Yeah. I hired a private skills coach for the next three months to keep my fundamentals sharp, but I don’t love him. My stick handling isn’t improving, and Coach said that was my biggest area to focus on.

My dumb ass decided to try a lemon cake I’m going to cover in lavender buttercream.
Hence the wine.
Chocolate with buttercream frosting would’ve been the tastier option.

I watched the video, and I have a few notes.
You could create more space between your feet with soft drags.
It’ll give you the opportunity to move the defense around you.
When you bring the puck along your blade, it looks awkward.
Focus more on rolling it off the heel. Like you’re cradling it, almost. And watch your bottom hand placement on your stick.
It could be a little more fluid with its movement as you handle the puck.
