Chapter 6

Chapter Six

Aloiki

As Tommy looked Lu over, I pulled Bacon and Holly aside. I’d been meaning to have this conversation with them, and both of today’s incidents only cemented the fact that I shouldn’t have waited.

“I want to make Holly Lu’s official bodyguard,” I said without preamble.

I kept one eye on Lu as Tommy cleaned her minor scrapes.

Since she had no bleeding and could easily feel our son kicking inside her, Lu did not want to go to the hospital.

If she had, I would have put her in the ambulance instead of Beetle, who was barely clinging to life as it was.

Kayl showed up with the police and ambulance.

He was able to smooth things over, making it seem like Beetle had been shot in a robbery gone wrong.

Both my wedding gift the others had wrapped up for me and the man I had killed were squirreled away where the police couldn’t find them.

Though he’d been invited to the wedding, Kayl had been unable to get off work in time for the ceremony, and had only been planning on attending the reception.

I did not approach or speak to him, needing to concentrate on Lu and her injuries.

By now, all the guests knew something more than Lu’s need to take a piss had interrupted the wedding.

I still had blood all over me from beating one of her attempted kidnappers to death, but neither Holly nor Bacon blinked at the sight of it.

“No,” Holly said, surprising both Bacon and me.

Bacon furrowed his brow. “Little Owl?”

He towered over her by more than a foot, and despite their Dominant/submissive dynamic, she did not hesitate to meet his eyes as she looked up at him.

“Lu is my friend, Sir.” The way she spoke, it made me think the concept of ‘friendship’ or even having a friend was new to her.

“I don’t need to be her bodyguard. I’d protect her regardless.

” She turned to me. “So thank you for the offer, Paniolo. But my answer is ‘no’.”

I raised my eyebrows up. “As her friend, you won’t go everywhere with her. As her bodyguard, you would. That’s what I need. I need someone—preferably a woman—who can go everywhere with her, just like you did at the spa this afternoon.”

Holly looked confused. She glanced between Bacon and me before cocking her head to the side. “She’s my friend,” the woman repeated, like she thought I was an utter moron. “Of course, I would go everywhere with her and kill anyone who tries to touch her.”

The rest of the wedding went by smoothly. I cleaned up, as did Lu, but she left her blood-speckled sarong and bra on. She looked fucking incredible. Fierce. I was hard as a rock, and extremely impatient to be inside her.

The ti leaf lei she’d put on me earlier had fallen off when I’d run from the beach.

We collected that and retook our places after the ambulance and police left.

I noted that Tangaloa had disappeared, but didn’t pay much attention to it.

Someone mentioned he’d gone to the hospital to check on Beetle.

The Prospect was still on my shit list, but slightly less so than KD. I would go see him.

But later. Nothing would stop me from marrying Lu today. Not Beetle getting shot and not Lu’s attempted kidnapping.

After we exchanged leis, I took her hands in mine. She had a rectangular bandage across each palm to help keep sand out of her scrapes. Same with the ones on her knees. Beyond that, she was unscathed. Still wouldn’t save her surviving kidnapper’s life.

You scraped my Lu? I’ll skin you alive, motherfucker.

Lucifer placed the maile lei around our hands while chanting the Aloha Oli again in the traditional Pili ā Nai Kealoha ceremony. It symbolized binding Lu and I together.

Even as happy as Lu was to be back at the altar with me, I could still see she was shaken from what happened in the bathroom. I held our bound hands up to my lips and kissed her knuckles. “Kinky. I’ll have to fuck you later like this.”

Lu’s dark eyes widened, and arousal seeped into her features. “I’m in.”

Hell yeah, she was. My Lu was fucking perfect, horniness and all. I turned to Lucifer. “Are you done yet?”

My club’s Chaplin blinked at me. “You haven’t said your vows—”

“Yeah, yeah. I promise to love her, fuck her, and take care of her in sickness and health,” I replied in an impatient rush. “What’s next?”

Lucifer glanced to the table where I noticed for the first time that he had a cheat sheet of the order of traditions for our wedding. “Um, Lu, do you—”

“She does,” I interrupted. “I do too.”

Lu bit her lip, feigning offense. “Do I not get a say in this?”

I wrapped my hand around her neck, pulling her flush against my chest. “No,” I growled down at her.

She laughed, sending vibrations through the palm of my hand. Fuck, I loved that sound. She turned her head over my hand, looking to Lucifer. “Probably best to skip the rest.”

He glanced between her and the list a few times. “Do you still plan on dancing the hula?”

My dick twitched. As much as I needed to be back inside her, I wanted to see my wahine dance for me. Traditionally the bride danced for the groom, but I also had a special surprise for her too.

Lu’s dark, almond eyes met mine again as she answered, “Inside.” She brought her hands up to trail along my abs above the knot of my sarong. With only the thin material covering me, there was no hiding the effect she had on my body.

And I had no intention of hiding it. I wanted the world to see what she did to me, the claim she had over me.

I nipped at her nose. “Marry us,” I threatened Lucifer in a low menacing voice, “or take a one-way boat ride with me.”

Even with the interruption, and some extra cash slipped their way the restaurant had everything set up and moving on time.

My camera crew and the restaurant’s employees had been shoved into the walk-in freezer.

From what they overheard, Lu’s kidnappers realized she was coming in early and alone—except for Beetle—and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to grab her.

They had been dressed as employees to try to blend in and grab her during the reception.

Their impulsive actions had been their downfall.

The surviving kidnapper was now hogtied in the freezer. The twins were guarding him, and it was their job to ensure that he didn’t die in there. I didn’t care if he had frostbite, so long as he was able to talk tomorrow. I wasn’t wasting any more of my wedding day on that sack of shark food.

I didn’t know when my sister, Kalea, had left with Pualani, but they were nowhere to be seen after the ceremony.

Tangaola must be at the hospital with Beetle or something, because he had disappeared too.

Kayl was summoned to another call, even though he’d been planning on attending the reception all along.

Bacon made sure Caroline and Samantha left following the ceremony, assigning Mouse, Barnacle, and Doodles to guard them until the club got home.

I was only aware of these facts because they were told to Lu, and I hadn’t let her out of my grasp since we’d officially been declared man and wife.

We only posed for a couple of pictures. Mostly because I scared the photographer by glaring at him when he suggested I let go of Lu so he could get some solo pictures of her. Fucker nearly pissed his pants as he scurried away.

We couldn’t eat fast enough, and the only reason I even suffered through a meal was because I knew Lu was hungry. Lu’s needs would always come before mine, though in my defense, Pregnant Lu and my needs generally aligned.

The buffet offered a variety of foods, including loco moco, which was a massive tower of rice, beef, and fried eggs; he‘e, or octopus, poke; poi, a taro root puree that Lu knew was one of my favorite meals; a kalua pig, which had been roasting all day in its in-ground oven to the perfect amount of tenderness; and lau lau, ti leaf wraps made with the kalua pig meat.

For dessert, we had haupia, or a coconut milk pudding and fruit salad mixture.

I had KD, the only Prospect left with us, prepare our plates so Lu could sit on my lap and rest at the head table. We each gave his ass a good spank with the paddle before and after he delivered our meal and drinks.

Later, when we cut the cake, I did not push Lu’s face into the dessert as some were encouraging me to do. Though I did have her handfeed me my slice before I licked her fingers, hand, and wrist clean.

Then, fucking finally, Lu got up to do her dance. I led her up onto the stage where the restaurant usually had a troupe of dancers performing nightly for the entertainment of tourists. Our guests and their ladies all quieted down as the gentle music that had been playing over the speakers stopped.

Kissing Lu deeply, I left her on the stage with Holly to get set up. Then I planted myself smack dab in front of the stage, not caring if I blocked anyone else’s view. This dance was for me. What did I care if they could see or not.

Holly refreshed Lu’s hair before placing the orchid back in Lu’s hair. The white fabric of her sarong and bra were still speckled with blood, but it in no way took away from her beauty. If anything, it intensified it. Holly then tied white flowered kupe?e around each of Lu’s wrists and ankles.

Once she was ready, Holly left the stage to rejoin Bacon at their table. It was only because I was so focused on Lu that I didn’t notice or register that she sat at his feet rather than in a chair.

The soft violins of Ke Kali Nei Au, or the Hawai‘ian Wedding song, came over the speakers. I’d been to my fair share of weddings, and had seen this hula before, but not like this. The story, the words, had so much more meaning when they were being danced for you.

As pregnant as she was, Lu smartly remained on her feet rather than starting down on her knees. She swayed to the music, using her hands, arms, feet, legs, and hips to entice me even further under her spell.

This is the moment I've waited for

I can hear my heart singin'

Soon, bells will be ringin'

This is the moment of sweet aloha

I will love you longer than forever

Promise me that you will leave me never

Here and now, dear

All my love, I vow, dear

Promise me that you will leave me never

I will love you longer than forever

Now that we are one

Clouds won't hide the sun

Blue skies of Hawaiian smile

On this, our wedding day

I do

(I do)

Love you

(Love you)

With all my heart

I was utterly and completely enthralled. This woman, my woman, my hoku wahine, was incredible. My cock ached, needing to feel her around me. Her warmth and her heat. I wanted her squeezing the very life from my soul through my dick.

I didn’t give her a moment to catch her breath. The song was slow, but she also tired easily. I also didn’t tell the photographers to start shooting or my crew to start filming. I hopped up on stage next to my wahine.

“Get on your knees,” I ordered, tugging on the knot of my sarong. It fell to the stage floor, leaving me completely bare. Some of the guests made gasps of surprise, but if they didn’t see this coming, then they were lolo. We warned them that dinner and condoms would be provided.

Dinner had been served, and the condoms were in bowls on each table.

Lu, though, shook her head. I raised an eyebrow, trying to figure out what was going through her head. She was slightly short of breath, but hadn’t even worked up a sweat.

Working the knot of her own sarong, Lu let it fall to the stage behind her as she stepped towards me. She wrapped her fingers around my cock, my sensitive, heated skin feeling the smoothness of the bandage she still had on her palm.

Her gaze was steady as she added in a low, sultry voice, “Get on your knees.”

There was some chortling from the audience, but it was as insignificant as birds chirping to me. The only other person in my world was this incredible woman in front of me.

I fell to my knees before her, the hard slap of the wood beneath me audible to those even at the back of the room. Lu traced one finger around each of my nipples where the indent of her teeth was tattooed into my skin. Her breasts were still covered by her bra, but I did not disturb her.

I’d let her have her moment, her fun. Because all too soon, I would get mine.

She touched me everywhere, leaving behind trails of fire in her wake.

She ran her fingers through my hair, over my jawline, down my throat, around to the hard ridges of my back, up my arms, and crossing onto my chest. Exploring all of me, scraping her nails along my flesh.

I touched her too, little nips, little squeezes.

I loved seeing her power, the confidence to order me to my knees in front of our friends and guests.

Lu bent forward, dropping her hand lower to grab my raging cock again. “Legally, this is mine now.”

My smile was wolfish as I gripped her hips.

Her fucking incredible hips that had captivated me for the past decade.

“That was never up for debate.” I squeezed her hips, dragging her even closer to me.

I latched onto her left nipple through her bra.

She gasped, letting go of my cock to grab my hair with both her hands.

When I released her, she swayed. “The real question is what are you going to do with your cock?”

It took her a moment to focus. She pulled my head back by my hair. “I’m going to ride it. Right here, right now, in front of all these people.”

No sexier words had ever been spoken.
