Chapter 10
Truce
I kept reading and rereading that last text from Kairo.
Not for me, baby. I can’t wait.
My curiosity peeked. Where had Kairo been all this time? Maybe it was about family. I knew how distracting that could be, though I rarely saw my relatives these days. What else could be so important? What secrets was this little hiding behind?
I got out the food I’d prepared. Mainly finger foods and dips. Snacks. He had said he wouldn’t be hungry. That was fine. We could nibble.
I kept peeking out my curtains to see if I could catch him driving up.
That wasn’t normal for me. My mind was always relaxed and cool.
But Kairo got me all lathered up. Hot. He needed to be here now so I could take care of him.
More than anything, that was what I wanted.
Well, and sex, too, if he wished. After those kisses last night, well, I had no more words.
I kept hearing cars pass by my driveway. Not unusual. I had neighbors. Finally, I heard something idling. I looked out to see Kairo walking up my driveway. There were lights on the road. My inside lights blinded me but I could see the vehicle’s lights as it drove away. I’d swear it was a limo.
I opened the door just as Kairo walked up. He looked different. All dressed up in a suit and tie. The purple shirt was the only item of clothing that seemed like his personality. He held Pinkster in the crook of his arm.
He spoke immediately, and fast. “I’m so sorry I’m late.”
“Welcome. I don’t care what time it is, I’m just happy to see you.”
“Things went late.” He ducked his head.
I glanced back down my driveway to be sure I had seen correctly. Yep, there was no car. He’d been dropped off by that limo.
“You didn’t drive yourself?”
“Oh, um, nope. I didn’t drive here. I took an Uber.”
I desperately wanted to ask why but Kairo had been vague about this whole night so I shut up. But that was no Uber I’d seen. No Uber driver used a limo. Why had he lied?
I led Kairo into my house and motioned him toward the couch. The food and drinks were all set up on the coffee table. He stood staring at it.
“You can sit,” I said gently.
“Can I take off my blazer?”
“Of course. Make yourself comfortable.”
“And my tie?”
I laughed. “Baby, if you don’t take off that tie I’m going to remove it for you.”
“Oh good.” He set Pinkster on the arm of the couch and dropped his suit jacket.
I picked it up and said, “How about I hang it up?”
He’d already begun pulling at his tie. “Thank you.”
I came back from the coat closet to see him pulling the tie over his head and draping it next to Pinkster. I came around the couch and sat, patting the cushion next to me. He sat and looked around.
“It smells good in here.”
“I have a fire going in the woodstove.”
“Mmm. And it’s cozy.” He glanced at me. “I feel like I can breathe again.”
“Stressful night?”
He looked away. “Yeah.”
Instinct told me to be careful. It wasn’t my imagination; he definitely had secrets. “Well, now you can relax. No stress here.”
He leaned back, so pretty in purple and black. My heart pumped harder.
“It’s quiet, too.”
“My neighbors on both sides are seniors. Not very noisy. They’re asleep by now.”
His body jerked. “It’s so late. I know you said you stay out late on the weekends, but when you don’t you’re probably asleep by this time.”
“Sure. Sometimes. What about you, baby? You have a bedtime?”
He rubbed his cheek against his shoulder. “Not really.”
“No? Never?”
He shook his head.
“You need a daddy to tell you when to go to bed, then.”
A shiver of a smile showed. His lashes brushed against the tops of his cheeks. “Maybe.”
“Perfect. I need a boy to care about. We’re on the same page.”
His face scrunched up. “Is this for real?”
I put my arm across his shoulders, barely touching. “I hope so.”
“But you’re you. And I’m me.”
“Perfect,” I repeated.
“I can’t believe it. Everyone else—”
“Forget about everyone else,” I interrupted. “I invited you here. I want you to be sitting next to me. Maybe you don’t trust me yet, but will you let me try to earn it?”
He pressed his lips tight, then opened his eyes and looked directly into mine. “Yes, Daddy.”
Blood pooled in my groin. My balls went tight.
I loved it. I could feel that all night and be content.
There was no rush. Usually, my partners worked fast. They wanted everything and didn’t want to hold onto any of it.
I loved that, too. Especially in kink scenes.
This felt less like a scene and more like natural progression.
Not a play. Not roles, although daddy and boy were definitely roles.
But this was more who we were, not what.
The kink part of my life had left me with deep emotions, things I began to understand and things I never understood. It was a great platform for personal exploration. I couldn’t help but ponder it over the years. Sometimes scenes got old. But tonight it all felt new. Fresh. Exciting.
All my thoughts cascaded in a matter of seconds as Kairo stared at me. Then his beautiful voice re-confirmed that what I wanted could be possible.
“I want to try. So bad, Daddy. I want to.”
I pressed the weight of my arm down and pulled him to me. “May I kiss you?”
“Yes, please.” He turned his face up to me, lips pursed. When I pressed my mouth to his it was like the wind was knocked out of me.
Kairo leaned against me. His hand reached out slowly before it rested on my chest. Something zinged between us. Like an electric shock. I turned until I was fully facing him and rocked him into my embrace. My free arm curved around his waist, my palm on his mid-back.
The kiss was like soaring and falling, then soaring back up. His mouth was soft and sweet with the slight taste of coffee. His lips parted at the same time my own mouth opened. In sync, our tongues touched. He moaned.
I tried to hold back, not overwhelm, and turned my head a little so our noses rubbed and my mouth edged the corner of his. We both gasped as we struggled to quickly catch our breaths.
I moaned in answer to his heavy breathing and pulled back just enough to force out two words. “You’re precious.”
“Daddy, please. Kiss me again.”
“With pleasure.”
Our kisses deepened. Tongues delving, exploring. Hunger overcame me, but not for food. For this. This was better than food. A joy released. Something I struggled to find words to describe.
Kairo, where have you been all my life?
It seemed my soul had been waiting years for him.
There were so many things I didn’t know about him. But I’d learn. I wanted to explore him inside and out. Every inch. Every thought. All his little needs and cravings.
My cock pressed hard against my jeans. Maybe I’d explode but that was fine by me. I just need this little in my arms. Kissing me. Holding onto me. Calling me Daddy.
When the right moment came, I pulled him onto my lap. He bowed his head and nuzzled his forehead against my cheek. I heard him whispering. “Wow. Wow.”
I smiled so hard my cheeks began to ache. His hair smelled of flowers. It tickled my lips. Wow wasn’t wrong. Not wrong at all.
I hugged him tighter; our chests pressed. I had had a grand share of men; this feeling was rare.
His hand came up to touch my face and I slid my hand to his wrist, curled my fingers around it, bringing his hand to my mouth. I brushed my lips against his palm, then held it there as I breathed into it.
He leaned back a couple of inches and looked up. I opened my mouth and licked delicately at his palm.
His breath came out light but fast. “Ohhh.”
Sex was sex. I knew that. But this touching, simpler but somehow deeper, made something else happen inside me. Trembles like a waiting storm, its still-soft breezes reverberating the air. Intimate. Vulnerable. Like saying I’m coming.
I enjoyed every part of the male body but hands and lips could do me in.
The flyaway ends of his hair tickled my cheek. The backs of his thighs rested on my lap. All I could think was mine.
There were kisses that lingered and kisses that slid away only to come back for more. Grips hard enough to wrinkle clothing but pleasant to muscle and skin.
I couldn’t see. No looking back or forward. It was just us. Him. Little Kairo. He squirmed with every caress. His legs wrapped around me, a hardness pressing my stomach.
I pushed my hands flat under his firm ass, then lifted myself in one motion off the couch.
He made little noises which I understood on many levels. Consent noises. Squeaks of affection. So sweet. Eager breaths came hot against my left ear. Good thing my bedroom wasn’t far.
I sat on the edge of my freshly made bed, Kairo still in my lap.
His voice came soft. “Is this your bed?”
“Yes. Is that okay?” The messages I’d heard in his moans and his kisses told me he was responding. Still, maybe I should have asked before I brought him in here.
“Okay.”
But his body tensed as the word breathed out. I lay down, rolling so we could look at each other. One of his legs was trapped under me but he didn’t pull away. Face to face, I petted his cheek, his head. “No pressure. Just us here now.”
“Don’t you want m…?” He didn’t have to finish his sentence. I knew he had misinterpreted my hesitation.
I wound a lock of his shiny hair around my forefinger. “I want you, Kairo. But….”
He lifted his head. “But what?”
“But this isn’t just a one-time good time for me. I want more.”
“With me?”
I almost laughed but I didn’t want to scare him. “Who else am I holding so close in my bed?”
His smile bloomed so pretty, so pure. “Daddy? I want to be here not just one time, too.”
I didn’t have to reply with words. I kissed up and down his face, forehead to chin, brushing those silken lips still swollen from our living room antics.
I moved to his throat. He rolled onto his back but I didn’t go any further. This wasn’t a club. It wasn’t any game. Not for me.
How long could I hold onto this cliff without falling?
