Chapter 89

Chapter eighty-nine

Remy

When Erik left the office to address the “ignorant fools,” Meg and I moved with him, not sure what his plan was.

It sure as hell wasn’t the performance. This is the first time I have heard the whole song put together.

The sheer audacity of the song. We are going to be sold out for years.

When his voice swelled on Angel of Vengeance, the emotion pierced me.

I turn to Meg.

“Organize the Patron dinner, exclusive, invite only in one month. We'll have the orchestra perform, but they will do this song. Exactly like this.”

Meg nods, “do you want dancers there? With that music David could have a stunning choreography?”

“I’ll talk to them at dinner. Get the publicist on the phone. Erik did most of his job already.”

“The cameras would have recorded the performance,” Meg offers, “if you released a clip of the chorus it builds excitement and silences critics. It’s obvious they're working together.”

I nod. “Yes, between that and the video I took where he is standing over Tianna, if we spliced it and had it go into the music, yes. Arrange it.” I turn and fully face her. “Find me a new publicist. In the meantime, release it on our socials.”
