Chapter 3 – James #3
Leon moaned, long and low, and James savored the sound, hoping maybe he could get himself off later that night with just the memory of it.
When Leon fell silent, James lay there, his phone resting on his chest while Leon panted and James reveled in every breath.
Finally, Leon whispered. “I’m…still pretty hard.”
That happened more times than not when James gave him a prostate orgasm. That ball of warmth dropped down between James’ legs, and he pressed his thighs together. “Yeah? Do you…want to keep going?”
If they were together, James wouldn’t have asked. He would have kept his fingers inside Leon and given him just a few beats to catch his breath before starting again.
He waited for Leon’s hum of agreement before asking, “Did you take your finger out?”
Leon muttered a soft “uh-uh.”
James sat up and leaned back against the pillows so he could spread his legs. Wetness dripped down his ass, and he wished he had thought to get a towel, but it was too late now.
“Good, I want you to add a second finger. I think you’re ready for some thrusting. Lord knows I am.”
“You didn’t come, did you?” Leon asked.
“Not yet, baby. I wanted to wait until I was inside you.”
Leon moaned. “Please, James, I need it.”
“Can you get up to three fingers for me? Alternate thrusting and rubbing all three fingers on your spot.”
Leon whined, and there was a fair amount of shuffling and grunting. “So…tight.”
“I know you are, baby…feels so good,” James said, grasping his dick between his thumb and forefinger and beginning to stroke up and down.
He let out his own moan, and Leon’s resulting whimper had him teasing a finger inside himself, soreness forgotten.
“I want to use my strapless strap on you…feel it moving inside me every time I thrust into you.”
“Please,” Leon groaned.
“Going to bend you over the edge of your bed, spread your beautiful cheeks and slam into you,” James said.
His breath came faster as the sounds on the phone and his own dirty talk heightened the pleasure his fingers were bringing him.
“Yes,” Leon gasped. “I–I want…James, fuck.”
“I’m right here, baby.”
“Oh god, I’m close…again,” he said, his voice breathy and bright with disbelief.
“Love making you come over and over,” James said, that ball shooting up from his groin into his chest. “Love the sounds you make and the way you feel. Inside, outside, on me, under me—”
James’ breath caught, and he found his boyfriend’s favorite word bubbling up to the surface. ”Fuck, Leon, I love you so much.”
“Love you,” Leon gritted out before making a desperate-sounding noise and shouting James’ name.
James clung to the sound, and the image of Leon spread out on his bed, his chest heaving and his fingers still clenched inside himself.
“Leon,” James whispered, jerking his dick a few more times before his legs clamped shut, and he came all over his hand.
The sound of the ocean rose outside James’ window and slowly their breaths evened out.
“God, that was good,” Leon finally said, his voice soft like they were lying in bed together, faces only an inch or so apart. “Did you say ‘fuck’ at the end there?”
James huffed out a breath, stretching out on the bed as the ache in his back and neck returned. “There were quotation marks. You just couldn’t hear them.”
Truly, he could write poems about Leon’s laugh. Even across the country and over an ocean, he felt like he was right at home when he heard that laugh.
“I miss you,” Leon murmured.
James was so tempted to blurt everything out right then.
They wouldn’t have to miss each other much once James moved in.
He would be there every weeknight, and every weekend.
They would wake up together every morning, Yarmen yowling at the door for attention, even though the second they opened the door he would just scamper away to his automatic food bowl.
Then they would go to work together, maybe holding hands on the gear shift as James navigated the congested streets.
Leon had been taking the bus a lot, which often meant he got into work late and cranky when something inevitably threw off the bus schedule. James would love nothing more than to drive his boyfriend to and from work. His live-in boyfriend, who he loved and was pretty sure was his forever person.
Too bad he didn’t have time to say any of that, because Leon was talking again, his voice growing heavy with sleep as he spoke.
“I’m glad you went on your trip,” Leon said, yawning loudly. “And I’ll get to see you in just a week, but…I still miss you.”
“I miss you, too,” James said, the wetness on his hand and sweat cooling on his brow driving him from bed.
“I’m just so fucking grateful I have you,” Leon said, his words blurring together as sleep fought to pull him under.
James used a towel to wipe himself down, laying it neatly on the side of the sink before collapsing back into bed.
“So am I.”
“You’re like…the one stable thing in my life,” Leon said, his voice barely more than a whisper. “So much is changing. But…you’re you, and…we’re us. And nothing has to change.”
James rolled over, grabbing his discarded pillow and hugging it like he wanted to hug his boyfriend.
“Nothing is going to change between us, baby,” he said, even if that wasn’t entirely true. Moving in together was a good thing, though…right? It wouldn’t change their relationship, it would just enhance it.
Right?
“Love…you...” Leon mumbled.
“I love you, too. I’ll talk to you tomorrow, baby.”
“Mmmm…night.”
“Good night,” James said before ending the call and clutching his phone to his chest.
