are you okay?”
“I’m scared,” Coco admitted.
“My Daddy is a wonderful person, an incredibly brilliant doctor, and the best Daddy ever. You don’t have to be frightened of him. Everything will be okay,” Zoey assured her.
“Do you promise?”
“Yes,” Zoey said with conviction. “Ready to go work on that puzzle?”
“Yes.”
“I haven’t even opened it yet, Coco. You know what that means, don’t you?” Zoey asked as they walked to the door.
Coco shrugged, totally clueless. “It’s a virgin?”
“It’s a virgin!” Zoey howled as they walked inside. Her peals of laughter filled the space, making the interior feel fun and not threatening. “I just meant all the pieces have to be inside. I can’t have lost one already. But I like your answer better!”
Zoey led her to a table set up in what Coco guessed was the waiting room. But for Coco, it felt like the living room of a lovely home with different conversational areas around. Roman winked at her as he sat down in a chair close to the workspace.
Coco sat down on a chair when Zoey pulled it out for her. The puzzle box’s top featured a picture of a jumble of bright and colorful candy. “Oh, that looks delicious.”
“That’s what I thought. Come on. Let’s open it and get busy,” Zoey said.
Having something to do calmed Coco’s nerves.
She and Zoey discussed their favorite sweets and discovered they hated the same ones.
As she helped Zoey find all the border pieces, Coco saw a flash of white out of the corner of her eye and turned to see a handsome man sit down next to Roman. He smiled and waved at Coco.
“Hi, Coco. I’m Dr. Richards. I’ll talk to your Daddy for a minute first. You can join us if you’d like.”
Coco hesitated. She didn’t know what to do. There wasn’t another chair close. She was a bit iffy about Dr. Richards even if her new friend had told her the doctor was kind.
Zoey nudged her. “Go sit on your Daddy’s lap. He needs to hold you.”
Freed from her indecision, Coco whispered, “Thanks, Zoey.”
Detouring around Dr. Richards, Coco crawled into her Daddy’s lap. Roman kissed her temple and wrapped his arms around her.
“It’s nice to meet you, Coco. Your Daddy tells me you’re nervous about doctors. A lot of Littles are.”
She nodded and said politely, “I’m glad to meet you too.”
“Hopefully, I don’t look too scary,” Dr Richards said and then made a horribly silly face.
Zoey laughed so hard, she tumbled out of her chair. She joined the fun, sticking out her tongue and wiggling her ears with her hands. Coco looked at her Daddy hoping he’d help her know what to do. To her delight, he scrunched his nose up funny and smiled on one side.
Unable to resist, Coco contorted her face to create her own funny expression. Her Daddy’s chest rumbled with laughter under her. Coco couldn’t be worried while everyone laughed. Dr. Richards was definitely a different kind of doctor.
“Goofiness isn’t a usual part of your visit, but I thought you might like to see that this isn’t a scary place,” Dr. Richards said with a smile.
Coco nodded. “It does feel different from other offices.”
“I’m glad. Are you ready to let me see if I can help you feel your best?” Dr. Richards asked.
“Okay.” Coco didn’t resist as her Daddy boosted her up to stand next to the chair. Roman joined her quickly and gave her a sideways hug as they walked toward the exam room.
Once inside, Dr. Richards told Roman, “Help Coco undress. I’ll get her height and weight first.”
He’s not going to leave? Coco looked around for a gown as Roman pulled her shirt up. The exam table was empty except for the smooth paper that lined it. “Um, don’t I need something to put on?”
“Not here, Coco. I’ll need to see all of you,” Dr. Richards answered as he labeled a file with her name. He asked her a few questions, distracting her as Roman stripped away her clothes.
When she stood nude under the bright, white lights, Coco wrapped her arms around herself. What would Roman say about her weight? She hadn’t thought about how much personal information he would learn about her. “Daddy, you could wait outside for this part.”
Roman gently drew her arms back to her sides. “No hiding, baby girl. I’m staying with you, sweetheart. I already know you fit perfectly in my arms when I carry you around. A number on the scale isn’t important.”
“Exactly. As long as you’re healthy, the information I record is only important if I need to give you the correct dose of medicine for your body.”
Coco relaxed a bit. Standing here with two fully dressed men could have threatened her, but Coco didn’t worry. She had Roman with her. Her Daddy would make sure everything was all right.
“Coco, step up on the scale please, facing the center of the room,” Dr. Richards instructed as he walked to the scale. He quickly measured her height and recorded both.
“Good job, Little girl. Lay down on the table on your tummy,” Dr. Richards directed.
Coco swallowed hard. She knew what was coming next. Roman helped her climb onto the table and settle down on her tummy. Somehow, this made her feel more exposed than when her breasts were showing.
Roman rubbed her back to soothe her as Dr. Richards moved a rolling tray of supplies next to the table. One look at the display made her turn her head down into the padding. She swallowed hard.
“Coco, I’m going to tell you what I’m doing every step of the way so you don’t get scared.”
She nodded not looking at him. Her heart beat faster at the sound of gloves snapping.
“First, I’m going to put some lubricant on and in your rectum. Then, I’ll take your temperature.”
Coco closed her eyes as the doctor parted her bottom and rubbed the slippery mixture into place before pressing his finger deep inside.
Rotating it around, Dr. Richards thoroughly applied the lubricant to her interior walls.
She turned her head slightly to peek at her Daddy’s reaction and found him intently watching Dr. Richards’ actions.
Somehow, that made the treatment seem more intimate.
“Here’s the thermometer, Coco. I’m sorry it’s cold. Your bottom will warm it up quickly.”
She gasped as the thick tube slid deep inside her and shivered at the cold sensation.
“That’s my good girl,” her Daddy complimented her as he rubbed her back.
“That will need to stay in place for ten minutes to get the most accurate reading. I’ll keep this in place.
Some Littles like to try to push it out.
” Dr. Richards’ hand cupped over the end of the device, holding it firmly in place before he asked, “Do you take any medications? Birth control? Vitamins? Other prescriptions?”
She shook her head.
“We’re currently using condoms. Is there a form of birth control you recommend?”
“Your visit is a perfect time to investigate what works best for Coco. Are your cycles regular, Little girl?”
Coco pressed her face harder into the padding as she felt her face heat. She knew she was blushing bright red. Discussing this in front of her Daddy was embarrassing.
“Coco, Daddy needs to know everything about you. There’s no need to feel shy,” Roman reassured her.
“No. I never know when it’s going to start,” she whispered.
“Is the flow heavy with cramps?”
Mortified to be discussing this in front of Roman, Coco consoled herself with the fact that he wasn’t just some guy she was dating. Roman was her Daddy. She admitted the truth, “The worst!”
“That helps me recommend the correct prescription. Do you have any other health concerns?” Dr. Richards asked.
Coco shook her head.
Roman cleared his throat. She knew he was waiting for her to speak, but Coco couldn’t. She repeated the same denial gesture and stiffened, expecting the doctor to not care.
“We had a scare at our house. A man lost his business at the mall after his wife died. He was understandably angry and chose to kidnap an employee in the food court to get his demand to speak to me. Coco has had bad dreams and has slept poorly after seeing the coverage on the news,” Roman explained.
“That would definitely be scary, Coco. Do you usually sleep well?”
She relaxed a bit and shared, “Not always. I’ve always had nightmares off and on.”
“Some sleep disturbances are caused by something being off inside one’s body. Others from emotional or mental stress. I’ll keep my eye out for anything that I can tweak to help you,” Dr. Richards told her.
