14. Claire

The whole day had been nothing but a dream. I’d woken up freshly fucked with my best friend, our bites still lingering on our skin. Then, to top it all off, Adrien and Vance asked if they could court us.

The extravagant breakfast, our time by the pond, and spending the rest of the day with them was the icing on the cake.

“What are you smiling about?” Vance asked, nudging my shoulder.

“Everything,” I replied, feeling happier than I had in a long time. “Do you want to try one of the restaurants for dinner or go back to my place?”

He hummed. “How about both? We can grab something and bring it back to your place.”

“As much as I’ve enjoyed spending the day out and about with you both, I’d love that as well,” Adrien said, walking with Riley behind us.

“Thai or Barbecue?” Riley mused.

“A million percent Thai,” I said. “I want all the noods.”

Riley poked his head between us, placing a kiss on my lips. “Your noods are the best, Claire Bear.”

“Perv,” I said affectionately, loving the new shift between us.

Since we were already downtown, we walked over to Thai, Thai Again, to grab some takeout.

Michelle saw Riley and me first when we walked through the door, waving to us excitedly.

“Table for tw—four?” she asked, confused. Her eyes darted to the alphas, who were very clearly standing too close to be anything other than with us. Thankfully there wasn’t judgment there, only curiosity. In this town, everything could be turned into gossip.

“Actually we’re going to place a takeout order tonight, Michelle,” I told her. “Ri and I will take our usual and then whatever these two want. Have you had a chance to meet Adrien or Vance yet?”

“It’s a pleasure to see you again, Michelle,” Adrien cut in. His voice was strong and confident, and I was so proud of him for stepping out of his comfort zone. It was strange to be proud of someone who was a new addition to my life, but at this point, I knew how uncomfortable he likely felt. “Did your daughter enjoy her treat?”

“She wouldn’t stop raving about it,” she said before turning towards me. “He made the cutest little unicorn out of chocolate for Vanessa. Between your cake and his chocolate she was literally in birthday heaven. I didn’t know the two of you were friends!”

“More than,” Adrien corrected. “I’m glad to hear Vanessa enjoyed it.”

It was an innocent comment, one that probably wouldn’t have blown up in any other town, but Michelle had gone to school with our parents. And her daughter Vanessa? Yeah, she was our age and just living her best life with rainbow cake and chocolate unicorns apparently.

“Oh. My. God.”

“Michelle, really—“

“OH MY GOD!”

Riley grabbed my hand, bracing for impact.

“ARE THEY COURTING YOU, CLAIRE?”

The volume in the restaurant came to a stand still, everyone turning around to stare at us.

I nodded my head, squeezing Riley’s hand tighter. “Riley too.”

“You’re lucky I’m madly in love with you,” he said under his breath. “Need I remind you we haven’t even told our parents yet?”

“I guess we better get on that now,” I hissed back. Truthfully, I found this hilarious, though I did hope the alphas were coping alright.

Cheers rose around the restaurant, Vance and Adrien stepping closer to us as if to protect us.

Michelle shouted back into the kitchen before coming around and wrapping her arms around us, pulling in the alphas too.

“Oh, I’m so happy for you! We all knew Riley and you would end up together, and now you found your pack too! When is the courting ceremony? I need to make sure I get my camera for it.”

“Well, they just asked us today,” I said, trying to defuse the situation.

“Oh not a problem, I’ll give Janet a ring and your moms and we’ll get right on it,” she said before pulling away. “Lots to do.”

A second later Riley and my phones went off, both of us letting out a groan as we let go of each other’s hands and sent a text off to our parents.

“I know you warned us this was a big deal in Holiday Hollow, but I’m beginning to think I underestimated that,” Adrien said.

“I’m almost thirty,” I said. “You have to know it’s basically unheard of to be an omega and be unmated at my age. No one here cares, of course, as long as I’m happy, but they’ve all been holding their breath waiting for Riley and I to settle down.”

“There won’t be any settling with us, omega,” he said with a growl.

“I’m going to hold you to that, alpha. I’m proud of my life and what I’ve accomplished.”

“You should be,” Adrien said, his green eyes blazing into mine. “You’re parfait, mon chou. I’m grateful life led us here.”

Warmth washed over me at his words, and suddenly all I wanted was to be home with him already. I wondered if he would feed me noodles while I sat on Vance’s lap.

“I like the way you look at me,” he said.

“How do I look at you?”

“Like I’m the very thing you’ve been waiting for your entire life.”

Before I had a chance to respond, Michelle grabbed my attention, sweeping into the foyer with two bags of food.

She passed them to Vance before smiling at him like he was her new favorite customer.

“I didn’t know what the two of you liked, but I packed a few options. Go on, and get out of here before a mob shows up and tries to have an early celebration before the courting ceremony. Shoo!”

Adrien pulled a few bills out of his wallet and set them down on the counter, and then we were gone, stepping out into the street and heading back for our cars.

“I wish we could all ride together,” I said with a sigh when we got to the truck and Adrien’s car.

Okay, so I didn’t know what kind of car the two-seater was but it was all tan leather and elegance. It was clearly built to accommodate alphas and was the epitome of craftsmanship.

“Why don’t you ride with Adrien?” Riley suggested. “Vance and I can grab the fire pit on the way and we’ll meet you there in no time.”

“If that’s okay?” I asked, looking between Vance and Adrien.

“Of course,” Adrien said. “We’ll get drinks and have everything served up by the time you’re back.”

The inside of Adrien’s car was even fancier than the outside. It smelled like new leather, though I doubted it was a brand-new car. He was just the type to take care of everything.

Which now included me.

That thought had warmth spreading in my chest. Riley and I had always been besties and taken care of each other in our own ways. But the way these alphas swept in and took over blew everything we’d done out of the water.

“Your car is amazing,” I told him as he reached over and strapped me in. Again I wished I could know what his real scent was. It was strange to be in his presence, in his car, his house, and not know what he truly smelled like.

“Thank you,” he said with a small smile. His focus turned to the road as he drove us back to my place. It was a quiet ride but one full of tension. Just as I glanced at him, he was turning to check on me too, and I could see the heat in his eyes even as darkness rolled in.

He shifted his hand to rest on my thigh as if he felt it too.

I was almost relieved when he pulled into my driveway. As soon as the car was in park, I practically ran from the car, needing fresh air to clear my head before I jumped him and made us crash.

Adrien didn’t call me out, simply climbed out and walked over to me, taking the bag from my hands.

“Why don’t we get started on drinks?” he mused, his lips biting back a smile at my expense. “It’s nice to see I”m not the only one affected.”

“I wish I could scent you,” I blurted out, slapping a hand over my mouth when I realized I’d said it out loud. “I’m so sorry, that was too far.”

He chuckled at my outburst before growing more serious. “We’ve discussed stopping the blockers.”

Adrien stopped talking, and I could see the war in his eyes. Before he could say anything further, I put a hand on his chest, bringing his attention to me.

“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to say it out loud. It was a selfish thought. You can do what makes you comfortable. I’d never ask you to do something you were against just for me.”

“I didn’t take it that way,” he reassured me. “And I’ll consider it. Sometimes it’s more like a security blanket than a necessity.”

“That’s understandable,” I promised, taking the food back. “Let’s leave that for when you are ready. And for now, we have drinks to find and a movie to pick. If we don’t, Riley will have us on another marathon I can promise you don’t want to be on.”

“Like what?” he asked, pausing in the kitchen as I walked out with the bag of food. “Wait, plates?”

My eyebrows wrinkled in confusion. “Why? We have the takeout containers, and she always gives us chopsticks and forks.”

“But we can’t just eat it out of the styrofoam,” he protested. I sat the bag on the coffee table and tried not to laugh at how proper my alpha was.

“Or we could and avoid dishes. My date, my rules,” I said as I crossed my arms and stared him down in challenge. Adrien both loved and hated my stance, but I saw him slowly giving in.

“Okay, what about drinks? Tell me we aren’t just drinking out of cans?” He made it sound like I was asking him to drink from a dog bowl on the floor, and I just knew in that moment that Riley and I would be challenging them as much as they challenged us.

“Now we are,” I sang out. Even as I teased him, I pulled out several cans of soda, bottles of water, and glasses to fill with ice. The relief on his face as he gave me a dry look had me laughing to myself.

“What’s so funny?” Riley asked as he stalked in the door.

“Claire is just torturing me. Apparently, we are eating out of the takeout containers,” he said with a raised eyebrow.

“What else would we do?” Riley asked seriously. Vance chuckled and clapped his husband on the shoulder.

“This is about change, Adrien,” he said gently.

I grabbed a plate out of the cabinet and handed it to him.

“And compromise,” I said. Adrien bent down, brushed a kiss over my forehead, and took it gratefully.

“Thank you, mon chou,” he said before joining Riley in the living room.

“We waited too long. Don’t torture them too much, Ri. Maybe not a Julia Roberts marathon tonight,” I teased. He shot me a glare.

“Don’t act like you don’t love them just as much,” he countered.

“Oh, I didn’t say that,” I promised. “Just that it wouldn’t be the thing for this date.”

“Fair enough,” he sighed. “What do you guys watch?”

Both Vance and Adrien looked at each other for a moment before answering.

“We don’t watch TV often. But we aren’t opposed to watching something with you,” Vance said with a shrug.

“Wait… then what do you do?” Riley asked. “Just eat in silence?”

“No, of course not,” Adrien laughed. “We have music playing usually. And we talk.”

“There’s so much we have to learn about each other still,” I said. “But just wait, the moment you meet the moms, you’ll have our entire life stories, complete with embarrassing stories, our worst moments, and our best. It will be well rounded at least.” There was silence as I took my spot next to Riley on the couch.

“If you’d said this and I hadn’t seen the reaction tonight, I might have thought you were joking,” Vance said as he settled on the floor, Adrien taking the last spot on the couch behind him.

Riley turned on a new action movie as we started diving into our usual orders. Vance dished out Adrien a plate before joining us in eating out of the containers. It was a strange mix of our styles and strangely comforting.

This was the first moment that we’d all been together that I could see the shift. We were no longer just friends or acquaintances, Riley and I had evolved to lovers, and now we were shifting towards being a pack.

“I keep telling her she has to stop looking at us this way,” Adrien noted with amusement. At this point they’d finished too and set the food aside. Vance slowly took the empty box from my hand, and I swallowed hard as tension rose even further between us all.

“Oh, I think Claire here is about to be dessert,” Riley said with an evil laugh. My eyes shot to his in shock and he looked completely here for that plan. In fact, he stood up, went to the kitchen, and returned with a bottle of champagne. “In fact, I think this calls for a bit of bubbly. A little help, alphas?”

Adrien stood and took the champagne, stepping away from us and opening the bottle. My mind was strangely blank as I watched, my attention on them so intense that I could barely think. Even as the glass was pushed in my hand and I took a sip, I was in my own fantasy world of being spread out on the table and devoured.

“Oh, we can make that happen,” Riley said. I gaped in horror at the realization I’d said that out loud. But the others didn’t look upset, in fact, Vance dove in to help as Riley cleared the table, even going as far as wiping it down so it was clean for me.

The three of them kept their eyes on me as they quickly finished the table, and I couldn’t help but shift where I was standing, rubbing my thighs together as I tried to ease the growing need I felt.

“You smell so damn good, Claire,” Vance said with a groan.

He moved to stand in front of me, his hands settling on the soft curves of my hips as he looked down at me with hunger. It was a different side to him than I usually saw, his glasses and sweet inquisitive demeanor replaced with a dominance and need that was solely focused on me in the moment.

“What are you going to do about it, alpha?” I said tauntingly, raising the glass of champagne to my lips and taking a drink.

He took the glass from my hand, placing his lips exactly where mine had been before taking a sip.

He hummed. “This is good, but I do believe our beta mentioned dessert.”

“I’m sure the two would pair well together, mon chéri,” Adrien said, taking the glass from his husband and topping it off before offering Riley one.

I could feel the slick pooling in my panties at his words, my breath coming a little faster as Vance picked me up and sat me on the table.

I wasn’t some dainty omega, my days of working and owning a bakery and cafe settling on my body like a delicious layer of fresh marshmallow fluff, but somehow these men made me feel like prey. Even Riley had picked me up with ease and thrown me on the bed when we were together.

“You like it when we talk about all the things we want to do to you,” Vance observed.

“I’d like it a whole lot better if you did the things in addition to talking about them,” I said with a smile, spreading my legs wider so he could stand between them.

“Be careful what you ask for, omega,” Adrien warned.

“My safe word is souffle,” I told them confidently.

“Since when?” Riley asked.

“Since I started fantasizing about all the different things I wanted you all to do with me,” I responded cheekily.

I may not have the most tangible experience, but that didn’t mean I didn’t know exactly what I wanted.

I’d imagined being with Riley so many times, touching myself secretly while only a single wall separated us. That was nothing compared to the dreams I started having once the alphas had come into my life.

The one I loved the most was when I was filled with all of them at the same time, all of them completely focused on me as we writhed together.

At my words, all of them had stepped closer, a rumble rolling through the room that completely obliterated my panties once and for all.

Adrien stepped to the side of the table, Riley coming to the other. “Arms up.”

I obliged, letting Riley pull my shirt off, my red curls falling around my head haphazardly once he had.

“Magnifique,” Adrien praised, stroking his fingers down my bare shoulder to the swell of my breasts.

I reached behind me, undoing my bra and tossing it to the side.

Adrien tsked. “So impatient.”

“You’ve riled me up all day,” I pointed out. “If someone doesn’t touch me soon, I’m going to explode.”

“You’ll explode,” Vance promised. “But it’s going to be all over my tongue.”

“Our tongues,” Riley corrected. “Lie back for us, Claire Bear.”

Adrien’s hands went to the back of my head, tucking one of my throw blankets under it as I leaned back so I was propped slightly.

A warm wet mouth wrapped around my nipple, hands stroking my body. I cupped a hand into the length of Riley’s hair as Adrien took a sip of champagne before bending over me.

He kissed me as Riley sucked me, and Vance toyed with the sensitive skin above my pants. He shared the champagne between us before he was licking deeply into my mouth, his hand cupping my face.

I bucked my hips up, desperate for more.

Vance undid the button of my jeans and I brought my feet to the edge of the table, bracing them and lifting my hips so he could take them off.

“You’re so wet, Peach,” Vance said with a groan.

“Please,” I gasped, breaking my kiss with Adrien.

Vance tugged my panties off, the look in his eye borderline feral as I gazed down at him.

“You look thirsty, mon chéri,” Adrien said, offering Vance the glass of champagne. “Riley, why don’t you help me plate dessert?”

Adrien placed a hand on my inner thigh, pulling it to the side and splaying me wider as Riley did the same on the other side.

Vance dropped to his knees, taking a drink of champagne before leaning in and closing his mouth over my pussy.

The bubbles tingled against my sex before he swallowed and licked a firm stripe through my slit. His growl vibrated against me, and a gasp left my lips as Vance went to town, his tongue working me over as Adrien and Riley held me open for him.

“Close,” I said with a groan.

“Are you going to quench his thirst, omega?” Adrien asked. “Be a good girl, and come for Vance.”

Vance’s teeth grazed my clit as he sucked harder, the thrill throwing me over the edge as I tugged his wavy hair.

I clenched around nothing, desperately wanting to be filled.

“Fuck me,” I begged.

“Not tonight,” Adrien said, running his fingertips down my body. “But don’t worry, we’re not done with you. How does she taste, husband?”

A dimpled smile stretched against his glistening face, his glasses smudged and hair askew.

“Why don’t you find out?” Vance said, tilting his head up for a kiss.

Adrien didn’t hesitate to accept, licking my release from Vance’s lips before reaching a hand over to Riley’s shirt and tugging him in, moving his mouth to his next.

Unable to resist, I slipped my hand down to my clit, seeing the three of them sharing the taste of me between them so fucking hot.

Before I could even start, Adrien’s hand wrapped around mine.

“That’s ours, mon chou.”

“For Hollows’ sake please let me taste her next,” Riley said with a groan.

“We can’t have our beta thirsty,” Vance said, moving from between my legs so Riley could take his place.

“It’s been too long,” Riley said, bracing his hands on my thighs and holding me open.

“It’s been less than twenty four hours,” I said with a laugh.

“Exactly,” he countered. “Now lay back and let me have my wicked way with you.”

Where Vance had taken the strong and slow approach, Riley dove in with his usual energy, the quick flicks of his tongue quickly working me back up.

Vance came to stand by me, taking my lips and letting me taste myself for a moment before he trailed his lips down my body, his hands joining in as he toyed with my breasts.

A groan from between my legs had me straining to see over him. Adrien had his hand buried into Riley’s hair, pressing his face deeper into my pussy.

“Fuck,” I said, my breath coming quicker.

“That’s it,” Adrien cooed, before jerking his head back harshly. “Open.”

I yelped as cool liquid hit my skin, and it took me a moment before I felt the familiar bubbles over my sex, this time joined by Riley’s tongue as he drank us down.

“So good,” Riley said with a groan, his hands tightening on my thighs.

“I need—“

“You need what we give you,” Vance said. “Now relax and enjoy.”

My eyes screwed shut as I followed his words and sank into the moment. The pressure between my legs increasing as Riley pressed harder into me once again. I could almost see Adrien controlling him behind my eyes.

Between that and each pluck and suck of my nipples from Vance, I felt so alive, the slick between my thighs increasing as the coil of pleasure inside me burned brighter.

A hand soothed over my head, and it was those long elegant fingers I felt on my forehead that tipped me off, having spent hours watching him knead dough in the kitchen.

My second orgasm flowed through me, my body going liquid as Riley softened his licks and continued to enjoy me.

All I could think about in the moment was that I wanted them all to fill me. With their fingers. With their cocks. With their cum.

I tilted my hips, trying to rock onto Riley’s tongue, only to have him pull away.

Fingers slipped to my sex, sinking inside of me and answering my prayer.

“Is this what you wanted, omega?” Adrien asked as I opened my eyes.

I nodded, as he slowly withdrew his fingers. “More.”

He thrust them in harder, hooking them inside of me and pulling a whine from me.

“You’re so tight, mon chou,” he said, never taking his eyes off me. “Tell me, have you ever been with an alpha?”

“No.”

Vance and Adrien cursed, the possessive growls spilling out of them, making me clench tighter around Adrien’s fingers.

“But you’ve thought about it, no?” Adrien questioned. “Having us knotted inside you while our handsome beta takes your mouth.”

“Fuck,” Riley murmured, reaching down to palm his cock.

“Please,” I said, rocking my hips in time with his fingers.

“Soon,” Adrien promised. “When there’s no doubt in your mind that you’re ours for life. Because once we knot you, there’s no going back, Claire. We’re going to fill you with our knots and with our seed and cover you in our bites and cum until there’s no doubt in who you belong to.”

“The same goes for you, Riley,” Vance said, pulling a shuddered gasp from my beta.

“Now let me get a taste of you,” Adrien said. “Your scent has been in my lungs and heart all day.”

He kept fucking me with his fingers as he sealed his lips over my clit, swirling his tongue in circles that made my eyes cross. Soft grunts sounded beside me, and when I refocused, I saw that Vance had pulled Riley’s cock from his pants and had him pulled flush against him, jacking him off right over where Adrien knelt between my thighs.

“I’m going to come,” Riley warned, Vance making no move to stop.

I came hard, a scream falling through my lips as Adrien moved his mouth from my sex and braced my hips, his fingers striking even deeper as Riley groaned, his hot release covering my pussy.

Adrien scooped it up with his fingers, pushing some of my best friend’s cum into my pussy before lowering his head once again, tasting our combined releases.

It was so fucking filthy and hot that I shuddered again, coming around my alpha’s fingers once again.

By the time I’d come down, one of them had a warm cloth pressed between my thighs and was soothing my sensitive flesh. A satisfied smile fell on my lips as I took in the men around.

“Are you going to let us return the favor?” I asked, looking at the fully dressed alphas and already knowing the answer.

“Not tonight, Peach,” Vance said.

“I told you what would happen when we claim you, mon chou,” Adrien said affectionately. “I believe we have a courting ceremony to attend first and more—how do you say…woo-ing—to do.”

“If this is how you woo, then I’m definitely looking forward to it,” I said teasingly.

I knew there were still things we had to learn about each other, but I couldn’t deny how right it felt to be with all of them. I trusted that everything would fall into place and could only hope Adrien and Vance began to trust us and open their hearts to not just us but the place we called home as well.
