11. Lazarus #3
The words should horrify me, should snap me out of whatever spell I’m under. Instead they push me closer to the edge, because my body is no longer my own, because the drug has stripped away every defence I ever had.
Ines shatters between us. Her cunt clenches around me so tight I see stars. She’s sobbing, shaking, her nails raking down my chest hard enough to draw blood but the pain only grounds me, reminds me that this is real, that she’s real, that they’ve won.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck…” The words spill from my lips like a confession, like the first honest thing I’ve said in years, and it’s a confession of defeat. Of utter despair.
I can’t hold back, can’t control it.
My orgasm rips through me with a violence that steals my breath, but it’s more than physical.
It’s the release of everything I’ve been holding inside, every boundary, every wall, every carefully constructed defence.
I’m coming inside her, filling her, marking her while my brother does the same in her arse, and it feels like a surrender, like a seal on a contract I never agreed to sign.
We collapse together, a tangle of sweaty limbs and heaving chests.
The music is still playing, but it sounds distant now.
Muffled. The only thing I can hear clearly is the sound of our breathing, the three of us inhaling and exhaling in the same rhythm, as if we’ve become one organism against my will.
Ines is draped across me, her braids sticking to my chest, her tears mingling with my sweat. Konstantine is beside us, his hand resting possessively on her hip, but his other hand finds mine in the darkness and squeezes. A brother’s grip. A manacle.
Ines places a kiss on my cheek. It’s soft, delicate, so contradictory to how I just took her but it’s also the most violating thing I’ve ever felt. It’s a kiss that says I own you now. I’ve always been working toward this, and you never saw it coming.
“We can have this.” She says, her voice still trembling with the aftershocks of her orgasm, with the weight of everything they’ve just taken from me. “I may be his wife, but we three can be like this, we can be happy together. We can be a family. A real family.”
I hear the words, I hear the promise, the so-called paradise she’s offering me and some part of me knows it’s a lie. A trick sugar-coated and laced with temptation. But another part of me, the part that’s been drugged, used, and hollowed out can’t find the strength to argue.
I try to respond, but my tongue won’t work. My whole body feels like it’s made of lead, but my mind is screaming, trapped in a prison of flesh that no longer answers to me.
I want to tell them I know what they’ve done,
I want to tell them this changes nothing.
I want to tell them I’m disgusted, violated, and more aware of their schemes than I’ve ever been.
But the room is spinning now, or maybe I’m spinning, I can’t tell anymore. I can still feel their hands on me, still feel the warmth of their bodies pressed against mine, and it’s the most trapped I’ve felt since our mother died.
“See?” Konstantine says, fondling her breasts like he can’t get enough but his voice is thick with satisfaction, with something that sounds like the victory he’s been working toward for years. “I knew that’s what you needed, that this would fix everything. I knew we could bring you into the fold.”
Ines grabs Konstantine’s face, kissing him, swirling her tongue around his with a passion that speaks of years of partnership, of scheming, of a bond that’s strong enough to expand to include their latest conquest. And then she turns, claiming my mouth, demanding entrance, demanding space in my life that she’s been trying to occupy for years.
I groan. God fucking help me, I groan like I want this, like I want her, like my body has completely betrayed me. She slides her tongue back out and she smiles, not the predatory grin of before but something softer, something that looks like triumph dressed up as tenderness.
“Sleep now,” she whispers to me, stroking my hair with a tenderness that makes my skin crawl. “Sleep, and when you wake, we’ll still be here. We’ll always be here.”
Only, I don’t want to sleep. I want to understand what just happened, I want to process the fact that I just fucked my brother’s wife while he fucked her too, that I just poured years of resistance into her body while my brother watched with such disgusting satisfaction in his eyes.
I need to figure out why my body feels so strange, so disconnected, so heavy, and yet my mind is screaming with the clarity of violation.
My eyes are closing despite my best efforts. The darkness is pulling me under, soft and insistent, and the last thing I feel is Ines’s lips on my forehead and Konstantine’s hand still gripping mine like a shackle.
The last thing I see before darkness takes me is them standing by my desk, looking over all that paperwork. Their identical smiles are sharp, knowing and predatory, but also satisfied, so terribly satisfied, as if they’ve finally found exactly what they were looking for.
